I love this store and all the employees in it. They helped my husband find my new wedding set and also helped me wrap my ring with a second band. I have dealt with different employees and had wonderful customer service from each one.
Excellent visit!! Store is kept clean and sanitary. The staff is top notch!!!! Unfortunately they were unable to clean my jewelry but they had cleaner available for purchase. They helped educate me on how to clean it. So glad I know how to properly clean my jewelry in the safety of my home! So willing to go above and beyond!!! Awesome customer service. My wife’s wedding band lost a diamond recently so we took it to Kay’s to get fixed. They had to mail the ring off and it was back at their store fixed in no time. I’m currently working 6 days a week so Sunday is our only day to get stuff done. We drove to Kay’s (about 45 minutes) to find out they were closed do to a busted water pipe. I sent Adrienne an email and within 30-40 minutes she was at the the store to meet me and give us the ring. Couldn’t ask for better service!
I would like to start that I have never left a review for any business I have ever used. This experience has been an exception. I ordered a wedding ring on November 11th and it was scheduled to arrive on November 22. We check in several times up through December 11th and the order had not arrived. This was fine because our wedding is not until February 6th. In mid December, the store manager, Adrienne, realized that the ring had mistakenly been shipped to Oklahoma. I understand there are a lot of shipping issues at the moment so I completely understood. On December 23rd, I called and was told by the store manager that the best direction to go would be to do a completely new order and that is would be scheduled to arrive in mid January. For a wedding on February 6th, a mid January shipment was cutting it too close for comfort considering our experience to this point. Hopefully canceling the order and getting my money back will be a better experience. Unfortunately, I could not recommend purchasing a blow pop from this store.
Refused to help. I understand that we are dealing with COVID and all but this location is keeping the doors locked and makes you wait outside until they see you. I went there with the intent to get my wedding rings sent off for sizing and soldering. Was told I needed an appointment. No one was in the store and I asked to simply give her my rings and wait for the paperwork outside. Was told no. What is so precious in a jewelry store that they have to be on a near lockdown status but I can go nearly anywhere else at this point? I wonder why they don’t just close the store for the duration so they can stop paying people to do nothing.
The manager is awesome and always there and her staff rocks. Her commitment to service keeps me coming back. Every business needs someone like her for sustainability and image. She is a true gem for Kay and I will continue to come back as long as she is there.
I went in to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected. The staff was quick to quick to greet me and help me. They were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to my next trip in.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate of me not having knowledge of the different cuts of diamonds. The sales representative eventually wouldnt answer any other questions and suggested I shop somewhere less expensive.. of course my budget was $15,000. Your loss Kay Jewelers.
