I find it ridiculous that you do not carry the supplies for the services you offer. The package I want to ship requires an express box which is not available at your location but you are more than will to sell me a standard box out of your inventory. I understand you’re a franchise but it would be like going to McDonalds and trying to get a Big Mac and being told they don’t Cary that product

Was super surprised to see the low google review as Ive only ever had good experiences with this location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, I trust them with all my shipping and its my go-to place when I need to mail anything.

This place is amazing. I went in this morning and there were 2 guys. I hate I didn’t get their names😔. They were both so helpful, kind, polite and professional. I have never gotten anything notarized before and they help me with the entire process. They are the best and I absolutely recommend this store and their employees!

This store is wonderful. I carefully cut a cardboard box to ship my prints & taped them together. They recommended I roll them (with my permission) and shipped in a much smaller box. They arrived in great shape and they saved me lots in shipping

6/8/21 around 1PM- the guy that answered was extremely rude and condescending. I called to ask about how the Amazon returns worked, and he kept repeating if you check your receipt it will tell you...What if I couldnt read or had bad eyes? Dont assume you know people and were just inadequate. Fix your customer service behavior instead of projecting on others.Actually, I read my receipt, and it did not say that, which is why I called in the first place. He treated me like a dummy, and should not be answering the phone with that attitude.I simply asked if the package that UPS sent out had tracking, or if it had already been sent out. If he actually listened to my question and spent less time being authoritative, then it would have gotten 5 stars.I will not be using them again for returns.

I have been here several times and each time has been a very pleasant experience. I had a laptop to ship to Denver, and they went out of their way to make sure it was packaged properly and it also got there very fast. Thank you for the amazing service and this is my go to store.

This is my neighborhood UPS store and I’ve always had the best customer service...everyone going the extra mile regularly. The staff is outstanding, courteous and lots of fun! They remember my name and are always cheerful...even at the most stressful times...Christmastime and always!!

Not sure how they only have a 2.8 rating. I’ve been in here multiple times and the service is always fast and they make it so easy. Had a return, printed my label, and they knew exactly what to do and sent me on my way in 3 minutes. Great service!

About the only thing good about this location is you can ship a package from it. The customer service here is some of the worst I have ever had. I have given them multiple opportunities to rectify their bad service and each time they seem to outdo themselves in the bad service they give. Every time I walk in the door there are at least 3 guys standing behind the counter, sometimes working, usually just standing around. Several times I have gone in with my hands full with a car seat and or stroller and boxes and the guys just stand behind the counter and watch me struggle with the door. No one bothers to try and come and try and help me. They simply wait until I get to the counter before even acknowledging me. It would be one thing if they were busy helping other customers or say working, but as noted before they usually are doing neither. Today was the final straw. We needed a notary and so I called in the morning to find out their notary hours. When my husband came in later that day (within the notary hours they had given me on the phone) he was told Oh you just missed the notary. Really guys poor form. Even though this location is super close to home I refuse to go to this location ever again.

This morning I observed the counter guy, Ron, be extremely rude to a female customer who was dropping off 2 items. He had no reason to bark at her the way he did. He then turned his wrath and pomposity on me, demanding to know if the hard drive box I was shipping truly contained a hard drive. I asked him what he thought it contained. He didnt like that at all. Im confident that he opened the box to inspect the contents once I left the store. Also, last week I tried to ship a harmless rifle scope for an antique rifle. Not allowed, at least at that UPS store. I will not be going back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was trying to mail packages for Christmas to CA and RI on December 20th. I had heard that both US Postal service and UPS still had reasonable shipping rates if I shipped by December 20th. But at this mail place, they told me that if I wanted the packages to get there by Christmas, it would cost $120 for one box, $60 for another and $30 for an envelope. They said that either USPS or UPS would both be that expensive. So I chose to send ground so all my packages to family wouldn’t get there until December 28th, and mailing all three cost me $65. After shipping I felt horrible for not getting the packages there before Christmas and called my niece to tell her. She suggested I go back and get a refund and my packages and take them to the post office because there was still an opportunity to send priority on December 20th. I did and got the refund and took packages across the street to the post office inside Hen House. They were so nice at Hen House and I was able to send the packages priority mail to arrive before Christmas for $40. I just never realized what a ripoff these mailing places were and how they marked things up soooo much. They knew I was upset about not getting the packages there before Christmas, yet knew I couldn’t really spend $200 to ship, but they never offered any other options. Please don’t go to these mailing places, unless you really want to be ripped off!

Extremely rude and uncalled for attitude. I attempted to simply drop off a package when the owner, seeing the package, asked if I bought the packaging from him. When I said no, he rudely said thanks . Mister Business Owner, I have purchased from you before, but I wont again, and I will inform others of my experience at your store and will encourage them to choose other options for their shipping needs.

I recently sent a package to an out of state repair facility. At this local UPS store the representative quoted me a shipping cost of $18.53 for UPS Ground. I protested at the higher price than expected and he countered with the statement that that was the same cost as for USPS shipping. I paid the price but when the item was returned after repair, I found that it cost $8.10 for USPS 2day priority mail. I suggest you take your business to USPS if you want an honest quote for lowest shipping rate.

I wanted to use their USAA bank deposit service & after several tries & taking apart & reassembling the machine, finally another employee said yeah, it was broken this morning too & I had to send him away. He actually said he sent a customer away instead of pursuing a way to get the machine fixed. Lazy ass teenagers nowadays, as my grandparents would say.

This store may be convenient to use but beware if you arrive with a preprintedlabel from UPS. The gentleman that works there is so rude if you are notpaying to ship. He will not acknowledge you and will not even thankyou forstopping. I always use the UPS store on metcalf by the old Borders if I needto pay at store level. They are so nice.UPS should be notified about the service at this location

Horrible staff...rude !! The owner is a big bully so he constantly has a HELP WANTED sign in the window ....just awful the way he treats his staff ...I dont know how he gets away with it in this day and age ...Someone will sue him for harassment and maybe that will teach him a lesson . The ONLY thing good about it is the location.
