Staff I have had pleasure of working with were very nice and helpful. Sadly there are always long lines if you go inside. Sometimes my routine rx is one back order even though its something I get monthly for years now so it kinda should be in the system youd think for inventory purposes to keep stock accurate. Also Walmart does nothing to keep people from parking in the RX curbside pickup spots to do their shopping so often you cant actually pickup up your RX curbside because the spots are taken by shoppers to lazy to park in a normal spot.At least the pharmacy staff is nice.

Everyone that works in the Prattville Pharmacy goes above and beyond the call of duty. And not just with me, but others. I have seen how customers can be loud and sometimes unkind but yet the staff always maintains their integrity and professionalism. They all have a great deal of patience and never hesitate to explain things, even more than once, if needed. Thank you, Prattville Walmart Pharmacy!!
