Theyre lucky I can only put 1 star because if I could give 0 stars I would. If you choose to go to Big O, do not go on a Sunday. Took an hour to get the truck back there for oil change and they rushed to get it done since they close early. In the process they broke my dipstick and didnt tell me. When it was done the truck was making a ticking noise which it has never made that noise before. Checked the oil and sure enough 2 inches of our dipstick was missing. They were unable to tell us if it broke off inside the oil tube or not. They could have just told me what happened instead of finding out for myself. Once they had their mechanic look at it sure enough there was the rest of our dipstick. I will not be returning. Be careful who you trust with your vehicles.

A few months ago daughter ran over a rock, bent her rim. I brought in a new rim and the old wheel and asked them if they could help me. It was pretty busy that afternoon, but with in an hour or so I was back in the shop picking up the new wheel. The service was fantastic.A couple of days ago, I received a note asking if everything was still okay with our vehicles. Now that is quality customer service they had no reason to do so and Im sure they are busy enough as it is. To take the the time to go through customer records and find out how past customers are actually doing reminds me why I live in here in Prescott; for that small-ish town community feel.

Got me in same day to do an alignment and the truck drives perfectly straight. I appreciate the quick service and its obviously done correctly. Got some good advice on new wheel choices too.Only complaint is the tech who drove my truck back to the shop changed every setting on the seats. No reason for that.Would recommend this place for sure though.

I am very pleased with the service at Prescott’s Big O Tires. They’ve always had my tires in stock when I needed them. The wait is never too long. And I can stop in there anytime and they happily put more air as needed in my tires. Plus they check up on me occasionally to make sure all is well. Great service.

They put the wrong lug nuts on because they were to lazy to get the correct ones. In a rush to close on a Sunday. Now I am stranded because they won’t come and fix it and my lug nut is stuck on because it is overly torqued and stripped with about 1/8 to a 1/4 inch of nut for the socket to grab onto. The correct spline drive (black lug nut) is in the picture that they should have used.

I bought a set of Cooper Cobra tires for my 1967 Oldsmobile 442 at the recommendation of Bryan at Big O Tires. The tires, with the white lettering, fit the classic look of the era of the car perfectly and provided a very smooth and responsive ride.The mechanics at the shop did an outstanding job of ensuring that each tire was perfectly balanced on each wheel and even discovered that one of my wheels was slightly bent and required some extra attention to ensure a safe and smooth ride.I highly recommend Big O Tires for your tire needs.

A little upset with the way my appointment went. Called for alignment price. Quoted $99. Four wheels. Said I was going to call around offered $20.00 coupon, now same price as most other places. Felt a little uneasy with that tactic,but needed done ASAP. So had next morning appointment. Told hour to hour and Half. Got a call less than 30 minutes car done. Glad it was fast but so fast I wondered if anything was done. When paying saw charge of $9.90 for shop supplies. Was never informed of possible shop supply charges. Ive never been charged shop supplies before on a ALIGNMENT. I felt deceived. Other day I went to see about a nail in tire was told $58. To fix flat. Went to discount tire they did it free. Big o is 3 blocks from home Discount 5 miles but thats where Im going from now on

We have been using Big O for over 30 years and have never had a reason to leave. For example I went in to have tires rotated on Monday. During their inspection they discovered a bad tie-rod assembly. They said it could be repaired before a trip we were taking on Wedensday. Unfortunately the part did not arrive when they expected it so it looked bad, but they persevered Bottom line, it was repaired as scheduled and the car runs perfectly. Thank you

The first time I went to this location was to have my air pressure checked. My tires were not from Big O. They happily performed the service and added 4 new stem caps, quickly and for free. So when I needed new tires, they had earned my business. Friendly service, prices as I expected, and the work was done in a timely fashion. And they followed up a week later with a personal text to make sure I was satisfied. Nice touch!

In true Monday form, I discovered I was losing tire pressure on one of my tires. I purchased my tires from Discount Tire, and have the warranty. When I attempted to call them to have it fixed today, no one would answer the phone. I waited on hold for 15 minutes, and could not speak to a human. What an experience. I held off and held off on getting tires cause they’re not cheap. We all know this. Since weather has come I had no other choice but to pull the trigger and make the call. I’ll start off by saying that my size tires are not available everywhere so I had to ask what they can do for me and to even ask if they have my tires in stock. Being that I have work I needed then done today. Long story short, they had to order them which I stressed that I would like them done that day so I can get to work the following day. They found my tires had them there at there shop by noon which was impressive itself. I also had some issues with my motor mount. I asked them to take a look and give me a quote. Needless to say they were able to mount and balance new tires fix motor mount also do an alignment they also found a camber bolt missing which they also replaced. I’m not gonna lie to you I’ve done most of my car work myself but this time I chose to have these guys do it and I am so impressed now I’m not going anywhere else for my tire needs if you need tires or have any questions about your cars needs. Don’t hesitate to call you won’t regret it.

Big O on iron Springs has to be the nicest tire company in Prescott. When I was down and out because of a damaged tire they were right there to help me and got me out on a Sunday within an hour! I wanted to make sure to post a public thank u for exceptional customer service at this Big O location in Prescott on Iron Springs rd. Went to have a basic oil change Feb 1st -the shop was busy- but as I waited I couldnt help but notice that each customer was treated with patience & respect (not always easy to do!). When my own wait for service was longer than projected, the man at the front desk apologized for the delay & surprised me with a cost reduction. (I believe it was a man by the name of Brian that helped me??) I live very close to another larger tire shop, but that day I left the Big O on Iron Springs rd wanting to let everyone know that my experience at this long time Prescott business was exceptional. I brought my car in for what turned out to be a starter issue. The repair was done in a timely way, but days later, the new starter turned out to be defective. I brought the car back and Big O replaced the starter again and did the rework with no fuss. I was made completely whole in spite of the initial part problem. This experience gives me confidence in returning to them later, as well as sending others to them.

I took a car in with a slow-leaking tire. The shop was busy and I was asked to return 90 minutes later, which I did. A few minutes later my car was in the shop. The technician found a large nail in the tire, made the repair and got me on the road again. Best of all: there was no charge for the service. Ive purchased tires there before and have always been satisfied.

Great Company! I had them replace all 4 tires on my Buick, and they informed me that I had a bent tire. They put the new one on the vent rim so I could make it home. I bought a used rim on Ebay and they replaced it once it came in. There was no extra charge for the extra work, not even for them putting on and taking off an extra tire. Plus all of their service cared about my safety besides their prices being more than fair. Then they followed up months later to see if the tires are still good. My experience with them blew my expectations away.

On 2/20 I came in to Big O with a screw in 1 tire and a nail in another. I was fortunate that Bryan was who helped me. He was very professional and attentive to my already frustration. This experience has renewed my loyalty toward remaining a long term customer of Big O. Last experience with the brunette receptionist was not so pleasant.

The Guys at Big O took care of my awful break job that someone else did. I called them in a panic when my break pad fell off. I had just bought a truck in Phoenix and drove it home only to wake up to a flat tire. I took it to big o and found out I didn’t have a key to the wheel locks. They replaced the tire with spare and removed the lock and replaced it with a lug he had to special order from a local parts store. He went out of his way to make sure it was done correctly. I appreciate his effort and will be looking for wheels and tires. Bryan’s knowledge far exceeds what I can find on the internet. I would recommend asking for Bryan by name if you are looking for expertise on tire and wheel sizing. He has a lot of info that online tire and wheel sellers don’t tell you. Jim

Nice, professional, courteous, easy. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and everything went quickly and smoothly. Only one small detail (on tire pressure) was overlooked, but corrected. Had a slow air leak in one of my tires (not purchased at Big O) and they got the work done right and done quickly. On my way to pick up that car, we got a screw in a tire on our other vehicle, which they repaired a couple days later, and it was done in about an hour. Patch on the first car seems to be holding up nicely, and I assume the other one will be of the same quality. We’ve been Big O customers for 10 years now and even under the new management, we’re impressed with the work coming out of their shop.

Was very helpful with the choices in tires I had to choose from and which tires would be best for my application. I would absolutely recommend getting a price from Big-O

Stopped by here to get an estimate and to check to see if a tire was fixable. I ended up leaving because they didn’t have the product available that day that I needed and the tire wasn’t able to be fixed. I found a place later in the day that was cheaper and while mounting the tires realized that the tire that was tested was never returned to my trunk. I called and talked with Bryan to which he apologized and said he would talk to his technician, but failed to offer the obvious solution of getting the tire to me at my current location where I am getting tires mounted. I am now installing 3 tires, driving back to Big O Tires to retrieve the tire they forgot to put back and then driving back to the tire place to have the last tire mounted, and balanced.Mistakes happen, they are understandable but this is a lot of running around and wasted time on my end because of their mistake. I would have found a way to get the tire 6 miles down the road to fix the mistake.

I love the guys at this location! Great attitudes and service, and I always appreciate the condition my car is in when I leave. Bryan is always willing to work hard to find me a good deal. I actually drive from Flagstaff because I prefer them! I would definitely recommend them!

I have used this tire store about 3 to 4 years ago before a week ago. Staff was very friendly than, as it is now. I made a mistake last year of going to discount tire by Costco. Ended up buying 4 new tires for my service truck well into $1600 range. Went there 2 weeks ago to get the tire fixed they were too busy. Went to big O and they got me right in and fixed it. I knew better than to go to anybody else but Big O and for this I am sorry. Big o did a wonderful job and will not use anyone else again. They are my go to place.

Over charged me for 2 new tires, and never told me about additional 60 dollars putting nitrogen in my tires and a warranty. It also took 4 hours for that whole process. Only reason it’s a 1 star and not a 0 is because the employees were nice, but they also were pinching at any dollar they could in the wrong way.

My Mom and I have been going to Big O Tires for about as long as shes lived there, maybe 13 years now and Im glad we found a place where we can trust the people with our vehicular needs. Ive had to take my car in many times for various things, from an alignment check, to an oil leak, coolant leak, ABS malfunction, to diagnostics tests etc. and every time Ive treated courteously and fairly, I feel. There have been a handful of visits where I had take my car in and I wasnt charged for anything even after trying to diagnose it for a few hours. Thats awesome customer service not trying to gouge me or trying to find things wrong (like some other places have made the attempt to). I highly recommend them!

Once again the crew was very helpful. I took the car in with problems with the left rear tire. They diagnosed it, ordered a replacement and I had it back within 24 hours. Very happy with the service.
