Came to sand tech, the only place have emergency 24hours service on sunday. My shop computer went down and needed immediate repair.Raed came and opened the store for us at 7am on Sunday and repaired my computer while I was waiting.Thank you so much for saving the day.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Came here to get a replacement for the home row of my laptop and left with multiple scratches all across the case of the laptop. Employee is super rude and tried to say that it was there before. Finally she agrees to order a new case and fix it for free. Okay great. Well she ends up ordering the WRONG CASE. She orders a new one and I leave. Now 2 months after I originally came to get it fixed and its the wrong case AGAIN! After complaining the OWNER says he’ll throw out my computer if I say anything else. Finally they agree to order a new cover. I drop it off and was told it would be ready around 4. I show up at 4:30 and they are CLOSED. Hours say they close at 6! Finally after around 30 calls I get the owner and he says come back tomorrow and HANGS UP MID SENTENCE as I was talking to him. I show up the next day and they replaced it with a used and scratched cover! After I told them that was not okay! Finally I just ask for my original cover back and he REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME! He said he’s gonna sell it! Finally he banned me from the store for complaining! Had to have the police involved! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Raed seems to understand what a customer wants from a PC/phone repair shop, assurance, guidance, and getting your errors/issues solved quickly. Overall an easy experience that was greatly appreciated.

I recently bought a new computer, and everyone at the store was terrific! They were all so helpful in helping with the choice, and transferring the data from my Mac (which I hated). The best part--my new computer began to freeze up after less than a week. I called and was told to bring it it. While I was right there, a call was made and a new one was delivered a few days later! No questions, no problems!

Brought my iPhone in that was basically destroyed. I was planning on being told there was no possible way this phone could be repaired. I highly recommend Sand Tech. Wonderful staff and great work. Great prices too!!

This place is a joke first off DONT spend money here for example when you bring your computer there to get fixed from a bug you have they charge you money to take it off when you can just do it yourself for FREE imagine what else they charge you for that you can do on your own or cheaper.The owner is never consistent i advise if youre looking for a job dont pick this place they are so scatter brain its not even funny.

They fixed my computer in no time, great staff. I highly recommend the place.

Network 4 computers, hook up printer, fax and phone lines. Our office was overcharged for the service we received. We asked for a quote several times never received one. This company did not hooked up the fax or scanner to the system. The company was to send technicians out to hook up phone lines, this never happened. This company did not complete the job they were hired for and they were paid in full. They never gave us a refund for the work they did not complete. I spoke to him about having better communication. We then made an appointment for them to come out to put speakers in because he gave us monitors without speakers and hook up the printer to one computer, and they completely blew us off. They never called to follow up and we are now paying someone else to finish the job they were paid to do. We would never recommend this company to anyone. If we could give a zero rating, we would give that instead.

How long does it usually take for repairs and how long are the repairs taking now for you guys

Took my laptop to sand tech, after going to bestbuy, and quoted me $350 for repair with one week to repair. Went to sand tech and spoke to Ed, he gave us a quote of $100 and same day repair. dropped computer at 1pm and was ready for 5pm. They have my business from now on. great service.

I called to inquire about a tablet screen replacement. The woman was rude. She said she was busy. She also said that she couldnt help me without the model number. As I gave it to her, she hung up on me. No, thank you.
