Professional and courteous service, highly recommended. Although I came in for muffler work, they do far more and I would trust them with any work needed on my vehicle. Good people that provide quality work with hometown customer service that is hard to find these days.

Great work theyve done exhaust work rooster is the best. Took my light bar mounts that needed drilled in and they stopped what they were doing and nicely drilled holes in it with their drill press. Love this place would recommend to anyone they can do anything!

I was on my way from Mobile to Nashville and heard a whine in the rear of my Chevy Tahoe. Gary stopped what he was doing, diagnosed that it was the rear end, and completely rebuilt it in three hours and 15 minutes. Its quiet as a field mouse now. The people who work there are all very funny and friendly! When I came in for business, they told me to make myself comfortable, and watch TV and have a good laugh with each other. The man up front is always telling jokes, and the I added a FlowMaster super 40 series to my Jeep and it sounds great! they installed it in 30 minutes! Loved it and will be going back!

Magic Muffler Repair / Muffler Shop is under new ownership now. They were very professional and friendly. I had installed a set of long tube headers on my 1996 Yukon and needed the exhaust, Y- Pipe and muffler installed. It was a tight fit on the drivers side but they did an outstanding job on the installation and it only took a couple of hours. They charged $ 75.00 an hour for labor and that is a great price for quality, custom work. Randall Mosley (Foreman) was very professional and courteous. I will return with any future muffler work I may require and highly recommend them from my personal experience.

When it comes to work on your vehicle they are the best! The best price from a $20 oil change, which no one can beat, to a complete engine rebuild. They do it all at the best price!

They install rear brake shoes on my truck that I provided and only charged me $84 to do. A Nother well known repair shop in Prattville was going to charge me over $200 to install them. They did a great job and I have had no issues with the brakes on my truck.

I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. They are very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk lacks customer service skills and she was very rude. They also tried to overcharge me $150 for a $25 part. I took my vehicle else where, then the woman had the nerve to come to my work and tells me I owe them $37.00 for just LOOKING at my vehicle, which I was not informed of when I took it there. Would NEVER recommend this mechanic shop to ANYONE. Take my advice and steer clear of this place.

Absolute worst muffler shop I called them and told them I wanted flow masters on my truck they said come on in after i left I realised that it didnt sound nothing like flow masters I have flow masters on my other truck so when I questioned it they said its just the type of motor u have in that truck well I put my truck on a lift and guess what they are not flow masters if u want a exhaust on your vehicle childs performance is the best to go because they actually put flow masters on my truck

Poor service and installers just kept constantly kept saying how hard it would be to install a muffler system on a mustang and could never give me a price on the work needed to be done. I went to Childs mufflers and they gave me several options and never carried on about how hard it would be. Needless to say I was given a couple of quotes to choose from and they installed my mufflers.

Omg where to begin. The compassion and loyalty to their customers come first is hands down what they stand on. I had alot of work done at a pepboys here in birmingham and had ongoing issues with the work so yesterday I was traveling after pepboys had supposably fixed my truck for the 4th time. Long story short my truck was not fixed I broke down a little out of Clanton Al by myself made it to the Ford dealership and was told I needed exhaust work and muffler work. Called Magic Muffler right from the intial phone call I felt safe. Explained that I was traveling working and was told I needed exhaust work was welcomed with kindness and compassion. They got me right in and yes I did need exhaust work but the reason my truck was still un operable was due to the same work pepboys claimed they did. So now Im stranded alone in Pratville truck is not operable to make it home with me driving. These God sent people offered to not only tow my truck but also get me home to my children that were worried sick about their mom being stranded 70 miles from home... This company ran by all family are full of love and honestly the kindness people Ive ever meet. They do excellent work and stand on integrity and morals. I recommend if you need auto service in this area Magic Mufflers is the only place I would go. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart and children say thank you too. Angels work the earth too.
