A couple days ago I came in for some frozen dessert and was very unsatisfied with the staff. There were 2 young girls working who did not greet me and had bad potty mouths. They were blasting explicit music and getting on my nerves. On top of that, they were not using gloves. If I ever choose to come back I’m hoping for 5 star service.Sincerely, Klide

I called earlier today to confirm the place was open till 9 as we knew it would be around 8:30 when we went. Was told yes they would be open till 9. Got there at 8:40 to find two teen boys closing the place. I told them I had called to confirm closing time and one said, sorry we were just really slow. He offered to get us a soda but said he couldnt do ice cream (not sure what the difference is except that the kid wanted to go home). We drove all the way out from Williamson Valley specifically to get ice cream for my birthday. Super bummed and mega frustrated that we made the drive into town only to turn around and head back home empty handed!

Ice cream was tasty. The atmosphere...not so much. Seems like a teenage hangout spot. The employee that helped us did a great job, However, who I assume is his gf was sitting at a table. Seemed we interrupted them when we came in, and we felt uncomfortable eating inside. Ate at the small table outside and heard alot of yelling and horseplay from inside. Not very professional

I will be honest, I went in wanting to buy icecream, 🙏😋stood in line and began to notice group of loud teenagers nearly blocking the doorway, and no place to sit inside, and only one young man serving up the icecream. 👎👎😫waited half hour still no service. I felt sorry for the one Server trying to handle all the customers. Lastly, the place was dirty, hot, and smelled of body odors, kids and adults squeezing in such a small place. I left and headed out to find a DAIRY QUEEN.👍❤🙂

I am not one to ever write a review on a place but there were some issues seen at this establishment. For starters, my girlfriend and I were in line behind two other people and the gentleman behind the counter didnt even bother to greet us when we walked in. He preceeded to spend about 10-15 minutes helping them figure out what they wanted. Which was fine, considering we expected the same customer service. He had mentioned to the couple in front of us, that they were beginning switch over. As the two young ladies came in to tap the gentlemen off and grab our orders they began making them. This was fine until one of the young ladies turned and told her coworker right in front of us that she had forgotten an ingredient. She asked her coworker if she should remake it and her coworker said no, just put more chocolate on top. My ice cream was barely rolled and was fairly melted by the time she handed it to me. Yet my girlfriends was in perfect condition. The two young ladies also got upset that we were watching them make the ice cream, and the one who made mine seemed very unsure of herself and kept checking the screen to see what it was supposed to be. I understand this establishment is new and that as with any new establishment there are many things that can be improved upon. All and all, for $7 a bowl of ice cream, for the wait and the poor customer service I would say it is not quite worth it.

Liam and his coworker (Apologies, as I dont remember his name) were fantastic and patiently walked us through the menu during our first visit. Outstanding customer service. They offered us samples, which is always a plus when trying something new. The ice cream was genuinely some of the best Ive had -- the rolled ice cream is a really nice spin on something thats already really good.Cons: Florida Georgia Line (AKA Nickelback of the Country genre) was playing in the store as we walked in, automatically calling into question the legitimacy of the establishment. That said, any initial worries were quickly put to rest by the quality of the food and the customer service.Ill be coming back!

Very rude to us (June 25th 2020) We called to ask about the allergy information of the menu and they laughed at us. Our daughter (3) has a severe egg allergy that can lead to anaphylaxis. Incredible given the economic reality of the pandemic for small companies, one would think it would be no problem to answer a simple question over the phone. Keep tour rudeness and your ice cream, we’ll take our business elsewhere.

My daughter and her friends went to get Ice Cream on Valentines Day 1/2 hour before the store closed. They were informed by the worker that he could not help them because he was closing in 1/2 hour. He was fairly rude... so as to the quality of the ice cream... who knows! They never got a chance to try it. I think some customer service training is needed to make this place successful.

What a quaint, adorable shop! Eclectic flavors of ice cream and the largest vintage candy selection I’ve ever seen! Love the old building too. Hide your kids though, they’ll go crazy for all the candy and it’s well within their reach!

Was so good!!! Asked for chocolate and vanilla ice cream with fudge brownie. It was something that they never had done. They were eager to do it. Had the sea salt caramel with chocolate drizzle & whipped cream on top. Was fantastic. They were so accommodating & friendly. Will be back. Thanks guys for a fun time!!!🍧🍧🍧🍧

I paid 5.50 for a rilled ice cream thats a 2 cup container and got less than 1 cup of ice cream. What a Rip off.

Oh such yummy goodness and made right in front of you. The employees were super friendly. The only reason for the one lost star was the cost. It was a little pricey for a bowl of ice cream.

The ice cream and sodas were delisous. Definitely my new favorite sweet shop, and its fun to be able see them make it! The staff were very polite and fun. Had a great experience there, defiantly will be coming back. I only wish we had taken photos before eating, they looked so beautiful!

My wife and I went here a couple weeks ago. The ice cream itself didn’t taste bad. The presentation of the ice cream itself was horrible. Mine didn’t look anything like the picture. My wife’s looked somewhat better. Hers actually filled her cup when mine looked literally half empty. When the young man sprayed the whipped cream on top of mine he missed and used his bare finger to try to push it back in.So in short if your expecting it to look like any of the pictures they show online don’t, cause it won’t.Also for the price I probably won’t return as I don’t really feel it was worth the money to go there. As my wife and I were eating the ice cream we both said to each other we should just stick to baskin Robbins.

A little pricey but fun. When two ice creams are $14 its not a place Ill frequent but as a treat every now and again its ok.Personally I prefer Cold Stone but this small business is doing what they can to bring rolled / mixed ice cream and custom sodas to the people of Prescott.
