Excellent service in timely manner. Technician was knowledgeable and very polite. I had problem with oil lite upon leaving. Went back and they corrected with smiles all around. I will have them service my Corvette from now on.

The employees at Prattville s Express are not only professional and courteous, they will let you know whats the most cost efficient way to care for your vehicle. Could have gone elsewhere for less. Upcharge for synthetic oil $6/qt over the regular oil change (normally only $2/qt over the cost of SAE which is included in the normal oil change price) $16 for a $5 oil filter. Puts a stain on Larry Puckett. Will not return to either company.

Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Today, this morning I brought my wifes vehicle in for a major service. Mr. Motley, a manager & another gentleman, an assistant manager as well were excellent. They extended me much courtesy and consideration. When clarification was needed, they always responded patiently and clearly. Just wanted others to know that the staff is very good.

In actually like this place the dealership itself not so much but the service shop yes! Haha they do great service they actually take the time to check all your filters and lube your door hinges, the guys there are friendly and fun to goof off with. They do the job right and they do it fast, the price is good to would highly recommend.

They really get you in and out pretty quick. You dont even have to get out of your car. They take care of everything while you wait. I think I stayed there maybe ten minutes or so. It was very convenient. The staff are very nice also.

Best place I know of to have your oil changed. It is quick and the staff is always friendly. They make sure you are aware of any problems or potential problems, but they arent pushy about asking you to buy something you dont really want or that you can do yourself. Always convenient and never have had to wait to get in.

Ive been using them for a good minute. Nice place. You can get a 10-15 minute oil change (Varies from time to time) along with great customer service for around $45.

My girlfriend and I brought in our new car recently and Emory Tuesday really took care of us. Our dealer pointed us here for an oil change but Emory also made sure our car was in top condition and answered all our questions. A damn good job, fast, and good service. We definitely recommend you stop by.

Fast service done right. I usually go to the Eastern Blvd location, but I needed to leave for a trip. I had to get my oil changed. They tell you what they would recommend to get fixed. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything I did not need. The staff was friendly.

Quoted a price to mount and balance my new tires. Then changed the price stating they quoted the wrong amount. They had already started the work. If your gonna change the price you should do it before you start, not when the customer has no choice.

Shorted my synthetic oil on oil change. Found out when indicator flashed soon after change and dip stick indicated low reserve. Not leaking oil; just never had enough put into the tank. Other Express Oil places are not of this low quality; for sure.
