My husband and I were looking for a new mattress. We went to another place, they were closed before the store hours so, we thought we would try Mattress Firm. Our mattress was ready in 1 day! We couldn’t fit our mattress in our van so Brian, helped us out! He went above and beyond,m to get us our mattress the same day! Customer service here is awesome! I wasn’t sold or offered anything that I did not need. I wasn’t pressured into buying a larger mattress or a more expensive one that I did not need. The process was easy and Brian found the right mattress for us! Do yourself a favor and come to this location first! You won’t be disappointed!

Johnny is one of the best people Ive ever met. Great rapport over the phone when I called twice. After I moved, I had to see him I person and my mother needed a bed too. She purchased a new bed and an adjustable base. Johnny called and said it looked like it would take a couple more weeks than originally expected. He sent over a loaner base and box spring so she would not have to be on the floor until the other base is delivered. Johnny was so nice and informative the first time I spoke to him on the phone, I couldnt wait to meet him in person after the second time we spoke on the phone.

Both Johnny and the other salesman ( I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) were so helpful and informative about all of the mattresses and the differences between firmness and brands and all of those details. They spent much time with us helping us choose the right one. Very personable and yet very professional at the same time.We are very pleased with the mattresses we chose with both the price the comfort level and even the little extras that were thrown in and can’t wait to begin to use them. I actually bought two beds one for myself and one for my son.

We recently ordered a mattress online with the understanding that we could return it for another one if we were not pleased with the mattress. Bought a King size mattress and box springs 3 years ago. The came in and quickly set it up and left. Today we took the bed apart as we are moving. One of the box springs is 5 shorter than the other. Obviously at delivery they realized this, and did it anyway. They arranged them so they were even at the bottom, but it was hidden by the headboard on top. They had to have noticed they were different sizes just sitting there in the truck. Truly disgusted at the laziness.UPDATE: Contacted within hours of my review. Picked up a new box spring the next day. Mistakes happen, but Mattress Firm of Prattville was quick to fix the error. Totally satisfied with the mattress and how they have stood by their product and service.

I bought a HR500 King Size bed. My sleep has dramatically improved. I no longer wake up with back and neck pains and no longer disturb one another when getting outa bed. Best memory foam beds you can by for under a $1000.

I received sufficient information about the mattresses. I was offered to lay on the demonstration mattresses to get a feel. I declined the offer because I had already been given advice by a friend, who also bought his mattress from Mattress Firm, on what type of mattress to get.

I went here with my grandmother to help her shop for a new mattress. This store tried to rip her off and used high pressure techniques to try to keep us from shopping around and comparing prices. We went down the road to Bedzzz Express and found the same mattress and frame setup for over $1000 less. Dont waste your time going here.
