Everyone was so helpful. I was just killing time waiting for a prescription to be filled in town and thought I would browse the local hardware store. Had a couple keys made Found, bought some soil, found some cute little planters. Found so many things I didnt even know I needed. 🤣 every associate I came in contact with checked in to make sure I was not in need of help. Lovely experience. 😍

Super friendly staff, huge selection of hardware, and the price is amazingly competitive with big box stores. As a matter of fact, propane is filled at the unbelievable price of $2.49 a gallon, by far the cheapest Ive EVER seen in over a year. Plus, plenty of registers throughout the store so you never wait in line too long. Support local business and skip the depot youll find better prices, comparable selection and a helpful staff waiting to answer questions.

Got our grass seed here. I collect the points. Nice flowers in ponie packs. Never had a prob with an exchange or refund. I always shop Ace when I can. Lots of fun stuff here.

I rolled in 2 minutes before closing and they put up a closed sign and wouldn’t even look my way. I’m 9 months pregnant and needed an extension cord for a temporary portable ac unit before our house unit arrives this week. Completely ridiculous to not someone in before closing.

I always shop here before I try home depot or lowes. They have a great selection if everything. The store seems small but somehow they have everything I need most of the time! The friendly staff really adds to the experience.

Bad service. Employees are lazy, take their sweet time to do anything and don’t know much. This store also closes 30 minutes early before their scheduled closing.

They have most things that you might need for household repairs and electrical. Also very handy that they have bolts and furniture parts that can help with furniture that may be missing pieces.They are reasonably priced most of the time and I have not met an employee that wasnt friendly.

Excellent service during the Covid pandemic. We called and talked with Steve in plumbing. He knew exactly what we needed to fix our problem and put it all in a bag for us. My wife showed up for curbside pickup and a woman brought out our order. She was wearing a mask and had even sanitized the pen used for signing for the order. We will be going to the Prescott Valley Ace Hardware for our hardware needs from now.

The employees totally make this store! Every single person I asked directions to items on my list knew exactly where they were, didnt mind at all being asked and all were without exception genuinely friendly. So friendly, youre sorry to check out and leave! The cashiers round off the almost perfect shopping experience!The prices are a bit higher than average but in this day and age the employees make you want come back in spite of that. And we will!!

If you want an enjoyable shopping experience, shop at Ace Hardware! While our paint was being mixed we found 2 items that we only found and purchased at Ace. Then of course we found the perfect item that was wanted in our barn. Love shopping at Ace Hardware.
