Rudest employee Ive ever met! She was late opening the store, then sat on her phone and refused to help any customers in the store. When I asked if Sallys carried LOreal, she told me I wouldnt know. You can look for it on the shelves. I would love for the owner to come shopping in this store undercover and see how horribly it is being run... I will never set foot back in there again and I advise other shoppers to look elsewhere.
The ladies that work in this location were a huge help! They all made sure I had everything I needed, and even wrote down extra notes for me. My hair turned out great and I am forever grateful 🙏
I too did not know I had to pay for tiny lunch bag. Most of the products I purchased didnt have price tags and several people had to wait for the employee to look up the cost. Then I got home to be upset that one of the products will have to be return because someone had taken the brush in the kit.
As I was walking in the store, putting a mask on, I was accosted by two employees yelling at me to put on a mask. It was extremely unprofessional and it honestly made me not want to shop here. I get the whole mask thing, but no one wants to be shouted at as soon as they walk in. And then the cashier blatantly told me they ran out of bags, so Id have to pay if I wanted one. I dont mind paying for a bag in places, but it was the tone and the sheer rudeness of all the employees was astounding, especially when Ive always had really great service here.
Will never ever in life shop with Sally’s. Then you spend money with them they still want to charge you for a bag.
They dont offer bags, you have to pay 15 cents for them.
I had the great pleasure of being helped by Shamir. She went above and beyond in helping me get the products I needed. She was very intelligent with knowing what all I needed. I am so glad she was working when I came in because I was lost with what exactly I needed and how much of the products I needed. I will definitely return to this store just because of her.
On 5/18/2020 10:30 am wife went to get color for her hair. She is a licensed cosmetologist and owned her own salon. She actually worked for Sally’s back in the 90’s. The store was locked with all the lights on and there were several people out front and mad as the store was closed and no one would answer the phone. No sign as to what the problem was. This is no way to run a business. Normally they do a good job .
My granddaughters hair had a bad dye job. Brown and orange. Tomorrows first day of school. The staff was great! She figured out what I needed to do to bring her hair back to its natural color, rounded up all the stuff I needed and it was relatively in-expensive. Got home, dyed it and it looks fabulous!! She is so tickled. Just wanted to say thank you. Ill be back.
The staff was very nice and professional and the girl I talk to really did help me find what I needed. Will definitely come back here when I need hair dye and bleach! ❤

This place is ok. I would rather spend my money in a different store. Also they dont do Military Discounts anymore!!! Like why arent they respecting people who serve our country with a little discount?
I never been the one to come in stores and need to be pampered with info and what not. I really do t even like being bothered when I shop. I research til my fingers come off about products before I buy. I’ve been visiting Sally’s for a very long time, but the past few visits kind of got me side eying. I just don’t need the unsolicited advice about hair when I didn’t ask for it. If I had a concern or question I would ask. I came in the store looking for some toner. My real hair is not blonde, however the hair I was experimenting was. “You know you have to have blonde hair for this to work” yes, thank you Captain Obvious, I wouldn’t had waste like $12 on 2 of them. I respectfully said “yes I know that”. Maybe bc I was not in my Sunday’s best as I was looking extra regular as hell or my hair was not done, hence while I had on a huge headband. I’ve been in customer service for a while and the best way to approach or even suggest things to customers is asking questions related to the products like “oh what project are you doing?” Would think people had that skill perfected, but companies just don’t want to train their employees...
Selection thats expected off all Sally beauty stores. Great sales can be found here for nail polishes, all the major brands, and a great gel polish selection.
Great customer service their they talk to u like ur a person help u find the stuff u need and they listen to so vey polite its absolutely awesome
