I was not allowed to make a return, even though I had the receipt. There is no sign indicating that there are only certain things that can be returned. Manager and a associate need training on customer service. If I could rate the store at no stars, it would be my preference.

The manager Felicity was on the phone with her boyfriend while checking me out at the register. She was totally unprofessional in her job performance. She was to busy on the phone to greet any customer or be of assistance to anyone in the store. Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 5:37pm.

We differently need to hire more help. Excellent merchandise, but not enough workers to get it out. Its a real hazard it have things stacked high on carts unattended.

Rude! Horrible customer service! Try to accuse me of stealing a dollar box of candy bc she just threw my stuff around instead of handing it to me. She was on her cell phone being rude as I don’t know what!

Always clean. The staff is always nice. I drive from West mobile just to shop at the prichard location.

The employees were very friendly the store was not as organized or neat as other stores but they do have everything you need there where as I have been to s thy stores that had absolutely nothing would have been a 5 star if store was organized

Always messy. Ive never bern in this store one time when there isnt unsticked merchandise in the aisle blocking up other things. Customers have to play leap frog to get past each other in the aisle..
