Great customer service, I always purchase products here. I was visiting the town and stop by to check out mall with my cousins. Shocked to see this one going out of buisness. We picked up few things we find value on, plus good customer service. Wish emm Goodluck as right around holidays theyre going out of business.

Went in there to buy an adjustable pie plate edge cover - silicone, and use my coupon for my birthday before it expired. Definitely going to go & buy another one. Only $7.99. Picked up some wax melts in Citrus & a few Easter Treats for my granddaughter too. I Love my collapsible cake holder w/ 2 tiers & cupcake holder included, that I got there2 yrs. ago for my B-day. (You can also put pies in it or anything else - cookies or brownies on a plate). Love Bed, Bath & Beyond. Cant wait to return.

The products are great, your just on your own finding them. Be ready to independently search the store for what you need. Employees were not really knowledgeable about products or their placement in the store when asked, however they did stop to try and answer my questions which I appreciated.

I love this place because you can find pretty much what youre looking for for Bath and Kitchen needs. And personal needs with certain items. The fact that its at a very good convenient spot at the Galleria Mall here in Providence is a good thing. So I heard before wisdom is always location location.

Clerk looked up ring bearer pillow for my wedding. Was very patient and genuinely friendly and I would definitely recommend it. There is the obvious benefit of being in a mall with access to many appealing shops so location is great

Pretty basic home goods store. Great place to get quality products, but make sure you get those 20% off coupons and put them to use, or else you will be paying out the nose. But again, understanding that you are going to find top end products, the cost is relative.

Its the same. You could go to new Jersey, south Carolina, or Delaware and find similar items. Besides the region, nothing different. Kinda hoped for a different feel or setting due to the city. Almost everything else is artsy here

Huge place with lots of choices in product and prices. It is like a Walmart with a more specific purpose and even better on some occasions. I would rather go here to get stuff related to house goods.However it does not have a specific style and lacks quality in the products. I would get towels, sheets and other goods from here to get by, but I would rather spend a bit more money on nicer things for my own home.

Today, I went to Bed Bath and Beyond at the Providence Place Mall. When checking out with a friend, I put money down on the counter for the cashier and she just stared at me. Then I picked it up and gave it to her nicely and said, 4.50, here you go. She rudely took the money and said, I know youre kids, but you should always hand a cashier the money you owe, never just putting it on the counter. Then I smiled and said okay and nodded, understanding what she said. Then she proceeded to sneer at me and say, and not all crumpled up like this. How would you like it if I came to your store and gave money to you like this, and she slapped down my receipt and change, mind you was a penny. Then she said Merry Christmas. I was so annoyed. You should never talk to your customers that way. She shouldve just said it nicely and politely instead of offending me. Her name was Tara. I will make a more formal review and complaint next time. What terrible service.

Bummed they are closing at Providence Place!!! Will miss them. Nordstrom basically a Kohls now, this mall is getting pretty sad so not shocked theyre leaving. Seekonk is your next best option but they are having good sale now in PVD to reduce inventory, stop in quick for some good deals.

Today I went to Bed Bath and Beyond store in Providence Place mall and had the worst experience when an associate there did not offer any help to me, instead he was following me through the store and watching me like I was a thief. It made me feel so uncomfortable and discriminated as well.
