After waiting six months for the local big Box store to deliver Our cooktop we finally gave up And turned to Nan at Maytag. She and her friendly staff went out of their way for us. Three weeks later we had our cooktop. I opted to install it myself And they helped me get it up and running in no time. Maytag is a local business that remembers your name and understands the meaning of customer service.

Hi neighbors. I just wanted to make a recommendation. I highly DO NOT recommend buying appliances from Quality Maytag in Prescott! I have had an absolutely terrible ongoing experience with them! They have given me the runaround for the past two months on a brand new refrigerator that has only cooled to 42 degrees. They replaced the main components - and after waiting over a month to get those parts - the refrigerator still did not work and they refused to advocate with Whirlpool for me to get a new replacement refrigerator. Instead, they have passed the buck to another appliance store to get a second opinion. For two months, my BRAND NEW-refrigerator only cools to 42 degrees!! I told them I if I had bought the refrigerator at Costco, it would have been easily replaced. I was told by the manager that I should have bought it at Costco then! And I recommend that you should buy YOUR appliances at Costco or ANYWHERE else too! Take it from Quality Maytag — buy your appliances elsewhere!

The owner and sales team richly deserve five stars for their exceptional service and invaluable assistance. The problem was on the installation side, with a technician who showed up without wearing a mask, was highly resistant to wearing one and did not cover his nose, verbalized misinformation about the Covid flu during the installation, and left multiple black scuffs on the kitchen floor that he did not clean up. Otherwise, I would gladly award five stars to this business!

Go anywhere else!!!! It’s been 6 months and counting waiting for repair on brand new dryer. We cannot get a replacement dryer nor can we get a refund to purchase another unit. If you have any problems with an appliance, be prepared to have to call the manufacturer yourself. And you know that each call is doomed for a looong hold! As soon as appliance is out their door, this store washes their hands and you are ON YOUR OWN! To make matters worse, they are flippant and think it’s funny to have their customer go through misery. May as well just buy from a big box store and forget trying to support this local dealer.

Please do not patronize this business! My husband and I purchased a dishwasher from this store to be delivered and installed. In addition, we paid $179 for our refrigerator (in our garage) to be installed on the same day. When the installer arrived, he would not install the refrigerator as he was not given that work order. We called the store, their phones were out of service. We drove to the store to inquire as to why the install was not being done and if it was going to be rescheduled. We immediately got yelled at by the employee behind the desk as they were busy, and their employees were working 10-12 hour days delivering 300 pound appliances, they lost the ticket, etc. etc. When we asked for a refund, we were told to leave the store and my husband was called multiple names which I will not repeat here. The man then stood up as if he were going to hit my husband. We are senior citizens and felt extremely threatened and frightened. My husband is disabled as well. We left without our refund and filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General Office in Arizona. I want to support local business but NOT this one. If there was a competing appliance store locally, they would be out of business. No one deserves to be treated like this.

Awesome store and get this: I went shopping for an appliance... and actually left with one! No special ordering! Show up, pay for what you see on the floor, load it in your truck, and drive away! They also deliver on weekdays within a reasonable time period instead of weeks out. They will definitely be seeing me again and again! Strongly recommend! Best customer service that Ive seen in a long time!

I spent over an hour talking to Terry about my need of a new washer. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me a great deal of additional information. I plan to buy a machine as soon as I determine which one will fit in my laundry area.

I shopped there for the first time in January. Far exceeds the big box stores with individual and personable service. I went back in February and purchased two more appliances. The owner was terrific and the delivery and installation men, Shannon and Mark were just as knowledgeable and courteous, as the owner. Cant say enough about the owner and staff. Dont discount this local store!

We enjoyed shopping at this store after spending many hours online and in the big box stores in the area. The owner showed us several models and took the time to explain each feature and how each model/brand differed. They also have their own service employees which is something the big stores do not have, but prices are comparable with the bigger stores. I wish we had gone there when we were shopping for our washer and dryer.

Great products, excellent service. Had a little ding in the new fridge door. They said no problem and ordered a new door. It did take a few weeks to arrive but was promptly installed. Ive had experienced appliances from the big box stores, they are made to lower specifications with lesser materials to meet the desired price point. Just remember, You get what you pay for.

Christmas Eve...our rather antiquated Maytag refrigerator stopped chilling for refrigerator or freezer. We had previously attempted a fix...but this 20 year old unit finally stopped doing its job.Through Christmas day we managed to feed the family while scrambling with coolers to rescue what we could from the freezer and refrigerator.On the 26th we went to the typical big box stores with no luck with our current and increasingly urgent issue.We went to Quality Maytag convicted that we could find the refrigerator that meet our needs. The issue of course was the timing. We found what we were looking for, but because Christmas was on Tuesday, delivery might have to wait to next Monday, 5 days away. Dealing with a local dealer though left us with the possibility of an earlier delivery.We ordered the refrigerator, with the hope and belief that it might be possible to have the refrigerator delivered earlier.2 hours later we got the phone call assuring us that we could receive the refrigerator THE NEXT DAY!And so we did!!! With the burden of a 17% grade on our road, and doors 2 smaller than the refrigerator, the wonderful installers managed to install the refrigerator within 24 hrs of our order. They saved us a LOT of money on spoiled food, and earned a customer for life.It pays to shop local...they listen...and have the freedom to respond!Thank you Quality Maytag.

Purchased a Maytag dishwasher to replace European Asko (European sized) dishwasher. New dishwasher was a little to large and did not fit in opening, but it was installed anyway.The Maytag never should have been installed in the first place had the installer measured before removing the old Asko. Installer convinced me that the new Maytag was OK sticking out a little bit. The Maytag stuck out so far that my wife kept bruising her hip when she walked by. I complained to Quality Maytag which then ordered a Bosch (European size) dishwasher which at the big box stores was $100 less expensive. They charged me the same price as the removed Maytag dishwasher plus $170 at time of delivery for freight. I also lost the $100 installation rebate. Hence, at the end the new Bosch cost me $370 more than if I had purchased it a big box store. When I told the Quality Maytag sales person we were replacing a 16 year old Asko (European size), they should have been alerted. After all what do I know about dishwashers. We have purchased many products at Quality Maytag starting 16 years ago but they have seen the last of me as a customer. Our sixteen year old top of the line Maytag washer and dryer are a the end of their useful life. I will not be going to Quality Maytag for replacements.

My son and daughter-in-law had this company repair their dishwasher seven months ago. They put in a new motor and charged them a lot of money and the same dishwasher problem arose within two months of the work . My daughter-in-law refuses to deal with them so I called to try to set up a service time. I was told that they do not guarantee their work beyond 30 days. I think most people bekieve a brand new motor in a dishwasher should last more than 30 days. I also asked if I could make an appointment to have them come and look at a Samsung washing machine. Before I could get the words out of my mouth the representative told me they do not deal with anything South Asian. I purchased a gas oven from them a few years ago and it came with a drawer that has never fit. This company is rude and does not stand behind it to work or its products .
