They were charging $4.89 for premium meanwhile the Exxon mobile down the street was charging $3.39. Don’t give a dime to these thieves.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! Prime example of price gouging. Didn’t think to look at the gauge or ask for a receipt only to find checking my card that they charged me $50. I have never paid more than 30-35 for a full tank and I was still at a 1/4 tank. Looking at the number of people this has also happened to, I will chalk this as a lesson learned but best believe I am sending an email to Sunoco corporate.Update 7/6: Emailed Sunoco Corporate and they responded that the vendor of this particular location has full control over “all site level operations Including pricing.” Which means there is not even any Sunoco quality control and they could be putting whatever they want in this fuel. These people should be out of business!!!

This Sunoco station is located at 919 ROUTE 206 &, Princeton Ave, Princeton, NJ 08540. All signage at this gas station displayed that regular gas was $2.599 per gallon when paying with cash on January 16, 2020. Had my car gas tanked filled. The vehicle took 12.87 gallons of gas to fill the tank and the total price should have been $33.45 if charged $2.599 per gallon. The attendant charged me $46 cash, which was the amount displaying on the pump screen. This calculates out to paying $3.57 per gallon resulting in an overcharge of $12.55. No receipt was provided. When I mentioned my experience to a clerk at a nearby store, she stated the she too had been overcharged there and has never returned there for gas. Lesson learned, and I too will never return to this gas station again. Not sure what type of pricing games they are playing there, but the consumer loses at their game. I would rate this place a no star if this review sight rating system would allow it. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I filled up my tank with regular gas as I normally do. It never makes it to $30. I asked for a receipt because my employer pays for my gas. I didn’t look at the charge because it doesn’t vary much. When I went to submit my receipts for reimbursement, I see that I was charged $42.83. Reeding the reviews, I see that I’m not the only one and something needs to be done and I will look into it

STOP GOING HERE! Gas is at least a $1 more per gallon than any gas station in the area! Theyre hiding their prices behind those trees! Go down the road to the Shell or at least the Mobil across the street for a better value.

These people are crooks price show 2 $ for gas but ask for your receipt and youll see they charge you 3n-4 dollars a gallon a bunch of crooks and pls report to bbb better business bureau and the city ... people should be fined and put into bankruptcy just look at all the reviews

Gas pumps in a couple of miles vicinity are approx 1$ per gallon cheaper - and the owner of this gas station, Priceton Petroleum Group LLC knows it. I feel scammed... The thing with gas pumps is that you cannot just return the gas, after you have looked at your receipt. Most customers do NOT pay attention to the gas pumps because they assume they will be +- a couple of cents. I would like to know if this strategy is paying off, most likely yes.

They dont deserve one star! I just look at my receipt and couldnt believe they charge me $4.899 per gal even if it was premium. Regular is below $2 in most places. Rip off. Never again

CHECK THE PRICE!I thought the pricing was similar to nearby pumps, but it was $1 more than others. I called them up to see if it was a pricing mistake, they responded that it was set intentionally.Tell everyone. Dont get your gas here.

As others have noted, the gas prices here are almost $1 higher per gallon than everywhere else. Accidentally paid a lot more for a refill than I needed to. Will not be returning here again.
