We appreciated that he didnt sell us a hearing aid until my saw an ENT for a possible ear problem that might prevent a hearing aid from working. He could have sold us the hearing aid and we would not have known about the issue.

I went back to miracle ear and they made everything good with my issue with my hearing aid. Although I had given them a bad review in the past it all seemed to be a misunderstanding and I apologized to Stephen for giving him a bad review and purchased my new hearing aid from him and he was very professional and polite. I recommend miracle ear they stand behind their promises. Thank y’all very much for being so understanding.

My mother is very happy with the hearing aids from Miracle Ear in Prattville. They were very attentive to her needs and I would recommend them to anyone!

Peoples not nice dont give you no copy of your exam I asked for my report to be sent to my Doctor they didnt want to charge 25.00 if they give you a report
