Went in to find gel polish that my manacurist doesnt have.. Their stock was pathetic. 2 to 3 bland ugly colors. Wont be going there again.....sad

I just returned a couple of products on Tuesday at 5:50pm and the ash blond girl was extremely rude and not helpful! I had two separate returns and one purchase and she got irritated at me because I wanted to use my new store credit instead of paying her cash.. Plus, she knows nothing about coloring hair! Get a person in there that actually likes people!

Ive never been there but the Google thinks I have so it asked me to write a review. I give Sallys beauty three starts because I think thats about right. Not too many not too few, just the right amount not to drop any. Dropping stars can be serious. Remember when the Dukes of Hazzard dropped Bo and Luke Duke and replaced them with Coy and Vance? The show just wasnt the same without its two stars. Now Daisy Duke, she was special, I still have a little crush on her and she had a cool Jeep. That was a great show... Anyway I think youll really like Sallys beauty, maybe, unless you dont.

Always have in stock what I need. Good prices on the dye I use. Love the Mr Pumice foot bar that they have, I have never found it anywhere else.

Sallys has everything hair as well as other beauty supplies that u are looking for. Great deals as well! Highly recommend for people of all ages!

They give you poor advice and told me not to sue them if my hair fell out from it. The one in Prescott helped me way better than any other employee in PV.

This is a really great store with very knowledgeable about the hair/nail business. They are happy to answer all questions anyone has, and are happy to share about sales and discounts that someone might be in store for.

Came by yesterday to get some hair color and the sweet lady who worked that day was a doll she answered all my questions and helped me pick out the best product I should use and was very kind the other employee Im assuming was the manager was just as sweet I will keep coming here and skip the one by Ross they suck

Went in to Sally’s to find something for the wife..Wasn’t greeted by anyone, and the large lady with tattoos I interrupted smoking her cigarette seemed more interested in getting back to the smoke then helping me in the slightest...The large woman’s name tag read “manager” yet she was wearin zero makeup and smelled like the weed she just smoked on her break..Won’t ever return here again n can’t imagine a “beauty” store being successfull with woman wearing zero makeup and smelling like weed

The ladies in charge are simply amazing! Very kind and helpful employees willing to help me with any question and answering kindly.

I HATE the way the Manager treats her employees! Its a complete shame! I feel so bad for them, no wonder why there is constantly new employees! Boo Sallys! I expect more from YOU! You need to realize that this person in management effects your customers.

I am a salon owner in the prescott valley area and have been a regular at this location for about 3 years now I went in to get some supply’s for the shop and asked the manager about Some products and she was absolutely unprofessional and rude she seemed to be enhanced due to the fact that she was slurring her words while trying to answer some of my questions I had and not to mention the store smelt like marijuana she defiantly made me and the other customers in the store uncomfortable to say the least! I will never return to this sallys!

Im pretty sure they just leave the phone off the hook.
