Super Clean. Organized. Was Greeted & asked if they could help me find something the very moment I came in the door which made my trip quick and easy! They had exactly what I was looking for neatly organized & prominently priced. Check out was a breeze, taking only a few minutes with an extremely nice, knowledgeable clerk. Overall I couldnt have had a better first experience in their new Prattville store.

I wont say cheap tools, but affordable and workable tools. People who make a living with their tools probably are going with DeWalt, and other high named products. But someone who is going to use a saws all twice or three times a year might want something a lot cheaper. I bought a generator from there and have loved it. Price was close to $300.00 dollars cheaper than the top brands. So if you can spend the top dollar okay but I cant but, I still shop Lowes and Home Depot.

This is truly the best Harbor Freight I have ever been in. Store is stocked well, neat, and no trouble finding what youre looking for or someone to help out. Dont know who manages this store but they (corporate) needs to have go from store to store and teach his method.

Pretty good quality tools for a fraction of the price. And if they cant withstand what the others can they replace it you really cant beat it its a great store

Very helpful staff, and if you arent using tools professionally a great place to outfit a garage or home shop. Again, if you are making a living may not be the best choice for tools, but for the average homeowner it is the best place to get most items. Prices cant be beat.

Always find cheap tools at cheap prices! Has many items that can be used. Plastic sawhorses and an inexpensive welding helmet was my latest ...NOTE: The 20% OFF ANY ONE ITEM is not a correct statement. READ THE FINE PRINT.I drove to HF to purchase a compressor to find out my coupon didnt cover the ONE ITEM I wanted to purchase. Waisted my time. Back to Lowes or Home Depot. At least they honor their sales and are military/veteran friendly.

Disappointing. We asked about a product and the cashier popped off there wasnt one within 100 miles, but made no effort to look for it or find out when they expected to get one. We drove to Troy and got just what we wanted and staff couldnt have been nicer.

The issue I have with this store is. I have asked 3 different store employees to turn the display lathe around. Its displayed back to. How can a customer check it out when he cannot see and put his hands on the controls. I might as well buy something from grizzly if I cannot look at it.

The staff at this place is top notch! Airways friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Even when I was browsing, just taking my time looking I had four different employees ask if they could help me find something within an hour.

Really great harbor freight much more stock than some of the others Ive been too. Dunno about all these new high dollar tools they have now, but I know the cheapys are really good tools.

Very large selection, nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that you have to fight your way back through the checkout line behind you to get to the exit door. They should have thought that one through a little better.

Like a big Man Store; you cant go in there without buying something! Free flashlight with coupon... always check the magnet on a metal surface to make sure it holds without sliding down.

My first time ever shopping at a Harbor Freight store. I thought I found a couple of good deals, especially with the coupons. The redhead that rang me up was in space that day, or something. I gave her my information, phone number, ect. to get on the email list and handed her the coupon. That is when she went on some rant about some sort of new Driver License that the state of Alabama would be requiring everyone to get and pay for, and that was all she kept going on about. She never got me email address and didnt ring all the coupons and it cost me around $15 on a $150 ticket. I interpreted her to ask if she got everything and she started on the next guy. I called to her again and she kept going on a him about some License deal. She must have been having a really bad day or was on something. I got out to my car and, yes, she had missed something. Sorry to have messed up her buzz. Ridiculous!

They had absolutely everything I needed and several options to choose from. The staff was offering to help if I needed assistance.

Definitely visit the store in Prattville. The staff and management there are awesome.

Went to HF for a locking wrench. Decided to shop around at other places. Went to four other locations and found similar items for up to twice the HF price. Went back to HF and saved $$. Could have saved a lot of time if I had trusted my gut in the first place.

Good selection and great prices. Tools range from cheap low use grade to shop grade equipment.

All employees were helpful and polite. I found everything I wanted. Great location.

HELL HOLE!! First time in RUDE RUDE SERVICE. They had none of the winches that were advertised. Second time in finally had winches. Refuses my 20 percent coupon. Rude, rude argued with me for thirty minutes. Finally store manager rereads coupon and says oh my bad...we can take this coupon. I bought winch but left a bad taste in my mouth. Tonight called ahead they have no idea what their own hours are. Rude, unfriendly cashier. They have five slips for mineral spirits machine. Go to cash register rude cashier says we have none after she was rude about coupon. They have nothing, they are rude, they do not want to help you. Just go to Montgomery. After 12 years of shopping at Montgomery Harbor freight NEVER once had a bad experience.
