Recently had 2 experiences at the Prattville UPS store. I cannot say enough about the assistance of a young man named Walter. He was cordial, helpful, and treated each customer as if they were the only one there. He went the extra mile during both of my transactions. Whom ever is in charge of employee training needs to hire Walter to train fellow employees. Because of his attention and knowledge, I have recommended the Prattville UPS store to many friends.

Minus 10 stars!!!! Went in to ship packages employees had no clue to what they were doing. When asking a question they were rude. So was the manager. Don’t give this UPS STORE your business. Shop USPS!

I got a quote to ship 4 rims on Saturday after bringing one into the store, 2 days later I bring the rims in to ship and the price goes up $150. Completely wasted my time, I’ll never go here again

Subpar printing. They do not know how to color correct or match. They charged a $6 “format” fee to print a print ready file because the employee didn’t know how to use photoshop or printer. Skin tone was extremely orange. I paid $30 for 10 (8x10) prints. The employee got frustrated when I pointed out how orange his prints were in comparison to the original. I could get a better quality print on my home computer.

In store service had been great every time I’ve been. However, calling is never an option because the line is always busy and apparently they can’t afford call waiting, multiple lines, etc. therefore they get a bad review.

Would not use this store ever again. Shipped a money order which they lost. Filed a claim and received no follow up. Called the 800 number and they stated the store closed my investigation. Called the store they stated they did not and would follow up with me. They never followed up with me so I had to go in person and was told, this is now a month later, that the manager Kimberly had been too busy to do anything about it but she would make a call right now. Kimberly had zero professionalism or care, told me shes a 3rd party contractor so its not her problem and was extremely rude. I wouldnt hire her to run a lemonade stand let alone a store that takes care of peoples packages. I will never use this store again and would not recommend any else do so. The pony express is more likely to get your package to where it needs to go

I spent $142 to have a package overnitghted to my 13 year old grandson. It was supposed to arrive Saturday at noon. Its now midnight and package not received. They also refused to box and seal my package while I was there because the lady said we have to take care of the counter first. I will use the USPS next time.

I was told by a female employee at this location that UPS does not ship anything to China. If this be the case then why does UPS have hubs and branches in China? Customer service here was poor and not very accommodating.

We always have a great experience when we go there when Michael is there. He really knows how to run the place. Ask for him if you go there.

This store gets no stars. Please do not bring your business here. They refuse to take a credit card over the phone, or a check overnighted to them They are anti-business. Poor people of Prattville, the owner owns 5 UPS stores so you are just out of luck. I deal with UPS stores all over the country for my business and this is the ONLY one who refuses a credit card over the phone. Heather wasnt even trying to help me or my elderly clients. NO WHERE ELSE treats business this way. Exceptions should be made for reputable businesses.

This place is a freaking nightmare. I came in to simply have a shipping label printed. I was in the store for over 45 minutes. They have one computer to do all the photo printing, labels, etc. Not very efficient at all. No fault of the great staff. Blame UPS for having a store who cant even keep up with a minimal demand for simple tasks. I will not be back. This is why I use FedEx. The only reason I came here is because my remote printer at home was down. Save yourself the headachh. Do Not Come Here Unless u are dropping off a prearranged package.C.Smith

Really happy with my experience here, Chantell was super nice and helpful. I used this location to ship back my Amazon Book Rentals. I didn’t have my labels printed out, but was able to print, get a box and ship my rentals back for literally $1 in less than 5 minutes.

We stopped by this store to get some paperwork notarized and faxed and the lady who helped us (Chantelle) went above and beyond! She was so pleasant and extremely helpful! I cant say enough about this store and our experience there!

Ive never given a review of this Prattville UPS store, but since I saw it at the expo on the news a bit ago, I wanted to say it is the GREATEST store in Alabama that ive been to ! I have not been in a while since I dont do the errands for my husbands office anymore, and I usually come on Christmas, but when I did last come Michael was very knowledge and courteous and sweet, Shantel (i believe was her name) went above and beyond to help each time, and had a great attitude, the other one Isiah was very funny, he was a great counterpart, and assisted the two and each customer that was waiting making sure they were comfortable. What a TEAM !! My husband loved doing buisness with this store, and I look forward to coming this December to ship presents to everyone, I hope you guys are ready !!!

Been dropping packages off for a few years now. Fast and friendly.

Most expensive place to ship I have ever been to. Went and got a quote to ship a dirt bike frame, quote was 278 dollars to ship boxed, 70 dollars to pack it, or 48 dollars for 2 card board boxes and I pack it myself. I got a second quote at USPS along with freeboxes, shipped for 33.90.
