Buddies got me a gift certificate to Abide for my birthday and it was burning a hole in my pocket so I bought a gun I ultimately didn’t care for. Called and asked if I could exchange it and Ben made a point to take care of my request seamlessly. Got the gun I really wanted…and walked away very happy. Great atmosphere, cool store, great customer service.
Ordered through their website, says SALE price which was a good price so i purchased. Get a call a couple days later stating Sorry, we cant sell it to you for that price, you would have to pay the difference in what we can sell it for, another $150. Granted they fixed the website issue after we spoke, but dont advertise a SALE and not honor the prices.
Posted transfer fee on gun broker. gun came in charged 100% more than posted fee. he said sorry we have corrected gun broker fee postings. do yourself a big favor go to one of the other FFL dealers in town.
Fast, efficient, professional and affordable. I am extremely impressed with my recent buying experience with Abide. I had to order online and make an appointment to pick up my gun due to the recent COVID pandemic. The process was easy and fast . I received a great deal and my appointment was quick and professionally handled. In addition, I am grateful for the additional precautions Abide is taking to protect our community . I will be coming back and recommending them to others.
I confirmed via email conversation in Nov/Dec that Abide had the requested magazines in stock, and would accept my FFL paperwork and state certification authorizing purchase of hi-cap magazines. Sent all PPW via scans of documents through email. I received an email that documents had all been received, and to go ahead with the purchase online. The website purchase would not go through, even after a half-dozen attempts using 3 different credit cards. All of my CC transaction histories show the purchase going through, then being cancelled / refunded minutes later. The website still shows over a hundred mags in stock. I tried emailing several times, and suddenly I am being ghosted...no response at all via email. I have tried calling several times, and always get the same Were unavailable and out at our favorite gun show this weekend message. WTH is going on here...?Edit: Have tried calling in during the morning. Still no answer. Still not responding to emails (as of Jan 21). I have given up, particularly since the magazines show as no longer being in stock now.

I recently purchased a pistol that I had shipped from their shop In Arizona to Michigan. My experience was excellent. Great price, shipped timely and great customer service. I would recommend this shop to others.
Purchaser beware- Not a good place at all. Ordered 3 guns through my gun shop, their were 3 guns in stock, payed with bank card. Transaction went through. I had to call them with the order # one guy answered then another guy talked to me. Glitch my Arse. Now I have to search for a reputable gun shop to get these for my Granddaughter’s for Christmas.I would never order anything from you again.
Pleasant and professional. Small shop with a big emphasis on customer service. Cheaper FFL transfer than the other shops around town, less check-in wait time than other shops Ive dealt with (4-5 days for others to allow me to pick up a firearm, compared to Abide (usually same day, or next business day.) Super friendly staff. Can not recommend Abide enough!!!
Excellent Customer service and VERY fast shipping locally. I am so impressed with this business!! All done during the covid-19 stay at home isolation. You cannot get any better than that. Their website is great also.
Severe price gouging on 9mm luger rounds. 40.00 per box of 50. Thats how not to have repeat customers gouge them.
Excellent customer service. They made it very simple to coordinate shipment to a local FFL dealer in my area. They shipped same day. Their inventory seemed to surpass most of the other stores I called.

Bought a gun from them Oct. 14 through their website, sent my FFLs information. Had virtually no contact from them since, unless I called them..Called again today to see why there was no shipping status, was told today that the gun was actually out of stock.REALLY poor performance on their part.

Ordered new grips for my Sig p238.the window for delivery was between a Thursday and Monday, I received them on Thursday. That never happens! Thanks for the speedy service. Ill be sure to check here for the items Im looking for in the future.

I ordered something and try track my order and it just says awaiting order today we’re going on the second day I call send me to machine and ask for remote access code I been emailing them I get no email back start make me think em I getting scam?!....
Said they had (2) in inventory and placed an order. Transaction was complete and I was charged. Checked two days later, logged in and it said “canceled”. No email to notify me or to explain. Called and was told they didn’t have item yet website still said they had (1).
STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOK. He just sold me a handgun he didnt actually have, and has not refunded my money after 5 days now. Having to take legal action to get it back and shut this crook down.
