I bought a Weber Smokefire ex4 on 9/26 and the service I received was exceptional. I called the night before to make sure they had what I was looking for in stock and after he confirmed they had it he put my name on it to confirm. I have used my Ex4 dang near everyday since Ive gotten it and love it. I cant thank the gentleman who helped load it up enough. Thank you Westlake for employing such good people. This smoker/grill is gonna be getting a workout for a long time coming.

We call this our home away from home. The reason we adore this ace location is because of the team members. They are always willing to help out and when you cant find what you need they order it and it comes directly to you.We were wanting these solar outdoor lights for our fence and they didnt have them in stock. We wanted to see them in person before buying, so the manager ordered them to the store. Long story short, we didnt end up buying them, but the team didnt mind and sourced us the other ones we were interested in. They care and it comes across! Glad we live so close.

Conveniently located right by my favorite grocery store this Westlake hardware store has it all. Knowledgeable staff and a large selection. Plenty of free parking and good for a quick stop. Very helpful as advertised. Ive always considered them to be a bit pricey but I guess thats the price you pay for convenience and support.

Good neighborhood hardware store. The best feature is the bulk hardware section where I stop by regularly to find that one or two screws I am missing for a project. It doesn’t have the selection or pricing of a big box store like Home Depot or Lowe’s, but is great for small projects and when you want to be in and out in a hurry. Also, make sure to check out the garden section in the spring as it has a great selection and quick pick up and loading of bulk materials like soil and mulch. The ease of getting in and out can often justify paying a little more over other options.

They were great. I needed some assistance finding something, and it was a bit heavy. The sales associate on the floor not only found it for me, but loaded it into my cart.Unfortunately, I had been at another one of the stores in this chain earlier, and was treated rudely and abruptly, as they did not have it in stock. I asked him if they could check other stores, and got the cold shoulder. Quite the contrast compared to this location.

Bougiest ACE Hardware Ive ever been to. Surprisingly, however, being bougie af didnt make shopping there an uncomfortable experience. There was plenty of staff on the floor, but only one register open at first so there was a bit of a wait to check out until someone else was called up to open another lane.

This is my go-to hardware store. Has been for 30+ years! They carry everything from plants to paint to chain that they cut to length for you. Friendly and helpful place. I like to patronize the smaller stores, especially when they do such a great job!! PV Westlake rocks!

Took care of mistakes made in their part

The place is pretty big and has a nice outdoor garden section, but theres not always enough staff to get help finding specific items, so it can be a bit of a scavenger hunt until you learn the layout of the store. Overall a great little hardware store with lots of local shops in the same shopping center.

I am of fan of most hardware stores and I think Westlake does an above average job keeping helpful, happy people working there. I can almost always find what I need and its worth a little more to have service vs. going to a big box store. They make a point of being a neighborhood business through service and community involvement.

I really like the Westlake Ace Hardware stores. They have people available to help you locate items within the store. They can even give you tips on how to use certain items. This is one of the main reasons why I prefer to visit hardware stores rather than the big box home improvement stores.They have a good selection of home improvement items and items for your lawn and landscape needs.

The most noticeable thing about Westlake is their abundance of employees on the sales floor willing and able to help. I am willing to pay a little extra for their excellent service and selection.

This is my normal hardware store, I’m here to two three times a week and in general am pleased. This evening I was told when walking up that they closed at six on Sundays. If this is the case as it appears to be they should update their website hours as they state till seven. It’s not just myself but a number of other cars that where also turned away. Funnily enough the guy locking the door said he had to turn us away or he would be there till 7.

A generous two, rather than one, star rating because I consider the possibility that a deep lack of self-awareness exists, that, in fact, the poor level of customer service, is, in their minds, a high achievement, a testament to their advertised, Helpful Place.That latter theory has some support in the consistency of poor customer service across three separate locations I have visited over the course of two years.For some reason, management and staff seem to find it a positive step to emulate their larger chain counterparts.Its beyond frustrating and sad to walk into a store and see four members of their personnel and not see one smile, barely be given eye contact, or - God forbid - be offered assistance.Unfortunately, like our societys technology providers, the hardware stores have us by the short and curlies. We dont have a lot of options if we are seeking the products they sell.

This Ace Hardware Store is our family’s go to place for any of our home repair, tool, and lawn care purchases. The friendly staff always greets us when we walk through the doors, and there’s consistently someone nearby to answer any of our questions. We particularly like that they have a large outdoor landscaping and gardening area where we can locate anything we need to dress up our home.

This is one of the worst hardware stores I have ever been to. I live close by and have given them several chances, but the staff is not very helpful and social distancing barely takes place even among employees.

Best tree selection inside the city. We bought our first real Christmas tree here. The attendant was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

I dont live anywhere close to this Ace in Corinth Square - dont even live in Kansas! But its my favorite hardware store. Always has what I need and the customer service is great - friendly, courteous and helpful.

Convenient but expensive

We came right at close for a Christmas tree, mistakingly because it was a Sunday and we honestly didn’t realize, they DID get it for us but we’re very noticeably annoyed. We went with our one and two year old who were so excited, and got asked “do you really need this tonight? Can you come back tomorrow?” We apologized saying yes, it would be awesome if we could get it. Thankfully they went ahead and grabbed one but geesh. Christmas cheer must not have hit yet..

Cashiers were lacking in experience and customer service however the individuals who take care of different departments were very very helpful great place to go!

You might pay just a touch more than the big box stores but the great customer service and super-knoweledga staff make it worth it. Ask for Vic if you need help on lawn and garden stuff.

I have been to three different hardware stores with a vague description of the project I am trying to accomplish. Westlakes was the first where I had knowledgeable and helpful staff. On a summer Saturday, the store was busy, but someone offered to help me within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Two people were helping me problem solved, but it was Vick who came up with a solution. I will return the next time I have a hardware question.
