Very disappointed in women restroom. The bathroom looked like an old gas station bathroom. No toliet paper and out of soap. I hope your company doesnt speak of sanitizing cause its obvious it doesnt happen.

Store was stocked pretty well. Staff members, Brandon & Christian were extremely helpful & courteous. They were busy restocking shelves, but still were patient with me, assisted me with finding my items 🪡🧵 & exhibited good 👍customer service. 👌👏

Ive noticed a change in this store. Especially the scrapbooking area. You would think that now that theyre putting out their fall/Christmas items, they would have better sales. I like that you can get a discount if youre a member of their rewards club and an extra 10% if youre military. But even thats changing with them. Youre needing to put everything on line now.

Why have curbside pick-up if you are not going to honor it. I sat and waited for 20 minutes for someone to bring 1 item to the car that was curbside pick-up. Checked in before I got there. Checked in when I got there and still had to call and get someone to help me. Then after you phone call it took another 5 mins after that. Ridiculous!!!!

Good craft for $3. The only thing I did not like is that they ran out of brown construction paper for limbs for my youngest....theres more on the shelf. Otherwise my kids all had a really good time at camp creativity.

I always love going to Michaels! Ive never received bad customer service and the staff is usually pretty helpful. There are usually pretty good deals. For example, I got an 8 pack of canvas for $10 (regular price is usually about $20).

Everything you need for crafts

I went in looking for stickers to decorate my daughters softball helmet. When I asked for help finding durable stickers that would last, I was told that she didnt know what to tell me and walked away. Just go to Hobby Lobby where you have people willing to help.

We visited on Thanksgiving and we encountered a young lady who was giving a police report due to someone shoplifting. She was very friendly in the middle of chaos and on a holiday. She couldve easily had a disgruntled attitude but she didnt let any of the negative circumstances of the day take a toll on her joy. Im not the best on names but I will be visiting for the third time in 2 weeks tomorrow and we will get her name and Ill update this review. She was very helpful and knows her products well. We purchased a nice Christmas tree at a very good price along with a red metal tree collar. The store was clean, bright, and the staff was pleasant. Its easy to shop in a store with staff that cares.

This store is very clean and they have really good prices, especially if you sign up to be a rewards member and get the savings. The people who work here are friendly and helpful, it just sometimes can take a few minutes to find someone.

I am said to give one of my favorite store a low grade. They have not been on top of there stocks as of lately (the last 5 weeks). We are almost to Valentines season. The Montgomery, AL store just started putting there Valentines things out. But as of today Jan 12, 2020, everything is still not out. For crafter who sale there merchandise this is so hard on us. Because we need to get our crafts things done early rather then later.Please stop making me go to Hobby Lobby, please.

I just bought four gift for less than $20. The service was awesome! I did not have a coupon but the cash register attendant gave it to me anyway. She was very nice and attentive. Plus they give a military discount that is super awesome!

Love having a craft store nearby, but always frustrated with the way they move everything around and you cant find what youre looking for without walking through every single aisle. Also, tracking down an employee is very difficult.

Sales, sales & more sales. They have fantastic sale prices (originally $42, I got for $12.42) Even when there is not a sale, the prices are very reasonable; sometimes even lower than Hobby Lobby.
