Quick & easy tire installation, they did a nice job. Parking gets kinda hairy so Id recommend street parking on Federal St. behind the bays.

This place was such a wonderful and unlikely find. We originally chose it for a vehicle inspection because it was close to our office. We were surprised to find a “tire place” offering such comprehensive service. They’re practical, helpful, and alarmingly nice to work with. We HIGHLY recommend Kevin, Tony, and the whole rest of the capable crew.

BTS is the car place I trust completely. Especially, being a young woman, and having moved to Providence two years ago, its easy to get taken advantage of. What I like is that they take the time to talk through price options, what everything means, and are willing to use refurbished parts for a lower cost if they can and you want them to. They also indicate what really needs to be done now, and what can wait for later. Their costs are super reasonable, and they dont try and get you to do more things to your car to get more money. They just like fixing cars and helping people. Id absolutely recommend them.

I have done business with this shop since we moved to providence 2 years ago.I drive for a living and at times when things go wrong with my car it can be stressful, I am not always the easiest customer to deal with, I can be demanding and need to get things done quickly, despite a couple small issues we had recently, in the end Tony worked it out with me, I respect his character and willingness to get to a solution in the end.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and they’re always professional and quick. They answer questions immediately and are very productive when it comes to working on your car. Unlike other shops, BTS completes most jobs the same day, instead of letting it sit in the lot forever!

Kevin was very helpful in a speedy fix of a tire that blew out because of raised man hole covers. He ordered the tire to be available the same day and had it done within an hour. He even provided me with information about getting a new spare tire kit that would be helpful if this were to happen again. He made a frustrating situation much less annoying with the great customer service. Thanks!!!

This place installed our tires backwards and without weights. Found out after a couple thousand miles - probably did long lasting damage to the car/tires. Went through the Goodyear claims for a service refund.Edit: The owner responded 1 year later. I would be happy to provide documentation to him or her but they have not contacted me.

These guys know cars. They always fix it right the first time no matter which vehicle I have driven over the many many years Ive been going to them. Not only that, but theyre Pleasant and personable

Thanks for the hack job. I’ve never had a better experience thinking someone was trying to be helpful when really all they did was keep my car a few days and give it back in the same condition if not worse. If people can’t do the job maybe you should speak up and say it’s out of your hands instead of screwing up the wiring and “changing” the power steering pump when after an hour the light comes back on. Parts that should be welded aren’t and everything leaks. I’ll never forget the experience and hopefully others won’t have to endure it.

There are not mechanics, tell you that they can do a job and then when they get the car they call and say they cant do it after giving you an estimate. They are tire guys not mechanics. Stop advertising that.
