We had our spa delivered on April 1st of this year. Fast-forward three months later and we could not be more pleased with the hot tub or the excellent service we received from everyone at Arizona Hot Tub including our sales rep Everett, both the owners were great to interact with (Helena & Steve), one service call which was just a double-check and helpful education as the spa is functioning perfectly, and last but certainly not least was the delivery and set-up crew lead by Nick (I believe). He and his staff were not only excellent at installation and education, but they also removed an older and much larger, very heavy spa, and loaded it safely for us on a trailer. We were sure it could not be done without a crane due to our fence but these guys were truly amazing! Thank you all. So appreciate your professionalism - wonderful to deal with!

Arizona Hot Tub Company is a great experience all around - its the only place to get your hot tub or sauna. Everyone is always so positive, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After we got a terrific infrared sauna from them last year, they worked with us patiently during a six-month delay with a contractor getting our landscaping portion complete for hot tub delivery. A special shout out to their delivery/install crew -- they were fantastic, truly super stars. Not only did they make a difficult install look easy, they showed great spirit and took time to get us acquainted with the new tub. My wife and I highly recommend the great folks at Arizona Hot Tub.

Beautiful showroom with lots of examples of the hot tubs they sell. We were greeted by a friendly salesman that answered all of our questions and helped us tremendously with or decision. He walked us through the process from picking out the tub we wanted, the colors we wanted to the cost and all the way to delivery and installation. By the time we left we knew exactly what we were getting and when we were going to get it. There have been no surprises. The crew that installed our tub were professional, friendly and thoroughly explained the care, maintenance and operation. The entire experience with Arizona Hot Tub Company was great. We had purchased our spa almost 5 years ago which suddenly developed an issue just prior to the warranty expiring.After attempts to repair the problem it became evident that a lot more work was going to be involved. Jay told me we would need to speak with Helena in the morning.Upon calling Helena the next morning expecting to start all over, I found that she had been talking to the Manufacturer the prior evening and that morning and had a couple of options ready to discuss with me.Long story short our spa is up and running and we could not be happier. Weve had the Jetsetter LX hot tub for 2 months now and it has been terrific. Our entire experience with Arizona Hot Tub, from the first time we walked in their door to the installation in our backyard, has been nothing less than exceptional. Even after having the hot tub for a month, she called to check that we were happy with it and to remind us to clean the filters. I purchased a used hot tub off of craigslist, and got myself into some trouble because the hot tub had a few leaks that were not disclosed from the previous owner. The mover I used in Phoenix also delivered it with broken parts that he ruined while moving it. Even though I did not purchase this hot tub from AZ hot tub company they were there by my side this entire time answering my questions and providing their expertise. We decided that the spa was not going to work for us and decided to buy a brand new Hot Springs envoy from AZ Hot Tub Company. They gave us a great offer on our used spa and continued to provide not notch services during the entire transition. Our salesman Mike and the owner Steve are the main people I communication with and they were both amazing and understanding of our situation. Moral of the story is that I will never again buy used unless it is coming from a dealership with a warranty, and that for me I will never deal with another company for my hut tub needs except for Arizona Hot Tub Company because of the experience they gave me. Excellent service, kept their word about every detail and aspect of our hot tub purchase. They “moved mountains” to deliver our hot tub when we needed it, and they coordinated with a crane company for it to be lifted to our deck. Every operational detail was well explained. Everyone involved, from the salesman to the two delivery-and-setup people was pleasant and helpful and had a great attitude. It was a pleasure doing business with them - and the cost was reasonable.

We were helped by Brian who was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy salesman type at all. Delivery and set up was so easy and smooth, they do it all for you stress free. I purchased a hot tub and a swim spa from Helena at AZ Hot Tub Company. I visited other hot tub companies both in Phoenix and Cottonwood, but I felt the sales staff in Prescott Valley were knowledgeable, interested in my needs, and helpful in providing the exact models that would work best for me. Im 61 years old and wanted a way to exercise without throwing out my back and knees, so the swim spa is perfect for me. I use it for water aerobics, and also for swimming against the current (the wave feature is easily controlled so you can select the speed of the waves). This allows me to get low impact cardio and I am in the swim spa 3-4 days per week. My grandson plays water polo, so he loves the opportunity to put the waves on high and push himself in swimming against the current. I also purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from them, and Im using the hot tub about 5 nights per week. (See incredible AZ sunset photos. When the hot and swim spa were delivered, the delivery team walked me through maintenance and care. The hot tub and swim spa have been easy to maintain, and Helena and the sales staff have been very responsive when I call with a maintenance question (Im not a technical person, so they have been able to walk me through any concerns I had, which have been minimal.). The best thing about the hot tub is that the jets are incredible for my back and neck issues, and I love relaxing in the tub right before bedtime, then going straight to bed (and SLEEP!). I highly recommend AZ Hot Tubs sales staff and service department, and I love their products.

I bought a hot tub from here a few months ago!!! I absolutely love it. When we went in to just “look” we fell in love and I had to have it. They were a little backed up for delivery-about two weeks, but I had family coming into town from California and really wanted it for my visitors.That weekend with 5 days notice they made it happen and did a rush delivery. They went above and beyond. I am so pleased with the customer service and support they give! Nick has especially been amazing. After my family left (6 kids in the jacuzzi all day) I had some problems getting the PH levels correct. I called and told him about what was going on and he personally came to my house and fixed it that SAME DAY on his own time. I was shocked at how helpful they were and wanting to make sure their customers were pleased. Still to this day he checks up with me to make sure I have no questions. My current Sovereign is a 2000 and is just needing significant repairs due to a slow leak Ive been racking my brain trying to locate the issue and fix myself. About 5 years ago we bought a HotSprings Flair spa plus two sets of fantastic outdoor chairs and tables.This year we decided to trade our Flair in for a larger HotSprings Pulse spa. Removal of the old and installation of the new went off without a hitch. Only took a few hours. They sent 4 people out for this and they did a great job. One person stayed until the spa was filled and ready to use. He went through everything we needed to know including all the options on the control panel. Our salesman, Brian, was great to work with and the installers were very professional. Great company!

Phenomenal crew👍🏻...they delivered all around excellent service and have walked us through the entire hot tub process. Helena, took what I consider a a long time explaining to me the differences of tubs and water systems. We opted for the saltwater and already we feel amazing. And you can test the tubs before you buy!

We first met Steve and Helena (owners) in 2005 while purchasing a Hot Springs Hot tub. Since the day their company installed the unit (exterior in ground installation) we have enjoyed 15 years of first rate service and, yes, we are still using it today. A few days ago I noticed the unit had lost a fair amount of water so suspected a leak. I checked the unit over including the drain caps and the mechanicals but could not spot the source of the leak. I went over to AZ Hot Tub Co and met with the owners; they indicated the first step was to replace the caps even though there was no obvious sign they were the culbrit - I was dubious but agreed as Steve handed me 2 caps. If that failed the second step would be to come out, extract the unit, put it in their shop, fill and test for the leak, make the repair, stress test, and reassemble with new insulation etc. We would be talking serious 4 digit $ numbers for parts and labor...on a 15 year old tub. Well folks, Im proud to say the caps proved to be the solution! Customer satisfaction is real, not a slogan at this firm. One final note: if we had to go the repair route and deemed it too expensive for such an old unit they offered a really good deal on a new replacement. Its always fun dealing with these true professionals and I would give this family owners 6 stars if the system allowed!

What I loved about the team at AZ hot tub is that they did not try to sell me the most expensive spa. They listened to what I said and showed me what would fit my budget. We started visiting with Helena & Nick just to get a feel of the store & staff. We brought water samples in from our inflatable spa that we had purchased online. They were very helpful in suggesting how to get the water chemistry right. They made suggestions about some of their products & why they felt it would be good for us. They were never pushy or make us feel that we were not making the right decisions. It was our choice. They offered several suggestions and why it would be good for us. We did purchase a Ariaspa. We absolutely love it! Go in and make some new friends and get into some hot water.

One visit and Everitt had us in a Caldera spa and was very helpful in all phases of the process. James and his co-worker were very professional regarding delivery and set up as we had just done landscaping and several days of rain.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Had a great experience, Helena the owner was so nice n made us feel like part of the family. She worked hard to get us a beautiful spa at a price we were wanting to stay at. Also her staff that did the delivery n install were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about our new spa. We just love it!

I know I can only give a max 5 star review, but I’d give them a 10 if I could.From beginning to end, Nick and the entire staff at AZ Hot Tub made the entire experience a real pleasure. We are first time hot tub buyers so we had a million questions to go through and Nick was patient and answered all of them plus had friendly advice each step of the way. The best part was being able to test out different tubs in the showroom before we settled on one. I think we ended up testing out almost 10 different tubs in one day ... some were quite quick and others were long soaks as we debated back and forth between different models.For the installation, the team did a site check first to make sure they could fit the tub through the fence / gate and also made sure that the electrical system was ready for the tub. (Yes we did have to contract an electrician to put in the 220v electrical line.). All in all a fantastic experience from beginning to end.Great job!

Nick was SO knowledgeable and a great business man and family man. He really understood our wants and needs and worked with us to find the perfect hot tub for us! The delivery guys were great, as well as the man who refurbishes them (Im sorry but I forgot thier names). We loved our service and we love our new hot tub! Two things I will warn you about Arizona Hot Tub Co. The first: “Buyer Beware”, the second: Be ready for “High Pressure Sales”. I had two previous Hot Spring Spas and they were wonderful. Had one for 17 years, with minor repairs. Went in to AHT to buy a new spa. After looking at the two models I was interested in, one they supposedly had in stock “at the warehouse” and the other they would have to order and it would take “a long time” to get here because the factory is closed. We decided on the one they assured us was “brand new” at ”the warehouse”. We signed a contract and I gave them a check for half the tub, over $7000, for delivery in approximately one month. Walked out of the store, a half hour later, it hit me, they were NOT selling me a new, never used hot tub.Turns out the tub was NOT at ”the warehouse”, instead it was at one of the employees house and had been there for some time, so it was not new, but a used spa, which they had told me was “in the warehouse”.I went back the next day and confronted them with the facts, they admitted the tub was in an employee’s home being used. I cancelled the contract immediately. Apparently as I found out later, they “lend” their employees a tub so they can speak from first hand experience. They tried to sell me one of these demo tubs as brand new, at brand new prices. My advice to a buyer is BE SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.Secondly, after admitting they had misrepresented the tub they sold me, they still wanted to sell me another tub, overlooking the fact that they had just tried to sell me a used or demo tub as brand new, “in the warehouse”. And they kept trying, until I just walked out the door. DONT DO ANYTHING IN A HURRY, SLEEP ON YOUR DECISION, BEFORE YOU BUY. Don’t stand for the high pressure.

I purchased my Hot Tub about one and half years ago. I use the Hot Tub more than I ever would have imagined. The owners and everyone that works at the store are great. They are very knowledgeable about their products.I have recommended my friends to them and everyone that has purchased a Hot Tub has been very pleased with their purchase.

I own a 2011 Caldera Spa and needed a replacement part (valve) that was discontinued on my model year spa. After contacting several dealers in Salt Lake City where I live, my only option was to re-plumb the valve in my spa for the new updated part. I had a feeling that somewhere, somehow I would be able to find this discontinued part on some dealers shelve in another state. I felt the local dealers were not interested in helping me out and didnt offer any other solutions. I decided to google Caldera dealers in Arizona and i was so lucky and fortunate to have found Arizona Hot Tub Company. I explained my situation over the phone and Helena took immediate action. She felt that it was worth a try to call the manufacturer and see if they had access to this discontinued part. She didnt have to do this and I was amazed at her willingness to go the extra mile. Within 24 hrs she called me back to let me know her contacts at the manufacture had found the part i needed and were willing to ship it directly to me! I realized the Helena is the owner of the dealer and also realized quickly why they are receiving such great reviews on google. Wish we had a dealer with service like this in Salt Lake City. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you!

I just moved to Prescott and I was so happy to see that Arizona Hot Tubs sold SAUNAS!! I am a SAUNA enthusiast and was concerned because none of the gyms up here had saunas. Nick was very pleasant and helpful with helping me get a high quality sauna kit that does the job at a good price. Thanks Arizona Hot Tub....you saved the day for me!!

Arizona Hot Tub Company is absolutely one of the best companies we have ever done business with. Their service is quick; the staff is super friendly and competent; and they always make you feel welcome and valued. Plus we love our hot tub! We also got a doctors prescription for the hot tub which gave us a tax deduction. Potential customers with back problems might not know that is possible. There is another feature of the company that is great,and that is the chance to come into a private room and actually try out a number of different models of hot tubs. We were able to choose the exactly right model for us. Arizona Hot Tubs is definitely a five star company.

My 22 year old hot tub died on March 30; and being stuck at home due to the virus, I definitely needed a replacement. I called Arizona Hot Tub Co and they said to come by on March 31 since they needed to close the store on April 1 due to the state wide shut down. I had lots of correspondence with Brian about what was available, he even sent me a video of what was in the showroom. I went to their store on March 31 and bought a hot springs jetsetter LX (very nice tub). They delivered it a week later and removed my old tub. The installation was highly professional, and they were very respectful of my need to social distance. I had a few start up issues but Helena and Jay (plus others) were very responsive to all my needs. I hope I wont need another hot tub for 22 years, but when I do Ill go back to Arizona Hot Tub Co.
