Great staff; very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Just wish there was a better selection on hand. Low inventory due to the pandemic. My must go-to for paint and stain.

This location had what I was looking for. The price for a gallon of pre stain/wood conditioner was far better than the nearby big box stores. Gary was helpful and very professional. Highly recommend.

Had a horrible experience at this store just a few minutes ago. My home is a little complex with the layout. So choosing colors was a bit difficult.I took pictures of the home so they would be able to see what I was wanting to do. First the guy told me how to paint it and where to end it. Then he changed his mind. Then I was more confused. So instead of helping me he gave me a business card and said to talk to some other people at Sherwin Williams. Even though he stated they were all professionals there. Then told me the people I should talk to are also professionals. All he did was pawn us off to someone else. Who wouldn’t have been able to see the pictures of where I was going to paint and the colors.Totally not right at all 😡

I was in the Prattville store yesterday and the lady that helped me was amazing. I was needing some stain to do my cedar post on my new house and had no idea on where to even start. I ask the lady working tons of questions and she showed me lots of samples on some cedar I had brought in. After about 30 minutes or so I finally decided on a color but couldnt have managed without her help. The color was a perfect. I will definitely use them for all my paint needs! THANKS SHERWIN WILLIAMS!!
