Paid 150$, tech set traps and left then came for follow up and said he is not successful and nothing he can do. Very disappointed for paying 150$ for 5$ traps. Will never use again.

Great job repairing my window.

I hired them to replace the glass in 3 windows when I first moved in. One of the windows was in a room I am not in often. A few months later I noticed the window in that room was not sealed correctly. I also decided to change out a few more windows and assumed they would seal it correctly if I brought it to their attention. I made sure to ask them to check it when they came out to replace the other windows. I was assured they would. Unfortunately I was not home when the windows were replaced. When I got home I realized the window that had not been sealed correctly was not fixed. I called the technician and he said it was not on the work order so he would not return to do it correctly and that I should call the owner Steve. I have called an additional 5 times and left messages for Steve who has yet to return my calls..I ended up calling another glass company to fix their mistake.I was informed that they did not use the proper sealer or the proper wedge in the bottom and the glass wasnt put in straight.I realize not every job always turns out perfect....but this bad review could have been avoided with a simple phone call and visit to my home to fix the issue.

Overall I thought the glass and windows were installed nicely. They were professional and skilled. The service was good, I will use this company again.

After several small jobs over the years, we called again on PV Glass to replace a large, cracked picture window. Time elapsed: Just a few days (including a weekend) from first call to installation of the new window. Very pleased with the customer service, the installer and the price.

I had to have a windshield replaced. During the replacement the installers chipped the paint. Normally this would not have been a big deal but in trying to get it fixed they sent me to a body shop that quoted almost $1800 to basically redo the entire roof. I had never been to that body shop before so I went to one I know and was told it could be fixed for about $60. Mind you this was 3 weeks after the chip happened I told this to PV auto glass and they agreed to pay for the repair. After many phone calls and several times being told that they would come and drop off the money, by 2 different people, nobody ever showed up. Absolutely unacceptable to do business this way. I will never do business with or recommend them to anybody. All of this for $60.
