The store is very clean & the customer service is good. Donuts look so good, I had the pina coloda smoothie & it was so really good. The turkey sandwich on a croissant was good but it had way too much mustard. Also got a tai tea with boba & a tuna sandwich on a bagel & hubby loved it. Overall the experience was good, & I will go back

Great donuts 🍩 with lots of variety, flavors and toppings. This location is very spacious and had a lot of seating and great natural light. Wouldnt recommend the cappuccino though, the flavors were not that great and too sweet.

Found at least 3 hairs in my smoothie, lost my appetite after that. I can understand and ignore 1 hair ending up in food occasionally, but THREE? Come on guys.Hats, hairnets, and/or pony tails are kind of a standard in the food business for a reason.

Since moving to Chino Valley Arizona. This has become one of my favorite weekly binge spots to visit in Prescott. I LOOOVE THEIR SELECTION.... Its family owned, a local staple in the community and the best selection of doughnut creations ever.They also have some of the best freshly made sandwiches ever should you have more of an appetite. Now of course, my favorites are the Apple Fritters, Apple Filled Bear Claws, Buttermilk Bars, and Raspberry filled.... MmmmmmOutstanding customer service from all who work there. I stopped at this donut place on my way to work one day. I can say that this is by far the best donut I have ever tasted in my life! They literally melt in your mouth. I wish they had one of these stores in Tucson Arizona.

I came for the boba and the past experience at other bosa donuts in the valley. The donut was ok and the boba was more soggy than I am used to. I will be back but probably only because its a drive thru. I have other favorites in the area that I prefer bit had to come try it because it was new. Interior is kind of strange, trying to be homely and cozy but random... Closed off right now for obvious reasons but I cant imagine sitting on the couch with my 4 year old only to get rainbow sprinkles all over those mirco fiber couches, ek.

Staff is friendly and they line moves quickly. There is a great selection of fresh donuts, and they gave sandwiches as well. The coffee is ok. Restaurant was clean.

My kids swear this is the best place has the best donuts (theyve) ever tasted and my husband says the apple filled donut is like an apple pie wrapped in fluffy donut goodness. Since donuts and are no longer on speaking terms, Im going to take the family on their word. Enjoy!

A lot of variety of donuts and drinks. The best taro tea smoothie Ive ever had. Donut holes come in sized orders. Theyre prefect to bring to the office or a get together. Their blueberry donut is the best. Nice local business.My only suggestion would be to add the blueberry donut holes as an option.

So Im not gonna lie I was hella sceptical of a new place going in especially a chain like restaurant but my god they pump out some of the best doughnuts in town. Today May 25th at approximately 9:00 AM I visited your fabulous place of business. I always enjoy everything you have to offer and indulge in.Today I was met with a rude change of breakfast. I always order the Bacon Egg and Cheese BAGEL but today I received the Croissant. I was absolutely saddened when I got home and saw the Croissant. You see the flavor combination that comes with a hot bagel and melted cheese with eggs and bacon cannot be substituted by a greasy flakey sponge. The bagel needs to be crisp on the outside while hot and warm on the inside creating a delicious symphony of texture and taste youre sure to enjoy while boosting your entire day into this next galaxy.

The donuts were good, except the cherry filled croissant had very little, almost no filling at all.The only thing worst than their coffee is the extremely poor and unfriendly customer service. The place needed a good cleaning. We will not be back!

This is a chain donut place but I think theyre the best in the Prescott area. Fresh, well made donuts at a great price. I think they beat Dunkin. Coffee is up for debate though. I had a vanilla latte from their machine and it was just ok.

Donuts are great! Even at 4:30 pm they had all the donuts stocked. We had a sandwich which was delicious! Big sandwich on a fresh croissant that could easily be shared with another person.

Horrible customer service. Sat in drive through for 20 mins trying to get them to take my order. They were completely dead inside.

**NOT A SANITARY PLACE. Brought them a wrong order from the drive through to the inside that I watched them put back in the croissant case. I for sure held it in my bare hand during a world wide pandemic... Not to mention had to listen to the little girl run her mouth about the fact I wanted my second mistake of the order corrected. Another woman chimed in this is a common thing here, referring to how rude the staff are. Yikes....

Dont do it. Ordered ham &cheese croissant (drive-thru). Sandwich thrown in bag, no wrapping, no napkins. Made the bag all greasy . Cheap processed cheese & the gristly ham was rolled up tight in the shape of a tube. No thanks.

Usually, Bosa ss great in Prescott! But this afternoon, 4/03/21, a girl with heavy eye make up who was working the drive thru, was so not professional and very rude. This just ruined my experience. Hopefully, she picks up some customer service and manners!! There were two cars in front of me, and when I got to the speaker to give my order, I was told to wait....and wait....and wait...and it was just not a nice experience. You dont make people wait like that. It wasnt even that busy!

We came here for the first time just to. grab a donut and were pleased by the extensive selection of sandwiches and teas.The donuts we purchased were better than anything in town. THE FLUFF. I got a vegan donut (my first one ever!) and it was light and airy as fucccccc. I was shocked, it was the ideal donut. Also, THE SANDWICHES. We got a sandwich, it was fast as heck, fresh, every ingredient on the sandy was great. We will definitely be returning soon for another sandy.Next time well grab a coffee and some other goodies - this place deserves our business. The only recommendation I can make to BoSa Donuts is to label the donuts in the counter, please!

I love their sandwiches! Without a doubt the best loaded turkey sandwich. The doughnuts are made with love. They have to be because theyre so delicious. My kid can get a snow cone and I can get a smoothie, its amazing! If you havent been, go! There! Now! 😃😃

Owners /workers are rude!! Have no sense of urgency. Completely forgot about my order as I was waiting by the cash register, it was just a croissant. After waiting 5 minutes I asked if it was ready, she told me to be patient. She forget where the order was.

Certainly not the best donuts in town in my opinion (look to Outlaw and then Daylight), but they have better hours than any of the other options. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, and the drinks are fine but just as spendy as anywhere else in town (BoSa used to have $3 24oz Thai Iced Tea w/ boba).Staff are friendly, service has been more or less very good despite huge crowds recently, and the drive through is an appreciated option.

Since Dean Harris closed The Donut Shop that was on Fair St. & Miller Valley, (if you know, you know) we have struggled to get another great donut shop. THIS donut shop has all the great donuts Dean used to make. Im impressed.

Delicious...Im from the East Coast and always favored Duncan Donuts as #1, with Krispy Cream coming in #2. We were happy when Duncan Donuts opened here in Prescott. We went to Duncan on 3 occasions and everytjme we went there, they didnt have much of a selection..no cream filled donuts and not much of anything else. We tried Bosa Donuts on a whim and found their selection impressive no matter what time you go there.. their donuts are fresh and delicious!! We chose Bosa Donuts over Duncan Donuts here in Az. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are also delicious!!

The photos of the food on their website are so bad that I was iffy about coming here. But it is actually really good. Their donuts are fresh and make in your mouth. The sandwiches are hearty with a lot of toppings. Breakfast sandwiches are good too. When I came here there were a bunch of wasps or bees in the donut case though.

Absolute best donuts I have ever had! So fluffy and iced to perfection! The iced coffee was amazing! I added boba to my coffee and it was a great addition. Super fast and pleasant service! All around great experience!

Cinnamon crumb and glazed donut, amazing! Theyre just so light and fluffy, yum. Their apple fritter isnt good though, unlike other Bosas Ive been to. The inside is mushy and tastes like its uncooked, and its quite unappetizing. Theyve also increased their prices and two donuts are now $3.81. From my experience, 24-hour Bosas are usually much better, and the times I came to this one was in the afternoon so maybe thats why their apple fritter wasnt great. I also had to wait a while due to drive-in and the person in front of me all got sandwiches.

The food is great. The biggest flaw with BoSa is the service. Twice our delivery was delayed and we had received it two and a half hours after we ordered it. Our caramel coffee that we ordered did not have caramel in it. The service lacks not only through delivery but also in person. We had ordered 4 single donuts and two drinks. The lady behind the counter grabbed the bags with our donuts and moved them somewhere we couldnt really see. Well she moved them over to the register where another customer was waiting and went into the backroom. It had caused a lot of confusion. Anyway, the food is great. The service needs work.

Nothing is fresh. The first time I tried Bossas, there were literal wasps circling the pastries and donuts behind the glass display. Donuts were stale and obviously had been sitting around awhile.

Try the bubble bobas they come in many yummy fruit flavors. If you dont see it on the ment ask.
