Dr. Yolanda was very nice and professional. 4 stars because I couldn’t find frames that I liked that were under $200. If you are concerned about others trying on glasses they sanitize in between by giving you a tray to put the glasses you have tried on in. I would come back!

Optometrist 5 stars, mr.james on frames and lens 5 stars, however when picking up the Ray Bans the case was walmart logo plastic. I ask where the case for the Ray bans were, and the lady said let me look if we have one. She went to another room, opened a drawer and said heres one. She overtightened the arms, overall I give her a 1 star.

Some of the front staff can be challenging at times, however Dr . Ro makes up for any bad experience you have with the front staff. She is out of this world amazing ! Love her to death, I have been using her for years and will follow her wherever she goes! She is the only reason I use this place! Highly recommendher

Worst experience ever !!!! I called to see if I could come up there to put my lens into a new frame; I was told I could come up there & see & that it may be hard. I go up there & another lady said well we not letting people just come up here to look at the board so I asked so you cant just try to see if you do have them; she said no. I will never shop there again even if my vision was bad & they were the last people on earth. COVID 19 or not its a way to treat people; attempting to look & not evening finding nothing wouldve been pleasant.

Waiting for contact back from a Regional Manager now. Provided customer with a faulty frame, replaced them about two months ago because the arm kept falling off. Started to do the same on the new pair and all of a sudden nothing can be done! This is rubbish. I realize you dont manufacture the product, but a company should stand by their products. Hoping your RM can provide some assistance since you obviously cant.

The Dr is friendly and was right on target with my prescrption. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We have been in contact with them numerous times over an eight hour period trying to get a hold of the doctor. The contacts given are hurting my eyes and we were trying to see if there was anyway to get a different brand. The first gentlenan on the phone was great and said he would call us back. Come three hours later and the lady on the phone was very rude and said that they would contact me once they were done with THEIR patients. Come two hours later my husband calls and the same lady tells him that the same thing she told me, they will call him back when they want to. I will never go here again and will be in contact with corperate. I cringe to think what would happen if I had a life threatening illness. Shame on you walmart

All of the women I have come in contact with in that office have really bad attitudes! I understand they may not be happy working inside of a Walmart, but there is no need to express that to the customer.

I let the phone ring for 15 minutes and nobody answered, and my friend was there watching you ignore it. Grow up
