I love this location! I went in for some jewelry wire and came out with the wire plus tons of rolls of ribbon because of how great a price they were. I enjoy their rewards program a lot and the store is so relaxing. The staff here are really helpful. The only downside is they usually only have one cashier open so sometimes you have to wait in a line.

One of the last places to get a good,wide craft selection, I think it would be a good idea to move into some modern hobby topics as well and find a lasting niche, like 3d printing, small electronics, quads / drones, no more then 3 isles to start and ramp up if it goes well.

I live in Phoenix and Im used to a larger selection but I did find some things I liked. More importantly I loved the customer service I received. The cashier was pretty backed up but she was so kind when it was my turn. She apologized and had a smile on her face, which goes a long way.

Love Michaels. The staff at this location go above and beyond the call of duty! They are super friendly and super helpful! Good selection for all your arts and crafts needs! Easy to access location & they always have great parking available. Great coupons and they generally accept rivals coupons, with a few odd exceptions. My only real complaint is actually not with the store but the company; they do online ordering but there is NO site to store shipping, so if they dont have what you want in store, you have to order online and shipping is NOT free.

Michaels is good for everything you need in a pinch. I do like to frequent the local Art store because its important shopping local, but I also visit Michaels because I know what it has and it always has a coupon I can look up on my phone.

This Michaels location is pretty great. This store is huge and it has all sorts of merchandise. They have a large Wilton section, tons of beads, kids crafts, collectible figurines, photo framing, yarn, drawing supplies, paints of all kinds, baskets, canvases, scrap booking supplies and more! The staff are always kind and the store is always clean. It also has a very easy to access location at the mall.

Its a small store, but the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Lots of cool stuff. Wish they had more jigsaw puzzles.

I think this is the perfect size for a Michaels. Everything is so easy to find. Plus, they offer you the option of ordering online and picking up in the store.

A lot is packed into the space in Michaels. Fun place for holiday and seasonal items and decor. They get tons in for holiday stuff and the clearance sales are amazing! *Great stop for stocking stuffers FYI.Friendly associates, tidy bathroom. Its not the cleanest store in gener, but it isnt dirty. I can always find what Im looking for, and the employees are willing to help if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff, accompanied by a well-stocked selection of tools, apparatuses and snack food really puts forth the prospect of a very positive shopping experience! I walked away generally impressed with this outlet! Also, to mention, the floors, shelves and counters looked clean and various store assets and fixtures appeared well maintained!

I absolutely love this store. They have shop much to choose from for any project you could think of. I used this store to get items for my wedding years ago and my daughter used it to get items for her wedding three years ago. We continue to go to this store for all our project needs.

Great place to find crafts and other product. They have weekly sales and coupons. You can get the discount coupons for one item or more during the holidays, they also offer them through out the year in their framing department. If you have Droid or Imax phone you can also show them the online coupon and not have to print it out and take it with you. There departments include; yarn & needle work, craft painting, oil & acrylic paints and supplies, wood work supplies, stenciling, picture frames and framing, kids crafts, beading, cake decorating, artificial flowers, classes & books, models, clay & glass supplies, plus seasonal items and more.

Love their specials. Found picture frames buy one get one free. Saved a ton.

The framing department has been extremely helpful and has provided exceptional quality products. Lisa has been our primary contact and she is awesome to work with.

Michaels has weekend friendly hours and a wide variety of craft and decor items. It is often hard to find help while you are browsing, but usually their store is well laid out so that you dont need to ask too often. Their prices are great and the coupons and clearance section make this a go-to shop for Crafters and educators (show your staff ID for an additional discount).

Warning! Once you step in...you may never leave. Great store, very good selection for the square footage they work with...compared to stores in the valley. Very patient and helpful customer service.

If you do arts and crafts etc this is the place to shop. Enjoy just looking around and getting ideas. Employees of Michaels are always very helpful and seem to love their job.

I went in for the 70% off on canvas. I love that when they have a sale, advertised items are plentiful & easy to find. I give myself a budget before going in. I ALWAYS find ideas for new projects, & as a crafter, Michaels is the best place to shop!

Hobby/craft stores are always fun and this place is no exception. Though, maybe not quite as fun prices. Its smaller than some too, so not as big of a selection.

I love this store, employees are always helpful and they have a fantastic selection of various acrylic paints to choose from. From simple craft ideas for the beginners to the professional artist they have you covered.

I came in looking for different kinds of fabric. Clothing Fabrics, baby blanket Fabrics, as well as upholstering and Furniture type Fabrics. The fabric selection here is very limited. I wish there was a lot more. I think they could diversify with products more as there seems to be tons of brands of the same kind of thing in some areas and then not much in other areas but it is a chain store and it has the kind of things that you could expect. The staff was disinterested and not super helpful.

I had a custom frame made for a strange-sized certificate that I received. The certificate had been folded for a few years so there were some tough creases in it. Kurt did a great job getting those creases out and the frame was just as he told me it would be. I am happy to have gone here to have framing done.

People in here are super friendly most of the time and its awesome that you can get a single item with a 40% off coupon and theyre willing to do such a huge discount I like their selection and most of the time I can find what I need here.

Prices are mall prices. But clean store and a crafters dream. Prices are way lower than Honby Lobby though.

I have had good experiences at this Michaels . They have some different choices from JoAnns and Hobby Lobby (esp in scrapbooking, beads, and cake decorating). Also, I had a particularly great customer service experience, which unfortunately involved a great employee digging through boxes to find a particular scrapbooking item that showed as in stock on the app but couldnt be found. I needed it for my sons wedding and I really appreciated the effort to help me out.
