This place is the best place to go to get glasses

I just had my eyes examined by Dr Emily. She was thorough, took her time, and answered all my questions. All her staff were friendly and very helpful! Also, I truly appreciate the later hours for full-time work schedules. Thank you.

Incredible Experience - I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Emily, Nancy and the rest of the staff at Lakeside Family Eye Care. They are true professionals, and my vision has never been better. For years, I’ve settled for suboptimal vision, especially distances, with a unique astigmatism that unfortunately cannot be corrected by lasik. That’s until I met Dr. Emily.After visiting some of the most well respected optometrists, even those in a well respected clinic in Rochester, I always had to settle for suboptimal vision. This year I took a gamble on staying local, and was immediately impressed by Dr. Emily’s knowledge about my condition, her attention to detail, patient care and strongly encouraged treatment recommendations. When my contacts arrived, I was astounded by my improved vision, both near and far. It was as if I was seeing for the first time - yes, I know that sounds dramatic, but ask the staff, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing - objects at distances, and improved contrast allowing me to see textures for the first time in a long time. I am forever grateful for Dr. Emily and her team at Lakeside Family Eye Care, and my search for my eye care is over - they have a lifelong customer, inclusive of my family.If you are looking for optimal eye care - look no further, trust me from one who’s visited them all, Lakeside should be your eye care provider.

It was my first experience here, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! Everyone was very helpful and there to offer advice- which was much needed because they have a great selection of glasses to pick from! Definitely recommend and Ill be going back!

I had an amazing experience at Lakeside Family Eye Care! Everyone was extremely compassionate yet professional. They took an appropriate amount of time with me to ensure my exam was thorough and that all of my questions were answered. They have a wide selection of frames and contacts, as well as state-of-the-art equipment. The only disappointment I have is that I didnt come here sooner! Wonderful place, wonderful doctors, wonderful experience. I dont write many Google reviews so please know that when I do, the business made an extraordinary impact on me.

I visited Crossroads for the first time today and it was a very welcoming place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor and technician were very thorough and explained everything. The had a great 30th anniversary sale on today and I was very happy with my glasses/sunglasses purchase. Great selection of mid to high end brands at reasonable cost. The contact fitting was a bit more expensive than I have had in the past at retailers, but overall a great experience. I will be back!

Going the extra mile. When I come in for a visit at Crossroads I always get a warm smile at the front and exceptional, detailed exam with Dr. Lisa. Last month, I was bringing my dad home from the hospital and he had sat on his glasses and bent them up. I stopped by on the way home and they not only straightened them and cleaned them up but came out to the car where dad was to make sure the glasses fit perfectly. I was in town from Iowa needing an emergency pair of contacts. Nancy and the doctor were so wonderful in helping me out. I would absolutely go to this clinic if I lived in the cities. Their customer service was amazing! 🙏🙏

They have state-of-the-art ocular imaging technology and experienced and knowledgeable doctors. The frame selection is amazing! The opticians and staff are professional and friendly. I trust Crossroads with all my eye-care needs for both my family and me!

Made an appointment. ...was given a card for appointment at 11:30. A week before the appointment I received a text that my appointment was at 11:00....checked the card, it was 11:30, so I called and they said it was 11:00....hmmmm. Went for appointment and got exam and eyes dilated. Picked out glasses, which was difficult with my eyes dilated, and she sent me out the door. Realizing I had my eyes dilated for a reason, I went back in and asked, Didnt the doctor need to check my dilated eyes? Oh yes, she had forgotten. Two and a half hours after my 11:00 appointment started it was finally over. Now, over one month later I had to call them to see if my glasses ever came in. Oh yes, you should have received a text. Sorry, I got no text or phone call. I will not go back to this place.

Very thorough exam. Loved both the doctors we saw between my entire family of 5. I also really appreciate how great the doctor was with my young children!

Excellent results!Several times Ive had to go to multiple doctors and have multiple glasses made with poor results. Lisa at Crossroads Optometric got my prescription correct immediately.

Very poor customer service.. They convince you to buy a frame from their store for your prescription glasses. Their pricing is also expensive compared to other stores like pearle vision for the same lens manufacturer.I went into their store to inquire for prescription glasses. They gave me a price quote which included a $25 third party frame charge. This $25 is not charged if you buy the frame from their store. I also checked few other stores for prices, none of them had this $25 fee..

They claimed our eye exam was covered under our insurance. Then we got a bill for the entire amount!! Turns out it wasnt covered! They lied to us!!
