Being a customer service supervisor and having worked in the industry for close to 10 years you know when good service is just there and you recognize the work that customer service reps do.I wanted to share my recent experience with Geo at MetroPCS which in short words it can be described as A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Speechless, Awesome, Great and THE BEST! Walked in the store, took care of switching me and my wife to new devices in NO TIME! Geo was friendly the entire time, personable, engaged in the situation and took care of us with not a problem. The guy does not know what NO, CANT, IMPOSSIBLE means simply because he makes things happen pow!Geo thanks,will keep coming back and send all my people to you wherever you are.
