All I have to say is: Wow! These guys are 100% the real deal.Im very cautious who I go to for Car Audio these days. Ive heard many horror stories from other local competitors in the area.I then heard about Audio Plus, so I decided to check them out. I originally entered the store will a list of custom audio components that I wanted installed in my vehicle. I asked Rob (the car audio installer) a bunch of questions and he was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the subject. No one in this town was nearly as knowledgeable as Rob. He truly could answer all of my questions and even was able to provide me with a lot of insight.The manager Brent is extremely professional and one of the nicest guys I think Ive met in this town.I havent even gotten to the best part yet, the install! Holy moly, Im not even exaggerating, Rob installed a system in my vehicle that literally has taken my breath away. Every time I turn up my system full tilt it feels like angels are singing to me. He did an amazing job installing everything, and the sound deadening is unbelievable.I could not be happier with the work Rob and Brent at AudioPlus have done for me. These types of local businesses are hard to find these days, and Im so happy I found AudioPlus. Thanks again!
I meant to do this review sooner but here it is. I would absolutely recommend Audio Plus to anyone looking for top quality work and excellent customer service. They did work on my remote starter after Safelite damaged it during a windshield installation. I was absolutely thrilled with the speedy results. I will be using them for all my future vehicle audio/security needs.
I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful Gary and Ashley were in taking care of my home audio needs.When I originally called Audio Plus, they were fully booked out for several weeks, but Ashley put me on a waiting list. I never expected her to call me within 2 days to tell me that she remembered that I had out of town guests arriving and that she could squeeze me in that same day to come to my home and provide me with an estimate.Gary and Ashley’s professionalism and attention to detail were amazing. Not only did they come to provide me with an estimate, they decided to stay and do the job for me that same day, which took several hours. The feeling of trust was immediate, and they have a “forever” customer in me.Additional notes: Gary and Ashley noticed that we don’t wear shoes in our home. They took off their shoes before entering my home, even though I told them it was okay to leave their shoes on!Also, I had called several other large audio stores in our area before finding Audio Plus. Had backup sensors installed. Brent was great. He worked with me along with installer. Both were friendly, efficient, customized install to my needs. Good price. Whats not to like?
I had installed a JVC radio in my truck, however, I had a couple of issues that I couldnt figure out. I called Audio Plus, made an appointment. Arrived early but they were accommodating and both gentlemen there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Job was done very quickly and very reasonable cost. I definitely would recommend them. My radio works perfect!!!!!

Stopped by my house for a quick question I had on a new receiver, only to find out it was a button that had been pushed, and no receiver needed. 2 minute fix and nothing but a appreciative client here. Great company to deal with!!
Audio Plus is definitely a 5 star company. Gary came by to set up my WiFi extender and he explained everything he was doing including the benefits of having the extender. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my audio equipment. Also very efficient.

I am very disapointed in this company... I called them (I also messaged them on FB). It took them awhile to return my call, so I called them again to follow up that I wanted an estimate/quote to have home security installed. A guy came Dec. 27 and told me that hell be out of town so I said okay, no hurry. I thought after a couple of weeks I will receive the estimate or quotation but nope so decided to follow up and I talked to a girl (I didnt bother getting her name). She told me that she will talk or inform the guy that came last Dec. 27. Its almost end of February and no quote/estimate receive. Now, I have an upgraded AAA Smart Home Security. I called AAA Smart Home Monday, they came Friday and installed everything. Thats how cusotmer service worked. Too bad, I work with a lot of people and Audio Plus wont get any refferal from me.
I had a new radio and 2 cameras installed in my Jeep Wrangler. Brent was helpful in steering me to a radio that would serve my purpose. I’ve always had a Pioneer’s and we discussed the pros and cons between the Kenwood and Pioneer radios. Brent gave me a total price, advise me on how to save some money and I went with the Kenwood. I’ve had a total of 3 radios installed by a business in California. The installations were always great. Unfortunately, those installations didn’t even come close to the professionalism and perfection that Rob did at Audio Plus. Between the the staff at Audio Plus and the equipment I got, I couldn’t be happier. I won’t go to another business to buy my car or home audio equipment. I hope this review helps in making your decision.
These guys are great! Gary, Ashley, Rett and Chris were challenged to correct a wiring nightmare for my Hunter-Douglas blinds that another company blundered. They visited to assess what was wrong and then sent their reconstruction team to fix the job. Rett and Chris spent the day working together after planning together what their next step would be. My problem is solved now and I can look forward to enjoying my home without the problems the other company created for me. Way to go team and thank you!

My husband has had multiple jobs done through Audio Plus so when we needed an in-car DVD player installed we took it to them. When we discovered that the unit we bought had lights that wouldnt turn off we took it back and they fixed it for us (even though it wasnt their fault) at no charge. These guys really care about the quality of their work and they want customers to be happy with their systems. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
I represent a business with 12 offices across the sate and we needed an expert to install TVs at one of our offices. After 3 calls to other companies, including one big-box store, we werent sure wed find any luck, not a single company had our TVs in stock and could not schedule delivery/install within 5 business days. We then reached out to Audio Plus with what we thought would be an impossible request - we needed to purchase 4 TVs of different sizes, have them delivered, mounted/installed and wired in an extremely short amount of time. Gary went WAY above and beyond to exceed our needs. He had our TVs ordered and shipped within 24 hours and installed within 48 hours. We understand our request was not the norm but Gary and Audio Plus exceeded all of our needs, the entire process was so easy and professional. After the install was completed Gary took more time out of his day to meet us at our office and walk through the install, making sure it was up to our standards and demonstrating more of the above and beyond service done for us.Audio Plus is now our go-to for all things related to TVs/wiring/sound - we cant say enough great things about our experience. Were genuinely thankful.
Purchased a TV mount (from Amazon). Gary mounted it over the fireplace and it was two feet from the wall to center it. He said the outlet was in the wrong place. I contacted an electrician to move the outlet and $90.00 later (service call) he said he didnt want to touch the TV. Contacted Gary to replace the mount for $110.00. Its very difficult to maneuver and I have a $175.00 mount from Amazon in my garage for cheap, if anybody is interested.Had Gary install my sound system and it just didnt sound correct. Gary suggested I purchase a new reciever from him and he would match the lowest internet price. He didnt, he said he could only go to around $525 ( I think the internet price was app. $499). I purchased the rec.from Gary.So he came back to set up the new receiver with my IR System purchased from Amazon, along with the speakers). His assistant noticed that the subwoofer which Gary had set up the first time HAD NO CONNECTING WIRE!!! THATS WHY IT DIDNT SOUND RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!After all this, my Sony Bravia TV was experiencing sound and buffering problems.Sony problem was a Sony software problem. The buffering and pixel problems with the apps was due to many people on the internet for this area. said Gary. Gary said he would call me when Sony fixed their software problem. He never did call and I have been in contact with Sony three times to rectify the problem.Needless to say I gave up on audio plus and contacted Best Buy. They deserve 5STARS!!!Purchased a new modem and eero router system! Working perfectly!I normally dont complain in writing, but I was clearly disappointed in the expertise, workmanship and custom service of Audio Plus.Sincerely,Jim MorganIn response to Garys response:This is typical of Audio Pluss customer service! I have stated the facts and it is their responsibility to rectify their actions. In all the complaints listed they want the dissatisfied client TO CONTACT THEM. It should be the other around!I dont mind paying for creditable work performed, but this was such a disappointment. The clue should have been when he installed my TV mount (from Amazon). He should have said (right then and there) that I needed to have the recepticle moved. Audio Plus prewired our home when it was built...thought they were experts...thats why we hired them to complete the job. Once again, very, very disappointed. Be careful!

Yesterday, June 21, 2016 I called and spoke with Gary at Audio Plus. I explained to Gary that I wanted security cameras installed as soon as possible. I have been having issues with prowlers in my backyard and have had to call the Sheriff 5 times in the last 7 weeks. Gary said he would check with his team and get back to me. I expected to get a call back in 2-3 days.That afternoon Matt called and said he could come tomorrow to get the cameras installed.Today, Matt and Adrian were here at 9:30am and installed my cameras, answered all my questions, all within a 2 hour period. Extremely satisifed with my recent experience here. They constructed a custom enclosure for a 12 W7, setup in a downfiring position with very difficult dimensions to work within. I have been a loyal customer of another company in Phoenix for 8 years.. The only reason I had services done at Audio Plus is because where I normally do business claimed that they could not do what I wanted, that the custom box that I wanted was simply not possible for my vehicle. The technician at Audio Plus obviously must be more skilled, because he took the challenge, and he was able to make this happen for me, within a reasonable amount of time, and within a reasonable budget. I couldnt be happier that I took a chance with them. I will be returning in the future, I dont know when or what I will need help with next; but they have my business. Thank You!
Terrible service.I purchased a Onstar mirror from audio plus and had it installed a while ago and the installer didnt install it right.Had to return to have them fix it,still didnt work.This is the best part,we set up that appoint a few days ahead of time and when we drove close to 50 miles to this appointment,they told us there was no appointment set.Started driving home and the representative that set up the appointment got back from lunch and apologized for the mistake and we drove back.Had owner contact us apologizing after the fact as well and wanted to make it up with a decent discount on my next purchase.Came in to get a quote on a $1,200 purchase and the manager was only willing to give a $100 discount.Btw the mirror never could be set up with Onstar.Well not be coming back with this type of service and quality of work.
Audio Plus is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented group and I HIGHLY recommend using their services...peace of mind was the precious and incalculable product they delivered to me! This is what happened:We experienced a major lightning surge that caused extensive damage to our home appliances and many electronic devices including our home entertainment center. I was also uncertain of any damage to the homes internal internet/cable tv/phone wiring network that Audio Plus installed/networked when our home was being built.When Gary (Audio Plus owner) arrived at our home, he jumped into action as fast as the lightning strike that caused the damage and performed a thorough trouble-shooting regiment. He explained in simple terms what was damaged and provided a quote to replace the non functioning Yamaha Entertainment Center Receiver...he left our home, picked up a new replacement receiver, brought in his A-team of technicians and all was done in a couple of hours to remedy the resulting wiring issues, reprograming the new Yamaha receiver and making our entertainment center work seamlessly again. I went from distraught to delighted in a manner of minutes.Again, they did a terrific job of restoring all of my internet and entertainment center issues! There is no other that I would use!
Outstanding customer service and top quality products.
Broke my antenna. Said they stripped the threads which hold the antenna in place. Sent me home with the antenna only, not the parts they said they stripped. Told me they would find me a new antenna but never did. The owner or manager was rude and very unprofessional and doesnt take responsibility for their actions.
This is the only place to go in town for your audio/video and home automation needs. Thanks Gary and team!
