I ordered an ornament as a Christmas gift and paid for priority mail which on their website says 2 to 5 days to almost 2 weeks. When I emailed them about a refund on the extra I paid for shipping, they just kept making up excuses and blaming the weather or COVID-19. Very unprofessional and very rude emails from them. I would never buy anything from them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Order at your own risk. Don’t get ripped off
Ordered some bulk chili light covers, but a couple were missing, so I emailed them about it and they immediately shipped out the replacements. Really responsive and items delivered quickly.
Very good selection. Our choices at moderate prices had very good quality. The package arrived in good condition, but one ornament arrived with a tip broken and no pieces in the packaging. We sent in pictures and this was promptly replaced at no cost.
Great variety of ornaments. Item exactly was exactly as described and I know it will be loved by the recipient. Great follow up on delivery and confirmation that the product was received undamaged. Have not experienced this type of concern from any other supplier before and it was greatly appreciated.

Left a 3 star review because a product I bought was smaller than expected due to a misunderstanding regarding how it was listed. This wouldnt have been an issue if we were using it as an ornament, but it is for a wedding cake topper.They rejected my review and began emailing me to argue with me. Things wouldve been fine if they just apologized and updated the listing for future reference, but instead they were rude and unprofessional.They updated their site as we were talking to try and make it look like I had simply missed information and didnt know what I was buying. But I took a picture of the same product in another color that they hadnt updated yet--gaslighting your customers, CiP? Really??So, essentially: THIS COMPANY WILL REJECT/DELETE YOUR REVIEW IF THEY DISLIKE IT AND ATTEMPT TO GASLIGHT YOU IF YOU EVEN DARE IMPLY THEY MADE A MISTAKE.
I ordered an ornament on-line. I like that they give the option of having it delivered or you can pick it up. Since we live so close it was well worth it to pick it up. Unfortunately for me, I didnt read their e-mail that they sent me on where to pick it up. I live in Mayer, drove to Prescott (where their store use to be opened) and then had to drive back to Prescott Valley. The ladies that helped me were very nice and when we pulled up at the warehouse, they came out to my car and brought me my order. Will definitely order from them again.

Order at your own risk! Had a shipping problem and the owner/manager named Connie told me I had a theft problem and refused to help or listen. No empathy just accusations. Totally unprofessional. First negative review I have ever given. There is no Christmas in Prescott but there is a Grinch named Connie and she will steal your money.
