Nice surprise to find a Bass Pro Shop in Prattville, Alabama. Not crowded at all for a Sunday which i liked and i got what i came for.

My wife says that this is my home away from home lol!I get to go fishing once in a blue moon, and this place has all my stuff. Love it

Went today after checking the store online.Great place, friendly welcome to the store and very professional staff in hunting & fishing, department, till the checkout, I dont know what was going on with the cashier.She was marking, laughing and making fun of every body who passed by with the other cashier.We didnt like that so we left the store.Otherwise we would give it a 5 stars.

I found some special spring sales on tackle trays and shirts. Plenty of employees around stocking while checkout lines are backed up. Managers leaned up against the columns talking and looking. Only 2 checkout lines open.Its a little frustrating to stand in checkout for 10 plus minutes.

Customer service one of the best and perfectly considerate will return.

Get in and out in a timely manner. Theres always a good selection. Plus, I get my boat serviced here. They got new hours. They open at 1000hrs now instead of 0900hrs.

Lots to choose from. The boat maintenance also works on other boats and does a good job. And you can trust they wont rip you off.

Very limited ammo and fishing gear for a bass pro. Everything name brand seems to be sold out. Very friendly staffing and very clean store though.

Came back to check out the restaurant. I didnt realize they had one here on my first visit. Great Bison burger, the appetizers were delicious, good alligator! Moving from 4 stars to 5 stars!Previous review-This place has everything. Large, clean and well organized. I hope to have time to try the restaurant soon. Make sure you try the electronic target range on the second floor, it is very cool, fun for kids and adults.

I have never cared for the extremely jacked up prices at Bass Pro or Cabelas. I pretty much never buy from their. They sell low end boats at a high end price. BUT, this one does have the best restaurant of any Bass Pro I have ever been to. It is seriously good food and I eat there every chance I have. They jalapeno cream sauce is phenomenal.

My kids love to run and play on the ATVs, boats, mules, gators, and UTVs. They love the live fish tanks--fresh water and salt water. They love the shooting arcade. They love the camping, boating, and fishing departments the best. We love the competitive prices. Bass Pro usually has a sale on quality, name-brand clothing. My wife and I love Columbia and we have found some really good deals on clothes. We have also found their prices on fishing poles to be reasonable and their staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. And they always have more than enough checkout lines open.

Somewhat helpful depending on the time of day and how close it is to closing time. Been in there a few times looking for parts for a new to me boat and simply put; if they dont carry it then it doesnt exist. It doesnt matter if youve read about something online or found a product on a place like Amazon but prefer to support a brick a mortar store, if they dont have it then it wasnt invented or isnt needed. Ill be avoiding this place like the plague for parts and Ill cut my own arm off before Id take my boat here for service.

Stopped here on our way home on vacation. We should have spent our whole vacation here! Everyone in Alabama was so nice. It was a very welcomed experience after spending week in fast paced Panama City.

Excellent service period. Bought a used Nitro and they were outstanding with the warranty transfer. They are all very friendly and answered all of my questions. Had a problem with a fluid leak around the motor and they took the time to look at it with me and determined where it was coming from.

The staff is the reason they got the 3 stars, most of them are friendly and professional. A lack of rifle ammo caliber diversity they have is a bit aggravating. The fact that our BPS has a line of rifle ammo shelves 30 long and carries multiple name brands doesnt mean you can find your caliber. Anything aside from the obvious 223, 243, 270, 7RM, 30-30, 308, 30-06, and 300WM, means they likely dont have it and dont expect to see any come in... The only calibers I saw off the beaten path were 22 Hornet and 6.5 Creedmoor, an old school veteran and the new hopeful, until the next best-ever round enters the scene.I asked about 257 Roberts and received a mild chuckle; I asked about 7x57 and was told that they had 2 boxes in stock. I decided to buy dies to reload but, again, found only the usual suspects... With all the ammo and reloading gear I looked at, I came away without any rounds. The counter guy apologized but said that I could order online. I will, but not with BPS!Heres the big box theory and corporate slogan - These rounds are what you should buy because theyre what sells...NEWS FLASH - If BPS actually carried a more diverse selection of ammo, more locals would purchase from them. If stores wont stock it, they cant sell it!This is not the fault of the local staff but has to do with BPS Corporate. The 3 stars I gave was because of the staff, the score should have been a 5 but the corporate big cheeses trying to make everyone buy and shoot only a few calibers are the reason I knocked the ratings down.

Prices are fair for the merchandise, but its not a discount store; when you patronize this establishment, you are praying for the experience...not just the product. The nature/sportsman like atmosphere is brought to life by the visual artistry evident around every corner. You wont be disappointed by the abundance of North America large and small game trophy mounts displayed all throughout the store. Youll certainly be impressed if not in total awe of the two live aquatic life exhibits, one freshwater and one saltwater. To top it all off, the staff is knowledgeable and definitely on top of their game when it comes to delivering service with pride and integrity. I feel like the staff always overdelivers when I need assistance. This local store is a true gem.

Great Bass Pro Shops store! Ive only seen bigger in Texas. We went there looking for flip flops, but got distracted with all the neat taxidermy animals and waterfall. Pleasantly surprised you can take your pet in the store as well.

Leeds Alabama had never had anything we were looking for. Went to purchase power poles. Had 3 on display, a red one, black one and white one. Asked the price, response was I have no clue someone has removed the price sign. So he carried us to the shelf and all the stock is blue (which was not on display). We were prepared to spend $4000 in that store yesterday. When the first name of the store is BASS you would think you could purchase anything for your boat without ordering. Never going back. Here we come Dicks Sporting Goods

Bass is my favorite place to shop, we dont have one where I live so when I get near one I have stop!!!!!!!The cashier was awesome, All associates were very atentive but she was great.

BPS has anything you need when it comes to hunting, fishing, camping ect. Really nice atmosphere and if your in there shopping and get hungry they have a restaurant in there also.

Great store. By far the largest aquarium out side of a commercial one. The restaurant is pretty good, as well as their archery lane is publicly accessible for a small price.

My wife and I love this place. Great assortment of goods and equipment. Nice taxidermy items.

Drove all the way up from Florida on a combined getaway and purposeful trip to this store. Wasnt disappointed at all. Found a few bargains and went home happy. You should do this sometime. I only wish that they had a store closer to me...... wait a minute, wish just came true. They are completing one in Gainesville, 45 mins. from the house. I know where to find my wife now.😃

Great outdoor store to go and check things out to buy online later for significantly cheaper. This Bass Pro doesnt have quite as much to see as some of their bigger stores, but theres still a big fish tank, a shooting gallery, and a bunch of boats you can climb on - the kids love that stuff.

Bass Pro Shops are usually amazing places, and this location is no exception. A bit tough to navigate into the parking lot, but once there, tons of spaces to choose from.
