Thank you Bennett Glass for your professionalism in replacing the windshield of my sons 1986 Ford Bronco. This is a vintage vehicle and it can be hard to find the glass at a moments notice. I am so impressed. I went there to replace a piece of glass that broke. Service was great. Picked it up, and was a bit disappointed, it was 1/16 too small. Before I knew what was going on, they took it and recut another piece to fit while I waited. Sweet!

Dave saved the day! He interceded when the older women at the front door desk was testy and unfriendly. I still dont know why her attitude was so bad. I called recently and a very young girl was horrid on the phone. Where are their customer service skills? I called to get help - not to be treated badly. She was so bad I hung up the phone with a quick goodbye.

Excellent service new windshield for my girlfriends car and fix a Crack on my windshield for my truck all in pretty much a a hour and a half. I always recommend bennett glass.

I had a very bad experience with this company and would not recommend anyone use them for their autoglass needs. They left a mess inside my vehicle and made mess of my cowling. The cowling is now missing a corner and no longer sits against the windshield like it is supposed to.When I brought my vehicle back in to voice my concerns, Kevin told me that the piece of missing cowling must have blown off in the wind and inferred that they would not be held liable for a piece of my vehicle that was there when I brought it to them.Kevin acted as a poor ambassador of Bennett Glass & Mirror and I continuously felt like he was trying to make me feel that I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about. He was not diplomatic in helping find solutions to my concerns and instead helped me bolster a negative image of Bennett Glass & Mirror.I am currently on the phone with my insurance company trying to stop payment to these shysters on this substandard work.

I was referred to Bennett Glass by Alanna Montijo of State Farm Insurance to replace the windshield on my truck. I dropped my truck off the day after I called them and it took less than 45 minutes to get my windshield replaced. Plus I got a lifetime chip repair warranty!

They give you a price and nothing changes, I like that plus great workmanship. Been around for ever in prescott.

I really liked the service I get from Bennett Glass. The front staff is helpful and the glass handlers are friendly and careful with the glass. I brought in a 6 foot mirror to be cut. It’s great that they have a garage door entrance on the side instead of navigating it through their main office. They’re great for big projects down to small framing projects. For framing glass, check with Bennett first before the hobby stores.

I have to say they were super quick at changing our windshield. But when I called in to let them know that they did not put my park pass sticker back on, they pretty much said that was the customers responsibility to inform them. I would’ve appreciated a call to ask if I wanted to sticker on my windshield.

Bennett Glass replaced a few broken windows at my house. Their price was the cheapest one out of all our quotes and the work was excellent! My dogs even barked at them the whole time they were working and the workers didn’t lose their minds. So that’s good.

Bennett glass is the best glass place in town. Not only have they been around for 40 years but they do anything that you may need that deals with glass. From residential windows to commercial windows and automotive glass. They also do shower enclosures and even simple things like glass shelves for cabinets. Staff is friendly and willing to help with whatever you may need. If for some reason they can not do it for you they will refer you to someone that can.

I have needed glass replacement twice on my Ford F150. Bennetts has been timely, taking care of me within an hour on an urgent replacement and for an appointment.I am treated with respect on the phone and in the shop. The prices are great. Very manageable. They seem to get that glass replacement is a must do not a when I have spare time and build their costomer service around that idea.Bennetts gets my recommendation and future business.Thank you folks.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, not to mention extremely professional. I stopped in one day after work to have a mirror cut down and they were more than happy to fit me in. I couldnt believe it when they had it done in just a few minutes! The owner runs an amazing shop and seems to truly love what he does. I love this place theyve done three of my windshields for different car manufactures and I have had not a single issue with fitment, leaks, cracks or chips. They use good quality glass (of OEM thickness). I would recommend this pace to anyone and shout out to Billy for always taking care or me in a timely manner!

Bennett Glass gave me a great price to replace all the windows in my house. They didnt do a great job sealing them, but I think the installers were still getting trained. Anyway, I sealed them in myself no problem. However, I couldnt have bought the windows for the price they quoted to install them!

I had the glass in my coffee table break. They stayed open for me after hours and cut me a new piece of glass w/tint in 10 minutes. They were fantastic and friendly. I will be going back to them if I have anything else I need fixed. I also wont forget the name of the place because its my last name lol. Just thought it was funny. They were great and a good price.

These guys were fantastic. I was on a roadtrip, far from home. My cabover window on the RV busted out/in on the highway from Quartzsite to Prescott. Went to 3 repair locations in Prescott and called a few others. Bennett was the only one who could do the job and did it in one day. Kudos to you all and thanks again.

Came through for me. I needed to replace glass sheets in three windows in a doctors office, and these guys really came through for me. WHen I cracked a sheet (my fault) they went above and beyond. I will always use these guys for my glass needs from now on, these are good, stand up people!!

Telephone quote which was re-confirmed when appointment was made was not honored. After work was done (windshield repacement) the bill was higher. It was misquoted was the response. Appointment date was not correct. I do not recommend this company

They came and measured for window and skylight replacement and 2 weeks later still had not called with estimate. When I called I was told they would call back that afternoon. 3 days later - no call. I called again and Josh, the manager, was so rude I told him Id find another company to do the job.
