Ruined by one employee that might be a manager. Shorter heavier lady that might be in 50s. Be careful not to ring something up when she wants a drink because she will moan and sigh every second of the transaction. Have personally seen her be disrespectful to customers because they were indecisive about what to eat. Shes not afraid to call anyone and everyone a liar once she believes something. Isnt that the exact opposite of costumer service, the customer is right, and the customer vibes first?I apologize to all the other employees that have gone above and beyond at the store I wish I could give yall a different rating

My first thought, GREAT! Another problem on an already hellish day! as the pay at the pump wasnt working!! I headed into the store, hot and angry, and was greeted by the employee on hand- GERRIT. He greeted me with such a warm smile, and friendly hello, that I found it hard to be angry about the predicament with the pump. And in only moments, he had taken my money, and assigned it to my gas pump. The receipt came back so quickly that I decided to also grab a drink. Still only minutes later, I walked out of the store, cold drink in hand, just to notice 1 tire quite Under-inflated. If I hadnt had to go in- talk with Gerrit, and calm/cool down, I probably wouldnt have even noticed that tire, until possibly too late. A flat tire at high speeds on the highway could mean a serious accident, even DEATH! I was relieved to be able to catch it before disaster!Thanks Gerrit, and thank you AM/PM, you will keep my business!

Employee came out of store and yelled at me for sitting at a pump, mind you there was nobody else there. He then took a picture of my license plate and said he was the owner, will never go there again.

Being a multiple amputee and only having a partial right hand left these guys go above and beyond the call of duty to help me shop and also get everything bagged up properly & putting it on my scooter so I can make my way to dialysis three days a week... Thank you Todd, Andrew, Spencer, Dylan, and the rest of the crew are newbies and they know who they are...

I went in there wearing a mask and observed not only the customer but also the very rude cashier not wearing a mask. The sight on the door said if you have no mask you will not be served or aloud inside. So who in forces the compliance of those rules. The cashier was also very rude to another customer who went into use the bathroom and didn’t see the sign which I didn’t see either and I have a video of everything including the cashier and customer is not wearing masks and the guy being thrown out and told not to come back just cause I think he stepped on a floor that the cashier had mopped. Rudest customer service experience ever. Who ever the lady working tonight was downright nasty. I work nearby, and would have been a regular customer. Now I will absolutely not be back.
