Staff is nice but I found alot of shoes I wanted, but they didnt have in my size.

I found shoes for my grandson. The staff was friendly. The reason I didnt rate it a 5 star was this. Although the sign on the door ask customers to wear mask, the staff did not. I may have shopped longer, but did not feel comfortable.

Nicely kept and relatively well organized. Found what I was looking for in less than five minutes and had two employees break away from what they were working on to make sure o didnt need help in that time. Overall a pleasant experience.

No customer service at all walked around for 20min cause I didnt know where a certain type of shoe was no help at all so I left and went to bass pro

My number one shoe store! I do wish they would increase the variety of 3 year old shoes they sale!! As well as a better selection of adult shoes and work boots. The past 2 pair of boots I bought there for work have only lasted me 3 months so I hope the quality gets back to where it was. My biggest complaint is the older gentlemen who works there follows us around as if my family and I are going to steal something! I have left on 2 occasions due top this ride behavior and shopped elsewhere.

I had to go shopping for formal shoes for an event with my husbands job. I am not by any means a dressy girl. Sneakers and flip-flops are more my style. I am clueless when it comes to fancy attire. The woman at the Prattville location were wonderful! I showed them pictures of my two dresses and they were so helpful. They went above and beyond helping me find shoes that would go with either dress. I felt as though I was in a high end store getting luxury attention. I highly recommend this store for any of your shoe needs!!!!

Although, we didn’t make a purchase with this store we did receive awesome customer service in December 2018. A male friend of mines was in need of some brown dress shoes for a wedding, we had no luck at the other four stores nearby. But, the salesman Jakarrius S. was very helpful and provide us with above average customer service. He allowed us to bring his outfit in to match up a great pair of shoes and the experience with him was awesome. He took time with us, look through every option we had and when we did fine the perfect shoe, unfortunately they didn’t have it in his sizes. But, that didn’t stop Jakarrius, oh no, he called the Montgomery, AL store near east chase to see if they had that shoe and size in stock and they did. We went by their and pick the shoe up with no problems and at the end of the day we was completely satisfied. Jakarrius, thank you for your time and effort you put in on that day to make sure we was satisfied at the end. We’re thankful!!!
