I went wedding dress shopping here today and it was such an amazing experience!! I went to david’s bridal a few hours before, they found me a few decent dresses. But none that I loved.. So I asked my sister’s to go pick out some dresses for me because they know my style, one of the employees overheard and said “you can’t do that, leave that to the specialists.”At this Bridal Boutique, the first thing they told me I could do was start by picking out six dresses! I picked one out and let the rest of my group pick one for me to try on. I never felt rushed here, it was such a great experience!! Heather was super helpful and super sweet!! They also have bridal suites, not just one little dressing room like the other place.. they have a whole suite, with plenty of room along with a couch!!I said yes to the dress today also, they have many gorgeous dresses. Lots of different colors and styles to choose from. I was very impressed and will highly recommend to others in the future. ❤️

Very professional and courteous. After getting hosed by another shop after ordering a tuxedo. The week before my wedding. I went to this shop and couldnt have been more pleased. I was worried about ordering a tuxedo with not enough time. The ladies here gave me confidence they would have the tux ordered and ready for me in two business days. They delivered. I highly recommend this shop for any formal wear needs.

Very good service, the associates were willing to help me as well as find what I wanted in a dress. They offered to talk to designers about possible altered dresses, showed the kinds of alterations they could make, and overall made it an enjoyable experience. They were very helpful, very sweet, and very professional and left me feeling more at ease than when I went in.

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere was a highlight, along with the fantastic selection of bridal gowns. Ended up buying my wedding dress right off the rack with how much I fell in love with it here!Everyone was caring, kind, and excited, which made my experience fantastic. Would highly recommend making an appointment, because this spot knows what theyre doing, and can get you what you need. Loved my visit, would happily come again.

Absolutely horrible. They have told us several different dates as to when the bridesmaid dresses would arrive. The wedding is in less than a month and we still have not received them. They never even called to let us know they would be arriving later than expected.

Be very careful when you order something here. I ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses, but had to cancel my wedding due to Covid 19. Before the last girl ever ordered, I tried to cancel and was unable to do so, because fabric had already been ordered ? Fabric had already been ordered, but I could change my style and color with no issues, just not receive my bridesmaids money back. I also ordered a tux ( for my now husband )here for a private ceremony and when I received it the tux had a huge hole in it and the 3 ties were all the wrong style.

The best bridal experience PERIOD. The staff was knowledgeable and down to earth. Checked dates, made recommendations, sizes and colors to make my dream dress come together!

I purchased my homecoming court dress from here earlier today and I love it! The store had a huge selection to choose from. The whole staff were just as sweet as can be and so helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The ladies there are amazing! There could be 3 of them and 25 people in the shop and they STILL make you feel like the only one in the room. I will definitely go back for all of our formal attire.

Loved my bridesmaids dresses we got here. The employees were very sweet and helpful with dress selection but not so great with measurements. We did get our dresses before expected so we had time to make adjustments thank goodness! They were expensive but then again you get what you pay for....

We found a pageant dress here and of course my daughter tried on at least 20 dresses before she decided on the 1st one she tried on. The ladies were so nice and never rushed us. We will be going back for more dresses.

I love this place! Everyone is SO sweet and helpful! I bought my wedding dress from them and they were amazing! We also got our tuxedos from there and they were great! Our measurements couldnt have been better and we got them right when we need them! They made our day perfect!

My son took me there to put a down payment on a tux for prom, they have the most exquisite tuxedos and gowns for rent or sale, and the staff is so personable and professional. They carry beautiful accessories and jewelry pieces to accentuate your outfit on your formal occasion.

Not a very friendly staff. The lady who set up our appointment had a very uptight attitude about us wanting to try on dresses without an appointment. I understand needing a consultant present to ensure dresses are placed on the racks properly and not damaged, but it was just a very poorly handled interaction.

All I can say is you better make sure before you give them your hard earned cash you dont need a refund or make changes to any order for any reason because they have no problem stealing your money when you have unforseen circumstances that may arise to cause you to cancel your order. The customer service is very rude and they try to avoid you by telling you theres nothing they can do knowing people are planning a wedding already spending tons of money and not wanting to waste a dime if they dont have to. Its sad when the associates tell you one thing about not having to pay everything upfront and then when we do decide to knock everything out of the way and in less than 48 hours realize we didnt need to rent our items now they dont want to give us our money back but we still have no products. It wouldnt have been any different than us canceling our order if we didnt pay upfront. They are not professional when it comes to handling business with clients and keeping a positive rapport and relationship.

This Place is wonderful! My daughters have purchased every prom, pageant, and now Mardi Gras Ball Gowns from them. The owner and the staff are polite people, with years of knowledge! This is the only place I will shop! Wedding gowns are next and we will buy them here! The selection is out of this world!

Older lady was really rude to my friend while we were looking for dresses. She didnt want to help us find anything, said she would be right back then she started helping a bride that came in so we left. Wont be back and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

My youngest son needed a tux in one day! His girlfriend decided to go to a formal at her college last minute! They made it happen!

I have used them for my daughters proms, her entire wedding party and now my sons tux for prom. Easy to deal with and always friendly.

DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED HERE. I bought a gorgeous nearly $500 prom dress that was a couple of sizes too big. The lady at the desk said alterations werent expensive (they were almost an additional $100 which is ridiculous for how poorly they were done) so I went ahead and had it altered. The dress fit horribly and I didnt have time to try it on because they gave it to me the day before I was traveling to the dance in Mobile. I try it on the morning of the dance and she tightened the sides of the dress straight back and threw the chest off making my smaller bust get swallowed up then on top of that, the sheer part on the top was tight in the wrong places and way too loose in others. I should have altered it myself, I could have done a better job. Nothing ruins a dance more than an ill fitting dress. 👎🏻

Update 6/4/16: Someone from the shop called and discussed my dissatisfaction from my earlier review, and I was told I would be given a partial refund. I was also told that a pair of replacement pants had been sent to the brides home on the morning of the wedding so my husband could have a better fitting pair of pants. Unfortunately, no one told us those pants were even coming, so we didnt know about them until today (2 weeks later). I am glad that they tried to make it right by apologizing and offering a partial refund. However, the company still seems to have some issues with communicating with their suppliers and customers, so I still wont give them my business again, but at least there was an effort to fix it.Original review, May 2016: live in Mobile, but my husband was recently a groomsman in a wedding, and the groom is from Prattville. We drove up 4 weeks before the wedding to have him measured for a tux rental. The day before the rehearsal, the groom texted us and said his tux didnt fit and had to be fixed, so we wanted to make sure the fit was correct. When my husband came out of the dressing room wearing the pants, he could hold the waistband out a foot in front of him. We tightened the adjustable straps on the sides, but they were still 8-10 inches too big. The attendant measured him again and said he lost 3 inches (he had actually gained a little weight). Even if that were true, the pants still would have been 5+ inches too big. They didnt have any other pants, so they had to tack them in so much that the back pockets puckered and folded over themselves. His butt looked saggy and sad, but that was the best they could do. The vest they gave him was also too big and had to be altered. The shirt was not only too small in the neck, but it also had 4 holes in it. They ended up trading the shirt and trying to give him a vest that was way too small, but ha had to stick with the altered original. The only other thing they offered was to give him suspenders to wear under his vest. They never apologized or admitted making any mistakes, they assured me that the measurements were correct both times even though they were drastically different, and they didnt offer to give us any sort of discount. We paid over $100 for a tux that really didnt look good. When we got to the wedding and met up with the rest of the bridal party, we found out that two other groomsmen had similar problems. Including the groom, four of the seven guys in the bridal party had problems with this place. We will never go here again, and we will advise all of our friends not to use this place.

They did an amazing job helping me pick my suit and the measurements were right on point.

The worst experience with a wedding partys attire. First, I stay in Montgomery. The traveling down to choose dresses, back down to get measured, and back to pick up the dresses was fine with me. But to have every person to have to have their dresses altered by another company, costing approximately an extra 75 was too much. The groomsmen were measure and only 2 out of the 12 fitted fine. They were not willing to make peace with the situation at all. I am highly upset with the service.

The staff is so helpful, especially for nervous brides- and husbands-to-be!!! The selection is really beautiful and though prices may seem high, you really get what you pay for.

Customer service is key to a good business.Seeing how there is no where to comment back...No 1st pants were TOO BIG in the waist no way they would fit. It was ordered by your lady and if there was a ? About his size and statue then you need to know your business and know what fit is needed. His only thing was no skinny leg pants..Yes you did but said it had to be at open which is at 10. I will be in Prattville on Tuesday at 1. So it is sad that at your ERROR you dont want to work with the customer. But dont worry yourself. You measured wrong or ordered wrong, because I dont think he lost 5 or more lbs in a week. HUMMMMMMMM. The 1st pair of pants DIDNT FIT IN THE WAIST!He drove from Montgomery to pick it up on Tuesday and had to return today. He had to rearrange his schedule to pick it up today. You would think with the error being on you that a 1 PM drop off on Tuesday would be fine.Tux rental should require 3 trips.Order, try on, and then return.Not 4order, try on doesnt fit then have to return for a fit and then return.Someone is this business should know what fits, and what the customer needs.Mens warehouse would have been cheaper. I was good with the drop off on Sunday or Monday til we had to make a extra trip.But no worries it will be there at 5 to 530 on Monday.All customers can believe what they want, but when your pants dont fit in the waist I guess its the customers fault for losing 5 or more lbs in a week. 64 and 150lbs. Then and on pick up both days.Guess it goes to show, HE ORDERED NO YOU ORDERED, and if you would have thought that from the beginning then the right pants would have been ordered the first time. Funniest thing is he was told they were fine and that the suspenders would hold them up. LOL PANTS TO BiGThen when you checked his pants the sec time you had them pulled up so far it was ridiculous because his socks were showing and the exact words from the owner was it will be ok you will have on dress sock right.But let start from the start of the second day. NO ONE, NO ONE I repeat checked him til after he came to where I was sitting then he made it all the way back to the dressing room on the other side of the room before you checked what he had on.Like I said BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!And lets not mention his pants came above his tall dress sock when he sat down.so he was embarrassed and uncomfortable all night.
