We wanted to change our kitchen without breaking the bank. Josh from tri city home improvement pros came out and recommended countertops and cabinet paint to us instead of replacing cabinetry to save us on total cost. We really appreciated him wanting to make our vision happen but also working within our budget. He got our bid done on right there and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I wanted to wait until after the job was completed to make sure I was pleased with the project manager and teams they used. All I can say is WOW! From start to finish it was handled amazing. They are true “PROS” when it comes to handling remodels! Will definitely be reaching out to them for our bathrooms next!

Poor quality of workmanship. When asked to come back because of poor quality installation of carpeting, wave bump. Initially owner said let me run down who did the work. He stated he would have them call us. Neither he nor the carpet person ever called back. Forget Yav Contractors Assoc. They only protect the company not help with the shoddy installation issue. You get stuck. I could go on with other issues on this project. But if I were you, I would get other bids.

Purchased a home in Ponderosa Park last October. The seller stated they had just painted the home. Within a month the paint was peeling off and exposed some questionable repairs. Called Bobby and he called me right back. Since it is a log cabin style home, there was a great deal of handwork and crack filling that needed to be done. In the end the workmanship was top notch and while not an inexpensive job, it was worth every penny. I have hired TriCity to do three other projects and look forward to their completion.

Andrew *owner* came out to give a quote. Bragged about all services, work ethics, etc.. said he would get us a quote later that day or the following day for sure. Now 3 weeks later.....Ive called, left messages, emailed... no quote!!!

We contacted this company to obtain an estimate for exterior paint work. Their estimator showed up on time and was very professional. He had our estimate prepared and emailed quickly. We still havent decided who will be doing our paint work but Tri-City Home Improvement Pros is on our short list. I will update this review if they get the job.

I had my kitchen retiled and it looks fantastic. Kelly does a fabulous job. I wish Bobby had let me know what all of my hard costs would be in addition to the labor I paid him for, but the work was great in the end.

I cannot recommend Tri-City: 1. Tri-City is very expensive for their work.Troy claimed that their display room in town causes them to charge much more, as a result. Maybe, some adjustments are in order? 2. They have long wait times to get work started. We wasted two extra weeks b/c they have so few actual craftsman employed but have lots of managers.The sales person, Paulie, had limited technical expertise when estimating our very small job. We repeated that we needed completion rather quickly, as a priority. We just recently had mother-in-law residing here, to add to the urgent need for the 2nd toilet.Plan on high cost with a long lead time required, likely. Otherwise, they seemed to do okay.They hold to their contract.+
