For being a Dollar General, everything is generally, at least more than a dollar. I can find better deals just about anywhere.. sorry to be honest, but if youre trying to save money, this is not the place to go..

The manager Jannie is treats me like a king when I go there to shop. I feel like were good friends now and she goes out of her way to see that you get all that you need even if it means helping you paying for it. The employees are the best too. Its nice to know they really do care.

I like the Dollar Generals. Lots and Lots of merchandise. Some I cant reach, but there are always helpful clerks.

Theres A LOT to look at in this store. Lots of food choices (as far as packaged foods and boxed foods). The clothes section is small and limited, but theres some for mom, dad, and the children, not much, but some.Theres even beer?? Thats right. Wine, spirits.I feel that their prices are somewhat compared to walmarts. Definitely not dollar stuff. More like a $5 and up. But there are some things that are a dollar, but not much.Anyways, fun to check out.I like to come and look for little odds and ends that I need particularly for childrens school stuff.Hope this helps though.

Always a pleasant trip. Theres so much to choose from. I always get great deals here. Use their app and you get so much more savings. I love this place and its employees. Can things here that you cant find in other places. Its clean and well managed.

Prices are really good on paper products and laundry stuff. I use digital coupons on sale items to save even more. At check out though I have to watch for the credit as often times my bill doesnt reflect the coupons.

Been to this site twice this week. Mondays customer service was good, but Wednesday nights customer service (cashier Danny), had some bad attitude when I wanted a price check on an item due to a lack of price tags on the shelf or item, and proceeded to throw the item elsewhere when I decided against it. The store was packed with 6 stocking carts on Monday, and still packed on Wednesday, making it difficult to navigate through the store.

This place on willow creek road is the best and very clean and friendly staff. The one on naviao in Prescott valley is the dirtiest and cramped and never stocked. You can not even get a wheelchair down isles

Store was clean, shelves were well stocked, and employees were friendly. My only complaint was the prices. I mean, why call it Dollar General when almost everything was over a dollar?

Good products and they have good prices for items you need for health, food, and other items for your everyday needs.

The cashier was super nice but complained of being tired and under staffed. They really should hire more people to work there.

I know what youre thinking, and yes, its exactly what you think. Im not sure why these things are looked down upon when youre a little more well off. You can get a lot of the same stuff but way cheaper here. I hate to break it to people, but dish soap is dish soap. They have a lot of name brand things for much less too.

The Willow Creek location is seldom busy, so its easy to go in and either browse or simply get what you need and get back out. Always very neat and clean.
