I bought coffee and told the cashier that I really liked coffee and she told me that coffee was poison and I told her that for me poison it was beer and cigarettes. She told me that we better shut up because we were going to have problems, I just said my opinion. I thanked her when I paid and she told me to go back to my country. I just wanted to have a conversation and she disrespected me in front of other clients.

True to its word and name of Dollar Tree, EVERYTHING is $1.00!! Right now they have many Christmas items to choose from. They have a large selection of Christmas gift bags and theyre equally as good as the ones you pay $4 to $7 for at other stores. They also have a good selection of gift bags and party supplies for any occasion of the year. They carry toiletries, some craft items, office and school supplies, cleaning and laundry supplies, a selection of groceries, kitchen needs, mylar balloons, gift ideas, Hallmark and DaySpring cards, toys, pet needs, an aisle of snacks, beauty products and so much more!👍👍👍👍

For the first time in over 8 months. We visit the Prescott Valley Dollar Store several times a month . Weve always had friendly talk with all the employees. Today our cashier was so rude! Her light was on for that lane even though she was right up the aisle from it, she had us waiting for about 5 minutes then came to the register after a long line had formed, she didnt say a WORD to us,she gave dirty looks and rang up our items. The only time she spoke to us was to tell us what we owe. She was just plain rude! Ive never had that terrible customer service there. Bailey really needs to find a different job. Weve always been very happy with the condition of the store and the employees are always nice until today. We will not go through her lane again.we are very upset.

They are in the process of changing seasonal items around but the store looks good. The cashier was not as friendly as employees at other stores but I can deal with that to get what I need.

I had not been there in a long time.The store has a wonderful selection compared to other $ Stores.I really saved $ on things like hair,nail,batteries,brown sugar &whole black pepper in a grinder ect..The checker was polite & keeped the line moving.I would give the $ Tree a 4 1/2 🌟

I checked out and realized I forgot something. The checkout girl told me she would hold my bag. When I came back to pick it up, she said someone must have taken it. Another checkout lady told me to go back to and pick up all that I bought. I had 14 items but could not remember everything. The moral of this is once you purchased something, hold on to it! Never again will I go back to this store!

A Well-Stocked StoreI visited the Prescott area for the weekend and decided to visit their Dollar Tree.I was pleasantly surprised to see this particular store is very clean and well-stocked, as compared to other Dollar Tree stores in the greater Phoenix area.I usually shop at the Dollar Tree in Anthem, Arizona, which is a much smaller store in terms of square footage. Perhaps that is the reason it is not a well-stocked as the Prescott Dollar Tree. However, Anthem store is clean and well-maintained.Anyhow, the Prescott Dollar Tree is a standalone building, so the parking is plentiful. Also, their building sits up on a hill, and the views of the surrounding mountains are nice.The store personnel were pleasant, friendly and check-out went quickly.

Clean & friendly. Seems as if more people are shopping here cuz they can not keep items on the shelves. Kind of empty.

Place always seems a bit messy or unorganized, staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they are attempting to do simple remodels like the newer Snack Zone. They have great party selections including grab bag goodies, decorations, serving utensils/trays etc.

This Dollar Tree is well stocked, and clean. I always see the Manager working hard and helping customers, every single time Im in there. That makes a difference. Friendly cashiers. Great place to get party decor, favors, etc, and seasonal stuff the kids love. Helium balloons as well. Keep up the good work.

Great for cheap boxes and wrap for Christmas

Very good in AZ and NV Only bettered by the 99¢ Stores, which are bigger and have more selections, but none in Prescott area, only in Phoenix.Dollat Tree is FAR better than those filthy, dark Family Dollar and Dollar General stores. Avoid these messy pits at all costs. Sadly, Dollar Tree bought Family dollar in 2015, and its profits have plunged. It is now closing hundreds of Family Dollar Stores and refurbishing many more.

Always a fun place to shop. Nice to get everything for just $1!!! Today I picked up low-dose aspirin (30 ct), toothpaste, dog bones, 2 bandanas, pasta and more.

Fun looking at everything

My friend and I went to the Dollar Tree yesterday. We were on the hunt for Halloween decorations. We walked out of there very happy with our purchases. The price is perfect, now were set for a Halloween party thanks to Dollar Tree.

A Pretty good selection, but it was a little messy. It could have been because It was busy. Its a good size store. They might need a few more cashiers.

The owner and clerks here are very friendly and helpful. I can find just about anything!! The store is clean and items are always in place. So nice to have it near.

I love my Dollar Tree! This is not the largest store, but its in a new building conveniently located in the Home Depot/Hobby Lobby shopping area of Prescott Valley. Its well organized and friendly. Dollar Tree is my favorite of all the dollar stores because they have cooler looking stuff. Kind of like how Target used to compare to WalMart. And even better is that everything is priced at $1. Its amazing how many things are $1 at Dollar Tree that you would happily pay $5 for at WalMart.

I buy my bath soap, dish soap, and some paper products at Dollar Tree, great quality, better prices than Costco.

Tidy and organized store the staff is very friendly and its very easy to find what youre looking for. Not usually long lines so you can be in and out pretty quickly.

Honestly I dont come here often, but its what you expect from/for a dollar store. Ill occasionally buy dog toys from here whenever there is a puppy in the house thatll tear up any toy you give them, so why spend a lot of money thatll be thrashed in a few hours anyway. Beyond that, they carry these 5-6 rubber squeaky ducks that my dog absolutely loved since she was a puppy, and it was the only thing she wouldnt shred.Otherwise, the place is clean, decent options, and its easy to get to.

Im surprised, an old fashioned dollar store. In other words, everything costs a dollar. I never understood why the other two chains call themselves dollar stores.

Eeeeeh i mean its not bad. I pop in there alot for little things. Its okay. Selection isnt great and the store is arranged very cluttered and the aisles are crammed and tiny. Thers always a lot of employees, but they only ever have like 1 register open. Its not uncommon for lines to wrap around aisles. Pretty clean but the restrooms smell aboustly terrible.
