I would rate this 5 stars but I cant. I have had no response from no one at Zounds regarding processing my hearing aid towards my insurance. 7 phone calls to Zounds and always the promise of we will call you regarding the status of your claim. My insurance company has yet to receive a claim, whats the delay Zounds. BBB will be contacted. Ive also noticed you pay attention to the good reviews but no response on the bad ones, Im probably not going to get a response since thats the consistency of this company. But staying consistent is a positive Right?. I challenge you to correct this situation if you state customer service is your #1 priority.

Very pleased about the service for my hearing aids. I was visiting my sister and needed some help with my hearing aids. David was so helpful and got all my concerns addressed. Recommend!
Where do I start? My 95 year old mother and I travel from Cottonwood to have Kim fix her hearing aids. The first visit Kim seemed impatient and irritated when we asked questions but seemed confident regarding fixing the aids. We didnt like the service but figured Kim was just having a bad day. She didnt fix the hearing aid and when we drove back over the mountain she was mean and irritated again. But again we gave her the benefit of doubt. The third trip I was full of concerns and questions and Kim completely lost her temper and screamed at me (60) and my mother (95). I dont use this term lightly but Kim is guilty of elder abuse. Ive called the CEO and left messages but no return. Avoid this place at all cost!!

As a long time Zounds customer I am so happy they opened this store near me. I love the products that provide more clarity than amy others I have tried.
