Quick turnaround on a walk-in request to mount a couple of tires I bought on line. Next time I will call and get a quote to buy the tires here too. They will do on-bike mounting if you buy the tires there. Ride in, ride home. No hassle of having to remove my own wheels. Ill go back.

I got the bike back the same day. The owner helped me load the bike back on the trailer and showed me how to maintain it. This is my shop and it should be yours.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I dont say this lightly, but this was a terrible experience. I had my bike towed to Prescott Cycle because it was leaking coolant rapidly. Anthony insisted I needed a new radiator, at a cost of almost $1000 after labor. When we decided to get a second opinion from a shop specializing in radiator welding repairs he advised against it saying it cant be repaired, it has to be replaced. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE RADIATOR! The other shop tested the radiator multiple times with 40 PSI air pressure - zero leaking! I wasted an entire week AND had to have the bike towed to a second shop. The other shop immediately diagnosed the problem - a simple loose hose clamp. I confronted Anthony about the false diagnosis and he STILL insisted he watched the radiator leaking. If you choose to use this shop, be SURE to get a second opinion!

Well I googled for a Motorcycle Repair Prescott shop today and found the usual suspects, but also Prescott Cycle Service. I gave them a call and explained I had the Tubliss system and needed to swap some tires around. They were very very fair, honest and quick. I ended up having to buy a new rear tire and I found their prices and service to be excellent. I will definitely return to Prescott Cycle for future repairs. Great Job Guys!!!

They rebuilt two of my carburetors and did an excellent job with a quick turnaround time. I dont understand some of these negative reviews. Doesnt anyone have any common sense anymore? Especially the one that complained about people skills. I think most of the customers must be a**holes.

Excellent shop... When theyre there. Their hours already are pretty ridiculous, 8:30 to 4 Monday through Friday. Maybe theyre only interested in serving the retired crowd. But then theyll go and leave early if they decide they dont want to work anymore that day. Arrived before 4 oclock which was difficult since I have a job of my own. Turns out they had already gone for the day. If youre lucky enough to catch them, youll have a pretty good experience

The guy behind the counter (unfortunately, I cant remember his name) is super friendly and helpful. Even though he didnt have what I need, he did everything he could to find out who had it and where I could find it. I cant recommend Prescott Cycle Service enough.

Nice store and the staff is very helpful. This is a great store if you live in the area as it quick to get to. They stock a wide variety of supplies too.

Anthony was very helpful and professional in dealing with the tire warranty company today when he replaced my tire that had blown out. Prices are reasonable, service quick and efficient, will definitely use them again.
