We were referred to Precision Marble when we decided to convert one of the bathtubs in our home into a walk-in shower. I called and a very polite young man named Jason came to our home, took measurements and told us we would be provided with an estimate shortly. When the estimate arrived, we felt it was very reasonable and decided to move ahead with them. My husband and I went to their office and picked the sample we thought would match the vanity top in the bathroom. They did not have a small sample we could take with us but said they would make one and call when it was ready. Three days later they called, we picked up the sample, were delighted when we found it was a perfect match and placed the order. On June 21 the installer arrived and did the installation. While he did an excellent job, the color was horrible. Not only did it not match the sample or anything in the bathroom, it clashed with our paint colors. The next day I called fully expecting to be told there was nothing that could be done. To my surprise the young lady at Precision informed me Jason would be calling to make an appointment to look at the job. When Jason arrived several days later, I told him I could accept the color of the pan but not the panels. He agreed the color was not right and said he would let the owner know and the office would be in touch. They called the next day to tell me they would redo the job at no cost to us. A week and a half later the installer arrived with the new panels. He brought one into the house and while the color was better, it was still not right and he left. Jason called later to tell us they were going to redo the panels again. He also told me the installer had informed him the pan didnt match, and they were going to replace the pan too. The third times the charm. Our new shower pan and panels are a perfect match to the vanity and the installation is beautiful. I dont often write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond as Precision Marble did for us, I think people should know. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Not a good product. Awful and uncaring customer service. Would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to others.

The guys and gals at Precision Marble did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The two men who did the installation were fabulous to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Ted and his team of plumbers did an excellent job. And Scott and Barry did an amazing job of installing the beautiful Tru Stone. With their many years of experience, precise measuring and attention to detail we couldnt be more pleased with the service, the people and the results. So proud of our new and beautiful bathrooms. The staff was rather unfriendly and acted as tho we were interrupting her, but the young man that installed our shower door did an outstanding job, very neat and efficient and later had a grab bar installed, lucky to have the same young man and he did an excellent job again.

Just had a bathroom remodel, I found the workers friendly and professional sales people friendly and professional nice selection, quality Materials, fair price! highly would recommend them to anybody !!!

Find another contractor! The owner will not take responsibility for any problems caused by him or his staff. I was warned about this company by another contractor, but it was too late to avoid a bad experience and a loss of cash.

Extremely rude staff. Terrible service and prices. The staff and owner run a bad business. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
