The manager at this store is the nicest, most helpful, lady I have ever dealt with. She was there to help and provided a lot of assistance with the different supplement brands. Her customer service is A+. Thank you for all your help!

I’ve gone to multiple vitamin shoppes throughout New Jersey and always buy the same product using price match from the same website, over 100 times atleast. The people at this location have no idea what they are doing and were clueless on if I can use this website to price match. She finally decided to allow the price match but said she has to charge the shipping price. I walked out because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I went to vitamin shoppe by my house in brick about 45 minutes later and was out the door within 5 minutes, no questions asked. Terrible shop with uneducated people working there who clearly don’t know how to deal with customer service and quiet frankly don’t appear to know about fitness judging by their physique.

Terrible customer service. When I walked in all of the employees were standing in the front of the store and no one greeted me. As I proceeded to locate the items I came to buy the female employee casually pretended she was looking for something in the aisle directly next to the one I was in. She was obviously watching me. Again, she did NOT offer to assist me with finding anything. Customer service 101 the best way to prevent shrink is to engage customers. I asked her if they had any other options for the product that I was going to buy and she told me no. Seemed like I was bothering her by asking her for help. As I finished walking through the store I found the product in a larger size for a better price and it was the brand that I was looking for. When I proceeded to check out I encountered the same unwelcoming behavior at the register. The cashier silently rang my items without even going a simple hello. I will be calling customer service. This was my first and last time shopping at this particular Vitamin Shoppe. I shouldve just ordered from Amazon like I originally intended.

Recently remodeled, looks great, smells great as well. Very friendly, informative staff. Lots of offerings for diet, nutrition and performance needs. Products for multigenerational customers. Cool beverage bar which I think is an awesome concept. Frozen foods, Nutritionist on site.The marketplace of health and nutrition is a complex one where you can easily get overwhelmed and misled. Always speak with your Dr. and other professionals about your needs, goals etc., make informed decisions.Prices vary, you can find better deals online but factor in shipping.

The staff here is great.... the Manager Tonya, and Erin and Gina have all helped me personally. I did a nutrition plan with their nutritionist Carolann and she helped me SO much with my stomach issues. I cant say enough about them all. THANK YOU

I come here all the time! I love buying my natural beauty, skincare, vegan protein shakes, and vitamins here. They have great sales and special giveaways monthly. I purchase parben free deodorant, tea tree tooth paste and natural hair care products here monthly. If you have Vitamin shoppe card they send you rewards post cards that equal money in the store. The staff is always super friendly and kindly greets everyone who visits! They are renovating and will have a juice bar soon and a protein sampling station!

I have been a Member here for a while. LOVE the customer service and they carry GREAT products. Prices are a little steep, but well worth it.

Good staff good sale prices

Stopped by today, 3/24/2017 and this store is temporarily closed due to renovations. There are no visible signs about it. Website does not mentioned it either and there is no voicemail mail set up when you call the store. It is so inconvenient to customers making a trip to the store, to find out it is closed!!!

Had just one staff helping others. Therefore I had to leave without getting any help. Its not the fault of the staff but just they are understaffed
