The staff in front are very helpful. I’ll be back... however if people aren’t coming back, it may be because of the very large girl in filthy clothes who emerged from the back rolled her eyes at me. If you’re that gross and sad, stay in the back.

I called this store for a serpentine belt. I said I needed between 66 and 66.75 (current belt is 66.75 but my new alt has a smaller pulley so I need a smaller belt), they said the closest they had was just under 66. I bought the belt because I figured I might be able to get it on if I completely compress the tensioner enough, it might just fit. 15 hours, 3 days, and 3 people attempting to replace the belt later, I called them again just to see if maybe now they have a belt between 66 and 66.75....sure enough THEY DID!. I wasted 15 hours, 3 days, and 3 peoples time, along with borrowing someone elses car for a few days because mine didnt run, and they had the right size belt THE WHOLE TIME!!

Phenomenal service! This Napa store will be my first stop anytime I have car problems in the future. Mike Rodgers was the associate that helped me. I had never hard wired a headlamp socket before (not simply replacing a headlight), and he walked me through the process. $18 and Mikes guidance saved me from the $197 quote that I received from a local repair shop. A++

Good prices and has what I am looking for more often than other places for my VW. One time I left without my antifreeze I just bought and I had to drive back and the clerk had it still right there for me.

I just walked in this store looking for something and not 1 person asked if I needed help. I also have a broken foot and Im wearing a boot. Every isle has boxes all over and a heavy metal step I had to walk over. If you havent gotten sued yet for tripping someone yet it probably wont be long. Dirty store.

My girlfriend has a 1999 volvo v70 glt, so you can guess how infuriating it is trying to find certain parts. I called around the area and no one had the parts that I needed. When I called napa they had both the parts that I needed, and Lidia (sorry if spelled wrong) took care of me very quickly, and professionally. Im totally coming back here again whenever I need anything else.
