My mother is the HearUSA client. She is 96 and today showed to have her hearing aides serviced w/o her hearing aides. A very lovely staff person called to let me know and that to make the visit, which took some arranging, worthwhile had her seen by the audiologist. They made it clear they were happy to accommodate servicing the hearing aides whenever one of our family could bring them in. Very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

I had a great experience. Attentive staff. Doctor Amanda was right on target with what I needed. I was in and out pretty quickly with a nice neat package.

Office staff is always very friendly and helpful. My father has dementia and lost his hearing aid a few times. Dr Amanda and Jamie were always understanding and extremely helpful in helping him getting new hearing aid. They make you feel very comfortable, always return your calls. Appointments are very easy to make. I would definitely recommend this office.

Our daughter has been a patient at the Princeton location for several years now. This is the best place you can possibly find for a pediatric audiologist. My daughter has received the best service and care here from Dr. Amanda who always cares deeply about her patients. She understands hearing loss like no one else, will help you pick the best hearing aids, and will absolutely go an extra mile for you. I could not wish for a better place. The staff is amazing! Jamie, the receptionist, is the best receptionist I have ever seen anywhere. I can only hope this place never closes and Dr. Amanda stays there forever.

Excellent service. The Dr was polite and responsive. She took her time to explain to me everything. No rush in - rush out. Very careful with COVID protocols. Plenty of room. Only one patient at the practice. They have to let you in and out - to control traffic...Five Stars!

Amanda is literally the most amazing audiologist! She is one of the nicest people and treats everyone with so much respect and care. My daughter absolutely loves her! We travel for over an hour just to see her. There is no one like Amanda! Thank you for everything!

I have been coming here with my parents for long time. We always felt very welcome and staff is friendly and helpful. They are great.Now I went for my hearing test and got my self customized ear plug to prevent hearing damage from loud noises.Dr Amanda audiologist is great .she explains every step and helpful and Jamie front desk is very helpful and friendly.
