These guys are the best! Best dealership experience I ever had, hands down. They treated me like I’m the best thing that happened to them that day! I flew over to pick up the car and they even went to Prescott to pick me up. Austin really went above and beyond to make sure not only I get the right car but also get the right deal. I just wished I had a dealership like that where I live for service appointments. Otherwise if I ever going to be buying another Jeep it will be at York. They also had that for sale(picture attached) - how cool is that?

Austin was great! When we didnt find what we were looking for on our first visit, a week or two later he contacted us because theyd received a new Jeep Cherokee and he thought of us. We decided to come down and see it and Austin came in on his day off to show it to us. We traded in our old Patriot that day and the entire process was easy. We really appreciate the extra effort Austin went through to help us obtain a new vehicle during this current shortage!

I drove my RAMt 3500 to York with rodent damage to wiring. I have been a York customer for years and know the service department is the best around. A week later the damage was repaired and the truck was given a safety check and test drive. Many thanks to Jake in service and the talented crew working in the trenches. Many thanks also to Josh and Jimmy in sales for always taking care of friends and family with their truck needs. I drive past my hometown RAM dealer to York in Prescott. Its always the best buying and service experience.

Ive been to 4 different Ram dealers for service in the year since I purchased my truck and York was the absolute best! Unlike the other dealerships, York was sufficiently staffed and my wait time was not excessive. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Going forward York will be the only Ram dealership I will go to for service.

June 2020 I purchased my first Jeep. Jeffrey Simpson was the sales person who helped me. Jeffrey was accommodating and knowledgeable. I typically have purchased vehicles from private parties however since my experience at York and with Jeffrey in June 2020 I have gone ahead and purchased 3 more vehicles from York working with Jeffrey. So rare to have a cohesive team working for me. It was strange but the reality is from sales to finance to service they have exceeded my expectations. Five Stars all the way! Definitely wouldnt say that about every dealership I promise you that.

I had a transmission line break on AZ-69. All of the fluid drained from my transmission. Towed to York Dodge in Prescott. Toby, the head of service managers, Tony my assigned service manager and Gary, the lead mechanic all worked diligently together to make a horrible situation into a great situation. On my travels from Phoenix to Camp Verde pulling my 5th wheel my tailgate on my 2021 Ram opened by itself. I called Emily in the service department @ York Dodge, Emily understood the safety concerns I had and even though the dealership was busy Emily was able to work me in. After a few days the technician found the problem and repaired my truck. I am very grateful to Emily and the rest of the staff that were able to get me back on the road. Even though York Dodge is farther away than my local Dodge dealer I am considering taking all my business to York Dodge. The staff at York have renewed my faith in a great customer experience. I was contacted by the General Manager of York Jeep and after a few phone calls I was able to purchase my Jeep Cherokee. I was treated with respect and professionalism by all when I went in yesterday. Im glad that we were able to remedy the situation and I was able to purchase my Jeep. Much appreciated and thank you!!I went in this morning with all intentions of purchasing a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. York dealership is NOT upfront with their incentives along with the financing program. The usual salesperson tactics were applied and when it came down to the final paperwork for financing through Chrysler, after giving all my information including my social security number I was then informed that I would be paying 4.5% interest on an 84 month loan. I have great credit and when I expressed this fact I was told yes, you can get 0% financing BUT you would have to give up all of the incentives the dealership has to offer. I was NEVER told that information. The salesperson claimed I didnt ask him about 0% financing therefore he did not explain that I would lose the incentives. The thing is I did tell him when he showed me the preliminary paperwork that I DID NOT want to pay 4.5%. He said and I quote our finance person is really good and he will give you the best interest rate you can get. 4.5% was the highest on the preliminary paperwork and that was what was presented to me. Typical salesperson, manager and finance tactics was the experience I had at York dealership which is poor customer service and shady business dealings. I ask...isnt it the salespersons responsibility to inform the customer about ALL aspects of purchasing a car at the dealership in which they are employed???

The work was done right without issues. The only issue I had was not getting told about copays for warranty work... 2 different warranties so 100 bucks a wack for engine work. I wasnt told about the copay when I bought the truck or when I dropped it off.

After speaking to a few employees we decided to come here to see what kind of inventory they had in our price range. We had an extremely pleasant time until we actually started looking at cars. Before we left the office the man helping us asked us our max payment that we would be willing to pay per month. The employee showing us around showed us 4 different cars either at the absolute max of our price range or even trying to convince us to buy things $100 over our limit. It was extremely frustrating trying to be haggled out of our comfort zone. We ended up going to 5 star cars and getting a better deal in a nicer looking car anyways but I would probably never recommend this place to anyone buying a car for the first time

York Dodge couldnt even do a simple oil change on my 2020 Ram diesel without screwing it up. Had to return 2 more times to get the oil residue cleaned up from dripping of the frame rail onto my concrete driveway.

Service Department was great at getting me in and out quickly. The reason for the four star rating is the hourly rate for service. I paid $176 to have an aftermarket part installed. From the time the shop opened for day until the job was finished and I was out the door was exactly forty minutes.IMHO this is too much.

Time is a problem in service. Prescott has grown so much that they cant keep up with demand. The staff is great in sales and service! They work hard and do great work. Owners/management need to hire more people in service. And expand their bays. The employees are the ones taking the complaints and I hope this will be fixed. Neither customers nor employees are enjoying the delays and stress caused by short staffing.I see a response from the owner but I need a contact number for you to call you.

Never left a review anywhere but this dealer single handedly gave me the most asinine customer experience Ive ever had. I was at this dealer in March for an AC recharge on my scatpack charger that I ordered from this place many years ago. While I was waiting the staff informed me that my water pump was rattling and making noise and that it needed to be replaced. I figured they are trustworthy and told them to replace it(at the time my car had less than 10k miles on it). A few web searches and phone calls later I realized theres NO WAY it should be out on such a new car. I ended up w a 1,640 invoice. Attempted reaching out to management(I think his name was toby) and dude said there was nothing Mopar could do. What a pathetic dealership. The latest updates are my trunk wont open no matter which buttons I try, AND the remote start quit working. If you are thinking of buying an SRT save yourself the nightmare get the C8 instead.

If i could give 0 stars I probably would this dealership is the worst i have ever been to receptionists are rude they see what you wear and they judge u by that took my truck in for a tire replacement knowingly having full coverage they still wanted to fraudulently charge me extra on top out of pocket I told them i shouldn’t be paying for it so im going to go somewhere called the insurance claim number they did not know why they do that they put on the spare and they gave me my tire the one with the punctures off the rim that when i took it to the other dealer they almost did not want to accept the tire due to tampering with it i had to let them know what happened if you are looking for a jeep go to jeep from avondale arizona one of the best places cant say the same for this place just a fraudulent location if u ask me never again .🤦‍♂️

PHENOMENAL experience at this dealership today. My new jeep wrangler broke down in the middle of I40 on my road trip from Virginia to California. I could not be more thankful that this dealership was the closest Jeep dealer in the area.From the moment walked in and spoke to Jake, I felt the burden of my broken down car being lifted off my shoulders. Every single person here went above and beyond to make sure that we taken care of. This is most definitely not your standard card dealership, these are genuinely kind human beings who want to help you and work hard to get the best for you.They were able to arrange a rental car for us free of charge, helped us plan out how we would road trip to California and come back to Arizona to pick up our car once the car was repaired, and reassured us that the car dying was not our fault but a manufacturer issue.I seriously can’t say enough wonderful things about the people here. Just purchased a new RAM 3500 and Im very happy with how professional and smooth the transaction went. Certain trucks are very hard to find in stock right now, and they had a good selection. I drove up from Phoenix because York by far had the best options and prices of RAM trucks appointed with the trim levels I was looking for. I liked the fact that their website showed substantial discounting off sticker, where other dealers are only wanting to sell the bigger trucks at full retail price. I worked with Jeff to handle almost everything for the purchase by phone. When I arrived the truck was ready, and the financing process went very smooth. I will plan to purchase future vehicles from York, as this was a very positive experience.

Brought in our 2007 Jeep Liberty because of a crack in the Radiator. I have Max Care Lifetime Service Plan. The computer system indicated there was no Max Care associated with my Jeep. Sean Hippe investigated and found that Chrysler had indicated that I missed my 5 year inspection in 2017. I provided documentation of my requesting the 2017 inspection. I also provided other documentation. Sean went out of his way to bring this issue to Dealership Management and on to Regional Management. In the end Seans work resulted in re instatement of my Max Care and Jeeps Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and the repair of the Radiator which brought me to YORK. I can not thank Sean and all the York Team enough.

Had a car breakdown, and was towed to York in Prescott. The car was pretty new and was covered under warranty. I knew what the problem was with the car and told York the exact problem and where to look for the repair(it was an obvious diagnosis).The car sat in their lot for almost 6 days before it was even looked at. Im not talking about repaired, but actually getting in a bay to verify what I said.Diagnosis was completed in about 1 hour, parts ordered, and repaired the following day.My 2 stars is for the speediness of the repair, the three stars excluded from the review is due to how long it took to get the car diagnosed.

York Dodge sold me a Certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. While checking the car, I realized that windshield was full of pits and there were cracks. Lift gate was not opening from inside console. Sales person promised that it will be taken care of. After I made the payment, couple of days later I followed up, nobody even responded to my emails, could not access one salesperson by phone. I got very rude email replies. Later on I also realized car was damaged on the bumper. I drove the car like this for weeks. Until I reached out to general manager, nothing was done. I decided never to buy a car from this dealership, but since they were the closest option for service I tried the car service for my other Jeep, and level of dishonesty and hostility of service personnel was unbelievable. After charging me hundreds of dollars for one CV joint change, when I was picking up my car, service personnel told me there is more fixes are required for my car. They did not even put the right part on the quote and than York Dodge tried to charge me close to one grand, which costed me nearly half of at another Jeep dealership. I will not even go near to their business anymore.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thanks Jeff! We’ve purchased many new vehicles in our day. We usually buy through A fleet Dept for our work trucks in the valley so we don’t see salesman often. Most people dread the experience...to that I say “Go see Jeff!” Jeff is knowledgeable and not pushy. We didn’t care for the new Rubicon we were there to look at (personal color preference). Jeff happily went the extra mile to see if what we were really looking for in the color and options preferred was available anywhere. Inventory of high demand items are in short supply right now due to Covid and production slow downs. We didn’t find a new one we liked but he convinced us to come back and look at a gently used jeep. It’s perfect and we are very happy! Knowing little about Jeeps he answered all our questions! We always dread that last stop to sit down with the finance guy...we were pleasantly surprised with Dan who was very nice - not your typical hard sell when we declined ext warranty! My experience here has been stellar every time. I was hesitant to buy a vehicle from a dealer as Ive had bad experiences in the past with salesmen and service guys treating me poorly, but Im so glad I gave them a shot. From the start with the purchase experience, they were polite and friendly. They explained things thoroughly and asked repeatedly if I had questions. It was the same when I went in for my first service appointment. Jake (I think) was great and answered my questions about the vehicle. When I arrived to pick it up it was after 6 p.m. and the cashier was pleasant and didnt seem at all annoyed the way some people do at the end of the day.Overall, I love this place.

Well as you can see by my cars i own 25 of them 4 are dodge products im number one at making beds casper com and also number one on air bnbanyways i have never ever been treated so horrible at a car dealer in my life do not go to this dealer they treat you very bad they said they didnt have the part to fix it now and no one had it in the town well i went 2 miles till my truck overheated again and pulled into doughboy repair shop they got the part delivered in 15 mins and had me back on the road in less then an hour so anyone reading this take your car and truck to doughboy in prescott those guys really care and they dont play games they fix your problem fast 10 stars t doughboy repair you guys are top guns

After much searching, found the perfect vehicle located at York. They handled everything online ahead of time so I just had to come there from Phoenix, sign and pick it up. Vehicle was ready to go, people were very nice, and its all worked out so far.
