Got no responses to my recorded questions

We appreciate Guys efficiency and professionalism. We have purchased two cars with him and won t purchase with anyone else. Even though he moved to Prescott, and we are in Phoenix, it is worth the drive to know you are getting a quality car. We were recently in an accident, and needed a car immediately. He works with a bank, that was able to finance a loan within the day. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a good used car.

Recently bought a Chevy Sonic from Guy and so far Im loving it (so is my family)! It was within all the specs I hoped for: right color, right model, low mileage, and pretty much the lowest car price I could find, and for someone who didnt have a lot to spend on her first car thats a big deal. No pressure, no BS. Guys YOUR car guy! Thank you so much!

Guy was awesome, very nice and easy to work with. We love our newly used car. The price was right and the car is awesome. We did have to replace 2 tires and get an alignment but that is not a big deal. Thanks Guy for a great experience, we would recommend you to anyone looking for a used car.

Saw an ad on Craigslist for a car I wanted to look at. Drove the address listed in the Craigslist ad(Cave Creek), but couldnt find the place. Called the number in the ad and talked to Guy. He told me that they havent been at that address in 5 years, so I asked why they are still advertising cars at this address. He told me if I looker deeper into that ad I would see that the car is in Prescott. I told him Im currently looking at the ad and nowhere does it say its in Prescott, 2 places it says Cave Creek. Guy snaps back at me then hangs up on me. Horribly rude to customers and false advertising. I posted pictures of the ad to show that nowhere does it say Prescott and it clearly says Cave Creek in the title and the address listed.

Great car buying experience with Guy Kobey! My husband and I needed to buy a really good used car for my daughter who is attending Prescott College in Prescott Arizona. The big problem was that we live in Boston and she is in Arizona. We found Guy Kobey at AZ Used Car Factory, he was friendly, honest and completely transparent about his pricing and he had just the right car; it was immaculate, gently used and the price was fair. My daughter met Guy; test drove the car and was sold. The buying process was easy and Guy took care of the registration. Start to finish the process took three days. We could not be happier. Best Car Purchase Ever! Recently we came across a listing from AzUsedCarFactory, it was very detailed and the price was right. We called Guy, met with him to check out the car. A test drive and an hour later we drove off with an awesome used vehicle for our daughter. It was truly a wonderful experience. Guy Kobey is terrific. Wow! Everyone buys a car hoping for a reasonable price, good customer service, low pressure sales and of course, you hope the vehicle is as advertised. I am a technician and know car salesmen very well. Most car salesmen are only interested in the sale and always put on a good show to get just that. We chose to drive all the way to Prescott to see a vehicle that AZ Used Car Factory had advertised and had no idea, going in, what to expect. We were blown away by the reasonable price, outstanding customer service and literally no sales pressure whatsoever. Mr. Kobey advertises he wants to be your car guy.
