Cuppers is a locally owned coffee shop with a cool vibe and fast service. Contrary to what was advertised in their description, they are not housed in an old Victorian house. I think that might have been an old location. They are now located within a modern strip of buildings a few blocks from Prescott’s Historic Town Square. I enjoyed my coffee at Cuppers, however, the breakfast left much to be desired. The eggs and bacon were dry and seemed as if they had been heated up in the microwave. If you’re just looking for a place to get coffee… I would still recommend stopping by.

Cute place. Nice counter person. Prices about average. Sells some food and pastries as well as coffees and other beverages. Update: Came in again today when in town as my daughter really really liked her drink from the previous visit; she said she missed that coffee. We got some scones this time and they were very good, I am not usually a big scones fan but really liked them. They were making a quiche for someone as we were leaving and it smelled great.

Food is really just ok. No full breakfast menu like eggs and all. Coffee was decent. They get busy so sometimes it can take time to get served. The atmosphere inside is pretty dark. Staff is friendly

Great-tasting food, cute patio (with shade!!), friendly environment.BUT, they forgot about our coffee and we had to go get it, and their portions were a tad small.A friend and I were sitting on the patio because I had my dog with me. She went inside and ordered for us, two coffees(~$5 ea) and two skinny pancake plates ($8 ea) and brought back a table number. A very reasonable amout of time later, they came out with our food, which was one and a half VERY skinny pancakes per plate. They were absolutely delicious, but not very filling, and I wish I had known how little food I would be getting. I also added bananas to my order, and for some reason they put cold bananas on my warm pancakes, so that was a touch weird, but again, delicious.We finished our food and still had not received our coffee, so my friend went back inside to get it. She was not told at ordering that we had to grab our own coffees or anything. I got a peanut butter mocha -- delicious!!All in all, a GREAT place for a *light* breakfast, and a good location from the square. If youre looking for more food, either order more or something other than just a plate of pancakes. 🤷🏼‍♀️

LOVE this place. If MJ is working she will TAKE CARE of you. They just added some vegan items to the menu and they are so good! Their coffee is delicious and their lattes aren’t too sweet. Flavors, quality and customer service is all top notch. 10/10 recommend!

Coffee, cappuccino and burrito were good. Skinny pancakes were too greasy and the syrup was separated like the consistency of thick caramel. Wouldnt get those again. Nice atmosphere, friendly service.

Yesterday, I visited Cuppers at their new location at 224 S. Montezuma St. FYI, their hours are 6-6 daily. They are still finalizing their menu, but attached are pictures of their menu board as things stand. They have some sandwiches available - when I visited, the choices were chicken salad, a Cuban sandwich and an Italian sandwich - and the staff said they should have a complete sandwich menu next week. I tried the chicken salad sandwich. It was not the tropical chicken salad that they used to serve - but I enjoyed it (it was missing lettuce and tomato, but they are still getting situated so a forgivable offense 😊). I will miss the old location but I hope they do well in the new one.UPDATE 5/4: I have added a picture of the new sandwich menu.

This is one of my favorite places to go in Prescott. Whether I need a chill atmosphere to do homework or I want to meet with a friend over coffee, I usually end up at Cuppers. Their skinny pancakes with brown sugar syrup are irresistible. The avocado crepe is also delicious. Coming from someone who made coffee for 2 years in a traditional Italian coffee shop, I can also vouch for their espresso drinks. Their americanos are great and their employees seem to be well trained in making coffee.

I paid $10 plus a $2 tip for a breakfast burrito that I was told I had to microwave myself after I had already purchased it. Apparently the microwaving of your own food is a Monday through Friday thing. The breakfast burrito was by no means worth the $10. And what is the tip for if I have to microwave it myself! I used to love going to the the old Cuppers on Cortez but the new one on Montezuma is not worth the money or manual labor (microwaving food yourself). Safe to say I will not be back there for a long while!!

Did not really like this burrito. Small and not worth the price. Not much good was in it. Giving three stars because service was very nice and my chai latte was good.

Busy, a little slow, but coffee was ok. Cashier seemed too busy to answer a question. Barista was a little friendlier, but we got the wrong coffee.

We have had several items off of the menu and they have all been excellent! Delicious, healthy options, but you can satisfy your sweet tooth, too. Plus, live music! It you like good coffee, this is probably the last choice for me. I say this because for weeks I would go there a couple times consistently, and it would never fail that I would get a cup of cold (not even Luke warm) stagnant coffee that was very watery. Wild iris is best in town for sure, but I like Bosa ( the donut place) coffee better than cuppers.

This Cuppers is somewhat smaller than the other Cuppers that south of town. Its at the bottom of a apartment building which means that people walk through Cuppers to get to their apartment and their mailboxes.

Super GOOD! The Quiche was delicious and The Prescott burrito was delicious as well, I do recommend!

My wife and I Go to this establishment every Sunday morning, unfortunately when they went from their old location to the new and wonderful and improved location, the City Of Prescott fire department made their experience horrible! Their menu is not what it was but they are still working on it. I would recommend regardless of two or three items they’re not allowed to cook because the fire department, please go and support this great establishment you’ll enjoy wonderful staff and a great menu.

Many of the previous 5-star reviews seem to be for the old location. Now it is not worth one star. Potatoes looked like they were cooked yesterday or before and microwaved - rubbery and unappetizing. Fruit was day-old too, not crisp. I could have made a better breakfast sandwich at home for half the cost, or even just gone to McDonalds. Very disappointed.

Comfy and cozy spot with great natural lighting, fast wifi, and plenty of varied seating. I really enjoy the benches along the wall. I like this location so much more than the old one.You can get a mug of coffee for here and help yourself to refills.

Cuppers has my wifes favorite tea. Try the Tibetan chai. Coffee is wonderful too. I hear the food is great, but Ive only had the bagels and such. Great relaxed atmosphere, nice people. Oh, gelato too!

Cute coffee shop but the staff doesn’t always know the menu, or types of espresso drinks. I ordered a breve and they gave me a cup of cream, with no espresso! They argued it was correct. Seriously, just google it if you don’t know how to make a drink!

A little too much milk in the latte and cappuccino. A latte should be no greater than 80% heated and frothy milk. I will order coffee differently if yours are 99% milk. 1st world problems given todays issues. Have a great day.

My daughter and I love the skinny pancakes, and the homemade syrup was to die for!! I was a little bummed they dont sell jars of it. The Mexican Mocha was delicious, and my daughter says its the best cup of hot cocoa in town(: this was our second time here, and we definitely will be back!

Im not very impressed with Alberts soft opening. Amenities include a unfinished and uneven floor, Harbor Freight temp work lights for interior lighting and no signage besides a smear of paint on the front window.An attempt at a bohemian simple design by an amateur turns into a slopped together fiasco!Also, the drywaller (me) who floated the stucco wall smooth for the awesome chalkboard detail wall was stiffed by the owner. Very small coffee shop downtown. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a porch and front seating area to enjoy food/coffee outdoors. I think the food is a little over priced but it is really good. I think this place also has options for vegans too. They close early but when there is events going on downtown at night, they are open. The staff has a great attitude all the way up to closing time! Will be back!

Not my kind of place . No refills on drinks. And portions very small . The cashier did not know what was on the burrito had to look it up in a book.

They may have decent food and drinks, but the ownership is absolute garbage. New-hires have been put on shift with ZERO training and no one there to teach them anything. Most of the employees are new to where no one has any solid understanding of how things are supposed to go at that place. Its starting to become apparent to customers as well. A lot of the equipment is broken/poorly maintained and ownership hasnt done anything to mitigate the issue. They wont even supply a simple lighter to light the stove. Customers have brought in lighters for the employees almost out of pity for how lousy this work environment is for them. Its a shame because the employees are really nice, along with the (former) management, who by the way, wasnt even informed that she no longer works here, and found out through one of the workers via an email the owner sent out to everyone EXCLUDING the manager.Im not saying to stop being a customer, just please show some understanding when your order is delayed or unable to be completed because of inexperience or improperly equipped work area. Its not the employees fault.Its the owner.

I hadn’t been to cuppers since the location moved. I was excited to see the new changes. While the location and the decor inside are beautiful the sales associate at the counter was pretty unhelpful. It says baked goods on the window. But there were 4 options all stacked on one small display unlabeled. We asked the associate what the muffins were. She told us, then we had to ask a couple times what their bread option was. Because she wasn’t paying attention. The sales associate seemed like she was completely unbothered to really help. She didn’t get up from her stool. Idk if that’s medical or what. But she just seemed to hate working their and made the experience poor. The muffins we got ended up being very dense and dry :(
